he entire stay was very good the staff was excellent

I liked the design of the hotel, the cleanliness of the facilities and the exceptional customer service.

The location was my only issue. If they could pick up the hotel and move it away from the homelessness and filth of the streets, I would go again and again.

I slipped and fell over in the shower, the floor needs a bathmat. We told housekeepers we did not need our room cleaned. We went out and came back and our room was cleaned, this made us feel uncomfortable.

The staff, the hotel but the location wasn't that great. Everything is closed up, we went out for a walk to see what was nearby. But there was nothing to talk about, I do understand that the area is under constructiion from what I saw, which was disappointing.

The surrounding area, the resturant next door could use a good bug spraying, I saw a roach crawling on the wall near the cereal and the bowls. Not good had I seen it before I got my food I would not have eaten there. Not much to chose from for breakfast for the price either. Could add some more selections to the menu.

Andres was the best. He went out of his way to solve an issue. Thank you Andres.

Would be good to have options for lunch and dinner also at the restaurant. Personal opinion: would be good to have swimming pool. But you cannot have it all.

- No restaurant inside the hotel for guests in the evening hour. This needs to be on the Booking.com App. - It's very complicated to find nearby eateries!!! A map of nearby restaurants should be placed in the room. - Breakfast next door was good, many choices!!

Room was neat, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was extremely awesome with a wide variety and the assistant a cheerful gentleman ( forgot his name)explained all the items on board happily with a smile. Alex at check in assisted to get a fairly good early check in and the lounge area to relax was very comfortable till we were able to settle into the room. Alex and his colleagues were also very helpful with information when we queried. A good location but one has to do a little walking to get to important spots or else Uber is an option

Dissent 3 stars hotel, not 4 star as listed. Nice bathroom but toilet flash doesn't work properly

Run down area, homeless on the street, poor noise protection in the room.

During our stay we had the issue of them charging 2 Separately booked rooms on one card then when we spoke to the workers they said WE Authorized which we never did because the bookings were under 2 Separate names and we both used 2 separate cards to pay and even after we called to straighten things out they STILL Managed to charge both cards for the one room that had already been paid for . We will not return no one even tried to rectify the situation it was a blame game between the workers and at the end we both still needed to cancel our cards from being over charged by the hotel.
