Great location in a quiet area, kind and smiling staff.

The bathroom floor got wet everytime we showered, due to a design flaw. Wifi and elevators were slow.

They did a lovely surprise in our room for my moms birthday.

The staff at the front desk and concierge desk was consistently happy to help us no matter how many questions and requests we asked of them. I actually do not think I've ever interacted with such an excellent staff. They were gracious, flexible, and accommodating beyond our expectations. We also loved being only 2 blocks from the 40th street Citi-Bike-Miami docking station. We hopped around Miami Beach via the curvy Miami Beach "Boardwalk" (made of bricks not wood) on Citi bikes day and night. Also, the hotel is one short block from the beach. They lent us beach chairs and beach towels and made everything easy for us.

Hotel is located near one of the main street in Miami Beach with easy access to the public transportation. Close to the beach (200 m) - we could see the beach and the ocean from our window. The room was located at 6th floor with only one wall common with other rooms, so it was most of the time quite. Also we had windows on 2 sides, The beach in the vicinity is with fine sand , clean and water without rocks.

Some of the tourists were noisy when they exit and enter the rooms.

Difficult to find affordable parking place. Check the options before to arrive.

Great value for the cost. So close to beach and convenience food store. Great air conditioning and liked the happy hour free drinks . Convenient to Miami local buses. Staff were very friendly and always helpful.

This property was in a great location. It was VERY clean. I am one who sprays everything in a hotel, and I take my own sheets, blanket, and towels because I don't usually feel like the hotel is clean enough. But, I was very comfortable in this hotel. It even smells clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only thing that would make this hotel even better would be on-site parking. But, parking wasn't that bad in a location close to the hotel. I would definitely stay here again. Try the Tavern restaurant. It was also very good.

Cute boutique hotel that is a good value. Nice pool area and rooftop deck. Rooms are good sized for this type of building and well furnished. I had a room on the inside "L" overlooking the pool and it was quiet. Convenient for buses up and down Miami Beach and the airport too.

Needed a new mattress - kind of squishy. Housekeeping missed a day too.

Our room was on the floor with the little gym. Was really cute to wake up and cycle. Could see the water from the roof and the pool.

The elevator took 50 years every time we wanted to use it. Stairs were faster.

Great hotel with lovely helpful staff

Perfect location, close to the beach and the creek and the Miami free shuttle bus to Miami Beach Downtown directly in front of the hotel. Staff was always very friendly and the restaurant inside the hotel has lots of tasty food for a fair price (for Miami). The rooftops have an amazing view where we enjoyed the free cocktails during happy hour.

The hotel was great - quiet location and close to public transportation. Pool and rooftop were great - just wish there was an indoor gym but appreciated the cute outdoor set up just couldn't use it when it was raining .

Location was excellent. It was quiet, safe, and very well kept. I loved having a restaurant right below us and we were a block from the beach. Beautiful view from the rooftop. If you want a buzzing atmosphere, go farther south to Hotel Chelsea.

better TVs so you could have access to your streaming services.

The staff was very friendly. On the last day of our stay we were allowed to leave our bags in their storage room. We were able to enjoy a few more hours on the beach. The hotel has happy hours for free drinks, these are regular drinks- cokes with rum etc. We were quite surprised but only took advantage once. The hotel has a nice roof top, you can find a small gym upstairs. It's a short walk to the beach. The hotel will lend you beach towels. Our stay was great.

Our room was not cleaned after the first or second night- the trash wasn't taken put and the beds weren't made... but it did not impact our stay in any way.

The location of the hotel, cleanliness, and comfort.

I didn't like the fact that we couldn't get into our room. The electronic key did work, and after four or five attempts from the hotel staff, we were moved to another room, which seemed smaller.

Clean and a great restaurant

Location was great, peaceful in mid-beach but only a few mins walk from the beach and there are plenty of restaurants, shops and bars nearby. Beds were super comfy, cleaning standards were excellent and it was nice having a fridge in the room. We were left some bottles of fizz as a welcome gift which was a nice touch. The Tavern restaurant downstairs is handy for a quick coffee or breakfast. Service at the front desk was pleasant and helpful and I liked that you could borrow towels for the beach. Overall the hotel has a unique, cosy, informal and friendly vibe and we enjoyed our stay.

