Good value place to stay in Miami. Was a short 10 minute walk from the Government Center metrolink station, which convenient from the airport. We stayed one night and got an Uber to the port the next day for $10.

This has become my go to Miami hotel when I transit through to South America! It’s so comfy, the bathrooms are great, the staff are always friendly, it’s a fantastic hotel!

We came to have some major dental surgery and had to move the first night we got to Miami because the first place we booked was moldy and nasty and unsanitary

Location was convenient for using public transit and running along the waterfront. Room was comfortable and had nice touches.

We had a street-facing room and it was incredibly loud. Construction, street traffic, etc. The lobby was utilitarian and confusing.

Bloody loved it here, real comfy big bed, fantastic large bathroom with walk in style shower and lovely toiletries! Nice staff, close to quite a few things I needed! I will definetly pick this place again when I come back to Miami. No hidden fees aswell like one other hotel I’ve used in Miami(YVE) where you pay an amenity fee for potential use of the gym, wifi and get a crappy mainly juice cocktail.

There was not enough amenities. They did not have ice machines, vending machines or microwave.

It was great!

The position was awesome for the price we paid. The hotel was clean and all furnished.

I slept very well and the location is perfect. Walking distance to Brickell and there is a bus outside the hotel taking you to Miami Beach. The room was big and Internet worked well.

Low shower water pressure - annoying

There was no view from the room. Curtains had to be kept closed. Renovation was on in the front.

The roadwork at the entrance ruined the experience, same as the view from the room, we had to “enjoy “ the untidy and filthy roofs and back yard

the room was beautifullhy designed - i love the pattern / paper on the wall. the brass / gold accents. the location of the hotel was great - near a wholefoods - a CSV pharmacy and near the waterfront.

Breakfast staff was really good

I had an excellent experience at Eurostars Langford in Miami. The staff was extremely kind and helpful throughout my stay. The hotel environment is very clean, pleasant, and welcoming. The room was spotless, with a very comfortable bed. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and great service!

I love the price and staff was so nice and it was very clean

The location is great in the sense that very convenient to a lot of attraction. E.g. 10-15 mins walk to Bayfront park. Walk to closet grocery is few mins too. Also a lot of restaurant choices nearby with less than 10 mins walk.

But the environment nearby is not satisfactory, seems an area that is under-going re-development. Saw some homeless people nearby too.

Room was spacious, lovely decor. Reception staff were super friendly and helpful.

Alex, at reception, was exceptionally great with excellent customer service and displayed excellent management skills. Thank you, Alex. What a far cry from our prior accommodation, Touchstone San Francisco, where we were asked to take our luggage and leave, this was around 9pm, if we were not happy, and the owner stated unequivocally that our payment would be forfeited, only because we asked to move us to a room away from right next to the elevator. The iwner from Touchstone can learn a lot from you Alex. At Eurostars, the room and bathroom was very clean and comfortable and was cleaned daily. Coffee replenished daily and good quality coffee. Housekeeping was great, quick response with immediate service. Overall, all staff we encountered was eager to make our stay comfortable. The location was perfect, a few steps away from attractions, wholefoods and restaurants. Irrespective of construction taking place, there was nothing to complain about. They offered luggage storage at no additional cost. Alex assisted us with an earlier than normal check-in and check-out. I would recommend this hotel and would return to stay when in Miami again.

The hotel is great but the breakfast needs to be improved. Eggs did not look or taste like eggs. Sausage also tasted fake. Pre-made French toast and waffles are not appetizing. Croissant was not fresh.

Very easy & smooth check in process and the staff were very efficient friendly and polite. Massive thanks to Winsmery and Almu who made our stay all the more pleasant with a bonus of an early check in, not guaranteed obviously but we were lucky.

No negatives, all good

Our room was very nice on the penthouse floor, so fairly quiet. The bed was comfy, good shower with lots of hot water. Breakfast was good and the location quite handy to a nice Greek restaurant.

When we checked in there was only 1 person on reception and the lobby was packed with people waiting to check-in, need more front counter staff.
