The hotel rooms is clean and comfortable, easily to move to downtown.

It was very close to the location that I was training at. It was comfortable and clean.

Wasn't happy with the view which can't be helped and they had Construction in the road again can't be helped

Good value place to stay in Miami. Was a short 10 minute walk from the Government Center metrolink station, which convenient from the airport. We stayed one night and got an Uber to the port the next day for $10.

We came to have some major dental surgery and had to move the first night we got to Miami because the first place we booked was moldy and nasty and unsanitary

Location was convenient for using public transit and running along the waterfront. Room was comfortable and had nice touches.

We had a street-facing room and it was incredibly loud. Construction, street traffic, etc. The lobby was utilitarian and confusing.

There was not enough amenities. They did not have ice machines, vending machines or microwave.

I slept very well and the location is perfect. Walking distance to Brickell and there is a bus outside the hotel taking you to Miami Beach. The room was big and Internet worked well.

Low shower water pressure - annoying

There was no view from the room. Curtains had to be kept closed. Renovation was on in the front.

Rooms were spacious and very clean, bed very comfortable

The roadwork at the entrance ruined the experience, same as the view from the room, we had to “enjoy “ the untidy and filthy roofs and back yard

The location is great in the sense that very convenient to a lot of attraction. E.g. 10-15 mins walk to Bayfront park. Walk to closet grocery is few mins too. Also a lot of restaurant choices nearby with less than 10 mins walk.

But the environment nearby is not satisfactory, seems an area that is under-going re-development. Saw some homeless people nearby too.

Our room was very nice on the penthouse floor, so fairly quiet. The bed was comfy, good shower with lots of hot water. Breakfast was good and the location quite handy to a nice Greek restaurant.

When we checked in there was only 1 person on reception and the lobby was packed with people waiting to check-in, need more front counter staff.

It’s very close to downtown Miami and the rooms were spacious and clean.

It advertises as having parking but in actual fact it’s a valet service that costs you additional money.

No pool

The Hotel room and lobby provide many space. The location is very good for Downtown! The people are very nice.

The price is very high for what the Hotel offers. We later on got to know other hotels with a similiar pricing but much more offers (better and bigger pool, better and bigger gym).

The room and breakfast were excellent.

The location was in the business district and did not feel or safe to walk around and explore. There was no real lobby.

Good location in Brickwell, had scaffolding around the entrance when i got there so was a bit tricky to find

Good room on PH floor, good TV system, good bathroom and shower.

Area has a lot of construction going on, it can be very noisy during day. Whole neighborhood in transition, Mall across street only 20% occupied. That said, there are still some interesting restaurants in area and very close to the harbor. Free breakfast was average at best.

Very good Breakfast - location - friendliness of staff

A lovely hotel with great staff however unfortunately we found the area a little unsafe of an evening time. Made us feel slightly uncomfortable unfortunately but nothing the hotel could help. Just something to be aware of as a tourist in the area.

The confusion passing situation. Also the fact that the construction outside the building hid the front of the building so I couldn't tell where it was located really aggravated. Also the bed was soooo freaking hard and uncomfortable same with the pillows but the room in itself was cute clean spaceship in the bathroom was amazing

Clean, comfortable room. Location OK for downtown area three block from Biscayne Blvd. Good nearby cafes, bars and restaurants.

Owing to construction work nearby, very difficult to find Hotel and entrance. Had to to go around the block in taxi to spot it. Only indicator was flag flown from about the 4th level.
