The location is a great proximity to the beach. The staff were friendly and the property was clean.

When we got to our room the vent in the ceiling was leaking water onto the carpet. The leak was not a small drip but running out at a good pace and had gotten the carpet quite wet. I called the front desk and they sent a technician to our room forcing us to leave because he had to take the large vent out of the ceiling to reach the pipes. When we came back it was still dripping and I had to call the front desk again. They sent a different technician out forcing us to leave our room again. This process went on for several hours. This was inconvenient and not something I expected from a room that I paid over $700.00 per night.

They come daily to check the mini fridge to see if we took something but the cleaning service wasn’t done for a whole day!! I didn’t feel safe as I returned after a day out and found my room wide open for the whole day after the hotel cleaning it. I had to cancel my last day plans as I didn’t feel safe leaving my belongings. Valet wasn’t free as you might think when you pay ~2000 $. You even have to pay if you want to stay by the hotel pool:) + rusty balcony

The property was immaculate with a great beachfront location. The staff was very friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Our stay was doing the Christmas holiday so the hotel was beautifully decorated.

The hotel has gone really down stayed several time s previously always 2/3 rooms for 10 days plus would not consider q]a return trip. Rooms bathrooms shabby

It’s a scam . They sell you an ocean view and then allocate you a room blocked by all but an inch by a huge building directly in front . When challenged the hotel say ‘ ah yes you must book full ocean view when booking ‘. So what does ocean view generally mean in the queens English ? Absolute scam , avoid at all costs .

The hotel was very nice on the outside and inside. I loved how the elevator only allowed you to go to your floor. The pool was super nice.

The maintenance of the room

The staff were friendly and the beach was not far to walk to less then 2 minutes.

The DJ played songs that he liked even after I asked him 3 times to play a song for me. The valet parking was too much and should have been free for the guests at the hotel.

Price change upon arrival by $200. We were not informed of a recreation fee. Was not expecting that when we checked in. Now we are short in cash. Ask when booking if there is any hidden fees. Lessen learned and still upset

AC issue for 3 nights every day has to be called reception 3-4 Tim’s and technician, they didn’t help us to be more comfortable, my kids sick caused freezing

Resort fee was 39.00 a day which was fine but then we ate at Donna Mare (hotel's restaurant) and they also charge a small resort fee to your bill.

The Ocean View was obstructed by a building 10 yards in front of the balcony they failed to mention and was nowhere in their advertisement pictures. The noise was unbearable! Apparently trash pickup is at 6AM and power washing starts at 7AM. The hotel sold out the beach patio and hotel bar on Saturday night and failed to mention that until a few hours before hand. But still charged me the Resort Fee. Not at all up to Marriott standards! Hello Hyatt Hotels!

The room designs and layout were nice the outdoor terrace is a great feature.

Overall it was a nice stay and the design of the hotel is very nice. However, the size and location of the mini bar in the rooms makes it tight on entrance and the patio doors are VERY hard to open and should be adjusted. The AC in the room was not great as it left the room very damp and somewhat clamy. No one told us prior to booking that the pool area was under construction and the early morning construction noises were not great, nor the view of all the construction from our room.

Pool was being renovated. Noisy works ongoing nearby. Corporate events going on. Food in the outside restaurant was not that good/fresh. We booked for 4 people (2 adults, 2 children) but the breakfast included was only for 2. Also, we were only allowed 2 sunbeds on the beach unless we paid extra. Surely, if you book for 4, everything should be for 4. Particularly as they were children! All of these points should have been highlighted in advance. No bikes available to use.

This is my favourite hotel in Miami. The atmosphere is very chilled, relaxed and trendy. The rooms are very modern, the beds are the best ever. Bathrooms are lovely. The hotel has everything one needs; nice pool area, great beach and options to eat and drink at the bar och restaurants. The staff at the entrance were constantly very friendly and helpful. Same goes for the staff at the restaurant, bar and most staff at the front office.

When checking out we were met by an unfriendly and impatient person who was not going to show the bill at first just asked of the full amount of money. Then when we noticed mistakes in the bill he got impatient and next to rude. Such a shame and pity as all other staff were lovely and so helpful and it was a wonderful stay apart from the last encounter.

Friendly staff and nice establishment. Easy to find your away around here. Highly recommend

arrives at 4pm and my room wasnt ready had to wait till almost 6pm and was given a different room.it was a bad start and never saw at any hotel ive stayed at the beach.i thought the outside bar and food closes too early previously been there much later

Unable to get in contact with the actual Hotel in order to inform them about we where unable to arrive due to ESTA Visa entry issue. Sent several emails without a reply. It is unacceptable that a expensive club hotel ignore costumers trial to communicate with the hotel.

the property is well located. The lounge bar is great. there are two pools one adults only which is great. We didn’t go to the restaurant but the buffet breakfast was exceptional. water and coffee in the room always available.

I was expecting the room to be a bit bigger and I booked ocean view but it was partial ocean view so I was a bit disappointed. the bed is not the most comfortable. moreover for the type of hotel and price paid I was expecting robes instead of towels.

Room wasn't worth the money. We stayed in a one bedroom suite (i believe, their most costly room), and we were disappointed by the finish and quality of the room. Bathroom door was broken and making noise while opening/closing (which they fixed upon request). Bed was making noise as well. There were some water leakage from one side of the roof at the entrance. There were many more such issues.

Our 2nd time staying. We had 3! uniquely off-putting near disaster experience during our stay which I cannot described adequately here. I will compose a message to management later. The property itself is great. The room is great. The staff is kind and polite, however the kindness and politeness doesn't really matter without the follow-through actions and communications.

The 3 events starting from the moment we arrived to the pool, to the bumbled job of getting our jewelry out of the sink and room tidied up as promised and the concierge booking the wrong date for dinner. Without going into detail here, we expected that a property of this caliber would have staff interested to follow-through on their promises and check in on guests to make sure things went according to plan.

it was very aesthetic and clean. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The was attentive and helpful and came with a good attitude.

The chair and towel procedure seemed a little unfair and not equal to the value you pay for your free amenities. Certain food items were overpriced such as a small water being $8. They also left our during booking there was a $150 fee a night as a potential damage fee.

Loved the cabanas at the beach. Reasonably priced.

Better food options. I felt the pool/patio and beach menus were too sparse. More vegetarian options.
