The valet parking was excellent

Super clean and in perfect shape.

River view at sunset was pretty spectacular

Pool is too small, location is remote - nothing is around, during my stay the hotel was full of strange loud crowds - at times I felt like I was staying in a dorm and not in 4* hotel

Staff were exceptional. Restaurants were spectacular. The space and rooms were beautiful. Right near Jaycees which is an awesome park. Fantastic location. Easy parking.

Only complaint / suggestion is to heat the pool more - it was not cold outside but with a breeze and a chilly pool it was too cold to swim.

The loacation is fantastic, walking distance to CVS and just University of Miami is just across the street.

The worst door locks that are so loud you hear every door on your floor in that closes all night long. Full of rowdy UM students that yell in the halls like it was a dorm .

The location was great.

The room I was given was next to the sanitizing room so my room didn’t smell good and the hall wall near me didn’t either. I added a day to my stay and someone came to the room and asked why we were still there and not checked out. I was disappointed on the miss communication and me having to explain extra day was paid for. When I paid for the day two days in advance.

We had to move rooms after the first night due to noise from the elevators. On the forth night we had very loud neighbors who were slamming doors for a long time. In addition our bathroom shower in the 2nd room 1029 seems to have a issue with water leaking out of the shower. Someone might want to check that!

The property was clean. Close to all things in coral gables and even south Miami.

They need to pay a bit more attention to the number of people in the room so we can get the appropriate amount of towels. Stocking of paper towel and shampoo/conditioner had to be requested. The valet parking prices is insane for a night.

We loved the location and the facilities at the hotel. The hotel is very beautiful. The room was very nice as well.

Upon check-in we were charged a 400 USD security deposit that is not listed on Booking.com nor on the confirmation e-mail. I informed the front desk and showed them accordingly, but they still charged that amount. Some of the staff from the restaurants were not very friendly. The $25 food and beverage credit that you are given is not $25 USD but $20, it can not be used towards any of the snacks sold by the reception you can only use it at the restaurants so if you get to the hotel and they are closed you lose it.

The room was attractive, clean, and well appointed. The bed was very comfortable and the supplied bathroom products were all high quality. Staff was friendly and helpful. The property was conveniently located.

Self-parking should be included. It's shocking that in a city like Miami where nearly everyone drives, parking is not included.

The hotel itself was clean, beautiful, and airy. The housekeeping staff was friendly and courteous. The spacious bathroom was a highlight, though the lack of lighting in the closet and hallway posed a slight inconvenience.

**Early Check-in:** I requested an early check-in two months in advance, as my flight arrived at 9:00 AM. While the hotel acknowledged my request and informed me it was subject to availability, my experience proved otherwise. Upon arrival at 11:00 AM, I was informed that the room wasn't ready and received no clear timeframe for its availability. Instead, I was offered access to the restaurant, pool, and gym. **Unfulfilled Promises and Frustrating Delays:** We enjoyed lunch at the Mamey restaurant, which had excellent service and food. However, by 12:30 PM, the room remained unavailable. We witnessed other guests receiving keys and heading to their rooms, raising concerns about the promised early check-in. Our wait continued at the pool. While the pool itself was enjoyable, the poolside restaurant remained closed despite its advertised 3:00 PM opening. No prior notification or explanation was provided for this closure. At 3:45 PM, still without any call regarding the room's readiness, we approached the reception. Disappointingly, we were informed the room was still not clean. This was particularly frustrating as we observed numerous families leaving with room keys during this time frame. Finally, at 4:00 PM, after witnessing even more guests receive keys and complimentary welcome drinks, we inquired again about our room. Only then, at 4:10 PM, did they finally assign a room to us. **Disappointing Credit Policy:** My booking included a $25 food and beverage credit, applicable across the hotel's offerings. However, despite spending $89.38 at the restaurant and another $22.89 at the gift shop with food and soda, I was denied the promised credit without any explanation. **Limited Late Check-out:** My request for a late check-out was granted for only 30 minutes, which felt inadequate given the lengthy wait for the initial check-in.

Hotel itself is nice but location is somewhat out of the way. Orno restaurant was good and had a pleasant atmosphere.

Breakfast service on the 2 of the 3 mornings was so slow that we walked out.

The room needed an additional chair. The only dining options are extremely expensive . Otherwise, great location, modern, updated hotel, very clean, .

I liked that I was able to walk to Starbucks, CVS, Publix.

No one from the hotel reached out to see if I needed anything. Also, some of the staff weren’t so friendly.

This hotel feels luxurious. The lobby is absolutely beautiful! The restaurants are also wonderful. The hotel rooms are comfortable and the decor is modern.

Each time I have stayed here I have been underwhelmed with the friendliness of the staff. This time I was actively accused (over and over) of canceling my reservation because they had mixed up which room they had assigned me. There was no apology when they realized it was actually the hotel’s mistake. I have also stayed here before, and this time I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the room and the lack of amenities.