The room smelt and felt damp throughout the stay which was quite unpleasant. The large French windows in the room were locked, it would have been good to air the room regularly to improve the damp conditions. The fridge in the room intermittently made quite loud buzzing noises at night which was annoying to start with but we got used to it. The lifts can be very slow to arrive, particularly if one is out of order, but as we were on the 3rd floor, we'd take the stairs if the wait was too long.

Staff was extremely friendly. Very professional but at the same time so welcoming, it felt like i am surrounded by friends taking amazing care of me. Juan is an amazing employee

Hotel was p[erfect, apart from the very strong perfume smell in the a/c that was impossible to remove and was suffocating. Fortunately staff found a different room for me. Please remove the central perfume

Property is perfect

Overall nice stay, disappointed with parking. Ended up costing us 50 to park 24 hours. Also requested a recliner for my elderly sister with breathing issues. Site replied yes they could accommodate but they couldn’t once we arrived.

We booked this hotel last minute due to changes with our flight. I was skeptical about the booking because the price seemed too good to be true. We stopped in prior to our check-in time and were able to leave our luggage for check-in time at no cost so we could explore South Beach. When we arrived for check-in-we were pleasantly surprised. The space is update, and the staff extremely helpful! This space is beautiful, our rooms were clean and spacious. We had an issue with the toilet and maintenance were very responsive handling the issue quickly. The roof top lounge was pretty cool as well! The skyline in South Beach/Miami is easily seen. Would recommend for anyone planning a trip. We will definitely rebook!

The rooms were clean and big, the personnel was always friendly and helpful! Even when we had a medical emergency, we were supported in the most helpful way. The pool was the highlight for the kids! It was a bit small but heated and had a nice atmosphere. The beach was just a few hundred metres away as well as a CVS for basic needs. The restaurant in house „The Tavern“ was a bit pricey but the food was excellent and we went there almost every night despite other restaurant choices in the area. The shuttle train to south beach as well as the AirPort Express bus stop were around the corner. So convenient! We would definitely book here again!

What an amazing boutique hotel! The room was spacious and clean. The beds were so comfy. Appreciate the cold are in the room as Miami.is so humid. The entire hotel smelled so good, like a spa. Perfect views from our room and the fabulous rooftop! They have a pool, spa, sundeck, and zen den yoga area. Nice restaurant attached with a pretty large menu and variety! The location was also perfect! Mid-beach so not too far from south beach area and Lincoln Square outdoor shopping. We were also steps from the beach, literally across the street! I 100% would stay here again, and plan too!!

🇲🇾 Family living abroad. I selected this hotel because I have traveled to Miami numerous times but had never had the opportunity to stay at Mid Beach. My booking was influenced by a variety of reviews, and I can confidently say it surpassed my expectations. Location: Situated on 38th Street, the hotel is less than a minute’s walk to the bus stops for both the south and north routes. The area is peaceful, perfect for those who prefer a quieter environment. It’s just a minute’s walk to the beach and a three-minute stroll to CVS and a convenience store. Additionally, the hotel has an excellent tavern restaurant attached (which comes highly recommended!). Experience: Upon arrival, the check-in process was efficient, taking under 10 minutes. I received my room key quickly, and the hotel had a fresh and clean scent—something I truly appreciated after a long 15-hour flight from the Middle East. We are a family of four: two adults, one child (8 years old), and one infant. The room was spacious and tidy, accommodating our two large duffel bags, two carry-on bags, one baby stroller, and one car seat, with plenty of space to move around comfortably. The two queen beds were more than sufficient for our needs, and the mattresses were incredibly comfortable. The bathroom was well-maintained, with good water pressure and temperature. The room was equipped with an iron and ironing board, a safe, a fridge, and extra blankets and pillows in the wardrobe. The only item missing was a hot water kettle, but it was delivered within five minutes of my request, and it was pristine with no hard water stains (we used it to prepare the baby’s milk). Our stay was delightful, with room cleaning provided every other day upon request. On our last day, as our flight was in the evening, I spoke with staff members Carlos and Zaer to inquire about a late checkout. Understanding their checkout policy, I was pleased to receive approval for a late departure without any hesitation.
