Eurostars Langford Hotel, Miami

Good location, restaurants nearby, comfortable room.

The rooms are smaller than they appear in the photos. There is no breakfast or other meals facility inside the hotel. No water in the room.

The staff were lovely and very attentive! The room nice and clean. The bathroom could use some updating

I was charged for use of the mini bar when I never even knew there was a mini bar in the room! I was only there for one night

Staff extremely friendly and went out of their way to help us with excursions, where to find food, where to shop and gave is maps Hotel was in a convenient location.

Surprise to see so many homeless people around but they were harmless so did not affect me.The only disappointing thing was that the door of the bathroom kept sliding and even through someone came up to fix it , it was not really fixed properly. In the three days I was there I did hear two others tell the staff about problems in their room ... one was about the shower which came off and he tried to fix it and the other was about the bathroom sink. It seesm that there are some issues with the hotel but if minor things do not bother people then I suppose it okay

No parking. Had just come off a cruise so got there quite early - 8.30am. I know check-in isn’t stated until 3 but when we arrived the check in guy said a definite no, that it wouldn’t be ready until 3. Most hotels I’ve experienced, have done their best to accommodate an early check in where possible but this was a definite impossibility here. Just thought it was very rigid. It didn’t affect us anyway as we headed off for the day and came back well after 3 but flexibility does go a long way I feel!

The rooms were large and quiet. We liked the decor, and there was a nice city view out the window. There was a large selection at breakfast in a charming setting. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the mezzanine sitting area.

The mattress wasn't the highest quality. The shower floor is marble which becomes quite slippery with shampoo and soap. The neighborhood is a little sketchy, but that happens in a big city.

It was very clean. Our room had a wood floor which was nice. Hotel has a European feel for sure.

The lobby is very small - there’s a second lobby on the next floor up but that’s not very clear at first. Much of the hotel seemed to be under construction while we were there.

The fire exit plan on the back of the door was not for the room. It was for a different room. There was noise in the hallway. It was of ventilation of AC but it was noisy.

Heritage hotel in a great location. The little charming reminders of its history as an old bank are everywhere ☺️. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location is perfect to catch busses to go exploring around Miami. Bed was sooooo comfy.

Beware : room 1008 doesn't have a pretty view. It's just an empty construction plot of land. But otherwise great experience.

Location was in a somewhat sketchy area. Maybe this is typical of Miami as I have not visited before. I thought the downtown area would be a little nicer

Excellent downtown location in a very nice building. Bedroom was large and comfortable. Building and room decor were old school, but with modern touches after renovations. Would recommend.

Our room was facing a busy street and was a little noisy (but not unbearable or unable to sleep). One wall of our bathroom was a floor to ceiling glass wall facing the bed, the lack of bathroom privacy might not suit everyone...

Everything clean, neat and cosy. Staff are really kind and helpful. Breakfast is yummy.

The room was great. It was clean, quite and pleasing to the eye. The staff were extremely helpful and provided suggestions when needed about the area. And the location was great since its right downtown and in walking distance to many things.

There is no breakfast "inside" the hotel. You have to walk out the building and then go into the building next door for breakfast. The food selection options didn't look very appealing to either of us so we ended up walking down the block and had breakfast at a small cafe (which was awesome). If you're looking for options like pancakes/French toast, bacon, scrambled eggs...you won't find it there. But the restaurant did look nice on the inside though!

Really nice hotel, near to downtown, safe zone.

We got stuck in the elevator for a few minutes and the staff didn’t answer the emergency call.

The restaurant and the roof top Were both temporary closed. It would have been nice to be able to eat and have cocktails on site.

Bathroom was not perfectly clean, found multiple hairs on the floor and sink. Check-in was a bit weird and lengthy as they did not seem to know who is staying in which room although I mentioned the names and no. of people with the booking. All other hotels during our trip had this information. They also requested additional personal information from my fellow travelers that other hotels do not need.

The location was central.

When I booked online, the hotel stated that breakfast was included, which is why I booked. However, at check-in, the agent said breakfast was not included. I was very disappointed. This was false advertising. Also, I had to park, and the cost for parking was not presented until after the reservation was confirmed.
