Staff Andy, Jesus, Jessica were all so accommodating, personable, and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable throughout my stay.

Great location. Very beautiful property. I’m local and I love doing staycations in Miami Beach, this was walkable to everything but not as crazy as when I’ve stayed on Ocean.

The valet took a long time and one of the front desk staff, Andy, was unhelpful. All other front desk staff were fantastic.

Location to beach and restaurants

Coffee maker was almost inaccessible in a cabinet, room needed more lighting and walk-in shower splashed in to bathroom

On a really vibey street, 6 min walk to the beach (with free beach chairs and towels), so much to do at the hotel

Rooms were a bit prone to noise. Also couldn’t open any windows

Location fabulous. Breakfast not great. But a great option awaits less than a block away on the street outside.

Overall I stayed for 8 nights. I liked the location, the cleanless, the friendly stuff: Sophie and Jessica the managers, Andy in front desk, Lewis & Juan the Bellmen. I was in one room and then I needed to extend my stay - Jessica let me stay in the same room. Then, there was a very rainy day and there was a leak in my room. Sophie moved me to a suite , although I paid for a standard room. The suite was awsome. Sophie also gave me a 100$ credit as a compensation.

Once there were no towels in my suite and when I asked for towels in the morning - it took a lot of time to bring them to me.

Very comfortable bed, absolutely loved the mattress. Loved the shower too. We were able to check in early.

Room could have a few more plugs / shelves. A bit noisy, if you have noisy neighbors, you will hear everything. My friend has a small disability and the bed was too high for her. She asked for a step to be able to climb into bed. The staff did find one but after like 3 hours and a lot of back and forth. She was refused a later check out. When we were leaving, when they brought our luggage with their trolley, I was left on my own to struggle dealing with all our luggage. With the staff literally just doing nothing and watching me, dealing by myself with all our luggage. I am sorry but I wasn't impressed.

Rooms very small and air conditioning in our room was not working properly on both nights. They did try to help, but it broke again. We got a small credit onto room for inconvenience

Location was great.

Room was small. Coffee maker wasn't plugged in and couldn't be plugged in where is was located. Bathroom door didn't allow for any privacy. Gaps all around the edges.

Door to bathroom didn’t close properly, paintwork in room needs attention. No soundproofing- noise in adjoining rooms especially across the hall and adjacent did cause disturbance due to young kids

Central location.

Rooms are small which is fine but the first room we were given was like a tomb, done completely in very dark green, including the bathroom (making it impossible to tell if it was clean). Had a small window with dark green velvet drape and overlooked the center of building so no light entered. The desk clerk simply said they were full and room could not be changed. Fortunately his colleague went up to the room and agreed it wasn’t suitable and found us a lovely pink tone room with good light from windows.

We loved the location and close proximity to the beach! The rooftop pool area was a neat little space to soak up some sunshine or grab a drink before dinner.

The lobby is dark and the staff were dressed shabby for the art deco feel in the neighborhood.

The room i was in was a little bit small compared to other hotel rooms I've stayed in. There was no clothing iron, no microwave and the closet was too dark to see in it, perhaps due to the dark colors of the walls. Overall, it was very clean and cozy and a bang for your buck.

The rug in my room needed to be shampooed. Having a dirty rug took away the charm from my experience.

Cute and clean hotel in a quiet location. Loved the rooftop bar and relaxing pool area. Close access to the beach was a plus. Staff were all welcoming and friendly as well. Overall a great place for a solo stay.

The property is in the perfect location, close to the beach and restaurants. The pool on the roof was also a great spot to relax

The location was the best part of this hotel. The rooftop pool was also really nice. The staff were very helpful. The shower was excellent with hood fluffy towels

There was minimal lighting in the room and was made even worse with the walls painted a very dark green. Even the bathroom lighting could have been brighter. Also, our room was particularly small and we were tripping over our baggage.

Super convenient to everything. Lots of restaurants nearby and it has a cool vibe.

I hate the barn doors on the bathrooms. No privacy. Loud at night but it’s Miami so I’m not really bothered by that!

The location was superb and I would consider returning again purely for the location. I had a well-sized room that was clean and comfortable. The decor of the hotel is quite good.

The telephone in my room did not work, I asked at the front desk for it to be fixed but no-one ever came to fix it. This was a bit problematic for me as I was there for work and needed room service as I was under time-pressure. I also went to the roof top to work on my laptop for a while and I ordered coffee and a cookie and it took 45 minutes to come, the waitress was kind and did her best to apologise and eventually offered a second coffee on the house but it was not great service. Nevertheless, I would come back again as the location is so superb and my room was comfortable.

Room too small, almost no storage. Do not book the double double bed room, you can't move. One bed is pressed against a wall, so the staff dont tuck in the sheets properly.Great bathroom and shower area, almost as large as the room.

Very loud during the night, loud music, restaurants on Espagnola way. Would be nice to have a bigger lobby space with seat opportunities to spend time when rainy or cooler outside.

Staff were so friendly and helpful always. Perfect location - loads choices for all meals & drinks + shops. Rooms were cleaned super well every day & were spacious and lovely.

Only 2 minor issues were toilet clogged literally every morning - staff were quick to resolve each morning but it kept happening. Fri and sat nights are club night so was quite loud bass-heavy disco music!!

There was no promised airport shuttle, which was one of the reason I selected the hotel after comparing it with others, and their taxi partnership does not speak English; at the end of our trip I asked the driver if the taxi was complimentary he said yes, but afterward he asked for 88 UsD I feel scammed

The very poor breakfast. We were there for christmas and on christmas day the buffet was empty, the chef refused to make eggs and refill the buffet. The next day same story. So yes book the hotel but without breakfast and skip tje drexel restaurant anyway!

Noisy from bars outside room

Location is great, near lovely restaurants and Ocean Drive. Staff in reception and in the various bars, were all extremely polite and helpful. Pool area not large but big enough for the number of guests we encountered there, however it is very shallow.

Room size, I kept bumping my knee on the corner of the bedposts. Very noisy, you could here other guests in their rooms or walking in the halls.

We stayed here for one night before our cruise on the Caribbean. We walked to the Mall and great shops and fruit stands. The hotel is so quaint and the beds are very comfortable. They have an awesome rooftop, so don't miss outvon spending some time there. Highly recommend!
