Rooms were incredibly small, and we didn’t even have a window that we could look out of, made the room seem even smaller.(it seemed there was a window, but it was glazed over where he couldn’t see anything.) Construction was going on right outside the front door, but I understand that won’t be there forever.

The lighting in the bathroom was horrible.

Great hotel, nice big rooms, stylish decór, great view of some street art from our window. Shower was amazing. Convenient location, staff helpful. Wasn't expecting much from the small lobby but the room ended up being really great.

Honestly, it was great and I had no complaints, it satisfied all our needs for this trip.

A very good value for money hotel, very well located in Miami Downtown and very quiet. A very good team as well.

The only thing to improve is the breakfast, pretty limited and not very tasty overall.

Breakfast menu was amazing, also the waiter was grear. Room size and connected rooms were top. Car service was aleays on time, as previsouly requested. They dont charge online package. Bed is confortable and showers in good temperature.

Bathroom doors are transparent and dont lock at all. No service to carry our luggages. Shower with weak water flow. The whole building is under a massive renovation. Actually the block nearby had buildings under demolition. The building next door seems to be a shelter house. The hotel itself is ok, confortable and looks nice inside. But its sorroundings is really bad looking. Not the fanciest view in miami. I even looked twice if i had the right address. It took some time for me to realize where the hotel was.

breakfast is delicious, and with a lot of choices, and with vegetables. the coffee and tea are very nice too.

the pillow is so thick. And the problem is about the bath room. The shower only has an overhead faucet, and no retractable faucet, which is inconvenient.

The staff were very friendly, the rooms had a great ambience, and the location was nice being downtown, though it was next to an area of downtown that was a bit crumbling.

The exercise room was very minimal and the immediate area out of the hotel to one side felt a bit sketchy (but no unsafe).

That my military ID was refused as proper identification.

Noisy both from the streets and the interior.

The room is a nice size and comfortable bed. Nicely decorated. Requested for a quiet room and was granted! Check out was at 12nn but we were allowed to stay until 13:00.

Reception area. All details of passports was recorded unlike other hotels we stayed around the state because we have stayed in Miami Surfside , Islamorada, Naples . No ID was required. No early check-in before 15:00.

The rustic vintage look is charming. The reception young lady was extremely helpful and catered for my needs once I arrived.

The valet! My family waited for him to return to only be dismissed once he got back or it might have been a misunderstanding on both ends. So that was a bit disappointing. But other than that, no complaints.

Elevator noisy and water kept running in the toilet. Rooms vary and the room did not have space for hanging stuff.

The rooms are smaller than they appear in the photos. There is no breakfast or other meals facility inside the hotel. No water in the room.

I was charged for use of the mini bar when I never even knew there was a mini bar in the room! I was only there for one night

Staff extremely friendly and went out of their way to help us with excursions, where to find food, where to shop and gave is maps Hotel was in a convenient location.

Surprise to see so many homeless people around but they were harmless so did not affect me.The only disappointing thing was that the door of the bathroom kept sliding and even through someone came up to fix it , it was not really fixed properly. In the three days I was there I did hear two others tell the staff about problems in their room ... one was about the shower which came off and he tried to fix it and the other was about the bathroom sink. It seesm that there are some issues with the hotel but if minor things do not bother people then I suppose it okay

No parking. Had just come off a cruise so got there quite early - 8.30am. I know check-in isn’t stated until 3 but when we arrived the check in guy said a definite no, that it wouldn’t be ready until 3. Most hotels I’ve experienced, have done their best to accommodate an early check in where possible but this was a definite impossibility here. Just thought it was very rigid. It didn’t affect us anyway as we headed off for the day and came back well after 3 but flexibility does go a long way I feel!

The rooms were large and quiet. We liked the decor, and there was a nice city view out the window. There was a large selection at breakfast in a charming setting. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the mezzanine sitting area.

The mattress wasn't the highest quality. The shower floor is marble which becomes quite slippery with shampoo and soap. The neighborhood is a little sketchy, but that happens in a big city.

It was very clean. Our room had a wood floor which was nice. Hotel has a European feel for sure.

The lobby is very small - there’s a second lobby on the next floor up but that’s not very clear at first. Much of the hotel seemed to be under construction while we were there.

The fire exit plan on the back of the door was not for the room. It was for a different room. There was noise in the hallway. It was of ventilation of AC but it was noisy.

Heritage hotel in a great location. The little charming reminders of its history as an old bank are everywhere ☺️. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location is perfect to catch busses to go exploring around Miami. Bed was sooooo comfy.

Beware : room 1008 doesn't have a pretty view. It's just an empty construction plot of land. But otherwise great experience.

Excellent downtown location in a very nice building. Bedroom was large and comfortable. Building and room decor were old school, but with modern touches after renovations. Would recommend.

Our room was facing a busy street and was a little noisy (but not unbearable or unable to sleep). One wall of our bathroom was a floor to ceiling glass wall facing the bed, the lack of bathroom privacy might not suit everyone...

Everything clean, neat and cosy. Staff are really kind and helpful. Breakfast is yummy.
