Small rooms, cramped bathroom.
No onsite parking. Closest parking was 4-5 blocks away for $50/ night. We parked at municipal lot that was a 10 minute walk, but only $8 per night

Rooms are very clean and the people working there were very kind and supportive.

My room was on the first floor, which is close to the reception and the bar. It was a bit noisy in this area in the night and the early mornings.

Check-in and check-out process was smooth. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. Thank you.

Elevator was a bit slow.

Location wasn't the best

perfect location. art deco, not tall building, which i prefer, inyard pool
proximity to all - beach, shopping and walking streets, downtown, airport, grocery shop, cafe, drugstore..
so all facilities

would be nice to open windows.. but same locked permanently.. so have to keep air co all the time

The strong chemical smell is present in almost every area, especially the bedroom.
The limited coffee time available for guests. From 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. is very short.
It seems the restaurant's waiters don't like guests only having coffee in the morning.

The location is great. Very close to the beach. The hotel has a good boutique style, and it is clean. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff are friendly and always helpful. Overall, it is a very good value for money.

There is nothing that we didn't like.
In my opinion, breakfast options can be improved.

Cost and comfortable rooms. Facilities were good. The tavern on site bar is great but way overpriced.

Service was not great at all, rude at some points and staff outspoken. Breakfast offering was very minimal and cold.

Everything was clean and well-maintained. The restaurant served delicious food.

Reception staff made me feel a bit uncomfortable. I was double charged (paid via Booking.com and charged again at checkout, still waiting for a refund). Parking is far from the hotel, requiring a walk.

I never get information from the hotel before Arrival. Neither from booking.com nor e-mail.
Plus, affet cleaning the room, they left the door öpen 😔

Clean with convenient location

After we got to the hotel to check in we were told that the check in policy had changed and that it wasn’t available till 4 PM instead of 3 PM per the email from the Hotel the day before. When we told that to the front desk lady she just ignored it. The AC was also not working in the entire floor we were on, luckily there was another room available that we moved to but this was not addressed until we brought it up later in the evening. Of note, our stay was in summer in Miami…

The parking was a mile down the road

Nice hotel and comfortable spacious rooms, staff were helpful and hotel was clean. Great location one block away from the beach and a short bus ride to south beach. Great roof terrace with great views.

Paid breakfast was awful and exactly the same every day, over cooked bacon, congealed scrambled egg, yoghurt and somedays granola and others smashed biscuit ! Hotel pool is tiny and not much sunlight or beds for size of hotel.

Location was very good, right next to the beach.
ALL the staff was very friendly and helpful.
Room was ok and confortable.
Breakfast was very basic, awful coffee- but this is what you get in the US.

The hotel, the staff and the restaurant! All was amazing. I highly recommend the hotel, it has spacious rooms, great cleaning, comfortable beds, nice rooftop , fast Wi-Fi and a good location to mid beach.

Despite the experience being amazing, the breakfast only had: eggs, bacon, cereals and yogurt, bread and fruit. The buffet was very small, and only for 10/12 persons.

Very good location just 100m from the beach. Bus stop, grocery store or few restaurants nearby. Spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Good variety of breakfest and meals at the hotel restaurant.

Restaurant opens at 8am, so it does not make sense to book room with breakfest included in the room rate, if you are leaving earlier for sightseeing or airport. Also there is limited offer for breakfest included in room rate vs full breakfest menu.Personnel could be more knowledgeable about Miami attractions and how to help tourists with some recommendations.

Breakfast was nice, the hotel was a good proximity to the beach, the rooftop was ace and the staff were friendly and attentive.

There was no balcony and the windows didn’t open.
The lighting in the room wasn’t great for doing skincare or makeup.

Happy hour .. too short I was 5 min late and wasn’t given our complimentary cocktails and the coffee hour same thing.. I think customer service is so critical and some grace should be granted if you’re a few min late..

Amazing beaches within walking distance. Room was clean. Good on-site restaurant.

I wanted to extend my stay, the staff said that they would get the manager to contact me next morning however none of that happened. I then checked out and moved to another hotel. The instruction on the tap on how to get hot water in the shower seemed ambiguous but once i figured it out, it was fine. Not great seaviews from the room i booked.

Location is amazing - the hotel is located 2 mins walk from a lovely beach. There is a cozy swimming pool and also a rooftop terrace. Conveniently there is a restaurant right in the hotel. They offer fresh cucumber water in the lobby, and also morning coffee and happy hour drinks. The room had a very comfy bed and also a fridge.

The AC was old, big and very noisy. It was impossible to sleep with it on at night due to high noise. In Miami it was very hot so without AC in the room it is really hard. The hotel is a 4-Staravoitava one but AC is really outdated. Also shower curtains looked overused and old. Water pressure was low. Elevators took over 5 minutes each time to come.

Also, although the staff was smiling, I didn’t feel they were genuinely warm. There was some attitude, that’s for sure. Maybe this is common for Miami…

Overall good value for your price, quiet area, thorough housekeeping

Way overcrowded at the pool made it impossible to enjoy, restaurant not great, tons of families with kids created a specific “ambiance”

Great location 3 mins from beach with 2 big double beds and air-conditioning. Low key live music in the bar, good drink selection and tasty breakfast options. Nice pool area and an authentic old colonial-style non-corporate feel to the whole building. What a bargain find!

Pool could have been a bit cleaner but had inflatables and no children in it! Perfect for chilling
