Bartender Jen at the lobby bar was incredible.

Battery on my entry door died every day and I continually had to go back-and-forth to the front desk to get maintenance to come let me in my room. One of the elevators was broken so to top it all off I had to walk up and down a flight of stairs if I didn’t wanna wait 15 to 20 minutes when we got there the first night our room was not available until after midnight. Staff at the front desk we’re very rude and although I’m not sure who’s problem it was the lobby was full of upset clients and they weren’t making it any better .

Nice pool area, perfect proximity to the beach, beach bar service was fantastic.

The night we arrived our room was not available until 12:30 PM. Manager was very rude. Lobby was full of people with the same situation. As for a late checkout following day in the most they could accommodate was 12 PM. Second elevator was broken the entire time we were there so you had to wait 10 minutes or more for an elevator every time you need to go back up to the room.

Base "continental" breakfast does not include American staples. This is a bit of a scheme to get you to upgrade to the American breakfast. I did not appreciate that and other guests didn't either. Thank you.

Some notes to management: 1. Booking.com was considerably cheaper than Marriott Bonvoy booking (channel manager not set up properly?) 2. “Service room” button was ignored, didn’t receive cleaning. 3. Booking confirmation says 150 usd security deposit, but 150 per night was taken, which was a considerable amount.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay - the service was great, the room was spacious and I really liked the L'Occitane toiletries

The only thing that could have been better was the view:it was partly facing a neighboring building with ust a glimpse of the ocean. Also, when we opened the window, we could hear a loud exhaust fan outside instead of the sound of the waves which was a bit disappointing. But aside from that, everything was nice and comfortable.

Access to the beach

I called ahead of time to let them know we were arriving later days before because we had a late flight. They claimed to note it down under our booking only to arrive that day and be told our ocean view room we paid for was given to someone else because it was a first come first serve policy.

Our 2nd time here. We were so impressed in 2023 we knew we wud return.. Amazing staff. In every department. Cleanliness is excellent. Concierge and valet staff are so helpful. Certainly lives up to the Autograph Standard

Loved how accommodating and friendly everyone was.

Staff were extremely rude, especially the manager named Ludy. Very unhelpful and charged us extra when we got there for use of the pool and security deposit even though we had already paid this on booking.com. When we tried to explain this to her, she was extremely rude and answered with ‘pay it or you’re not staying’.

The hotel has a great location and the beach is beautiful. The property has a vintage, renovated style and is overall very clean. Unfortunately, the service was extremely disappointing.

Our experience at this hotel was truly disappointing. We had just come back from a long day in Key West, spending hours in the water and sun, and decided to book a last-minute night at the Cadillac Hotel (at 9:30 pm). Unfortunately, from the moment we arrived, the service was terrible (except for the valet parking guys, who were really nice). At check-in, the front desk staff was unfriendly and unwelcoming. The person assisting us didn’t bother to explain the hotel amenities or make us feel comfortable. I specifically booked a room with an ocean view, but instead, we were given a partial view facing the hotel’s trash area. When I raised the issue, the staff were not helpful at all. - The next day we woke up with the trash truck sound early in the morning. The poor treatment continued the next day at the pool. The pool staff was rude and repeatedly asked for our room number as if we weren’t actual guests, which made the experience even more unpleasant. - On top of that, they charge extra for beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels, even though most hotels in the area include these for guests. The lack of service and manners throughout the stay made it a terrible experience. We usually stay at the Grand Beach Hotel and at the Faena Hotel, and in fact had just stayed there before our trip to Key West. - This time, we simply wanted to try something different, but it was a mistake. The service and overall experience at the Cadillac Hotel were far below expectations. If you’re considering staying here and are willing to spend this kind of money, I strongly suggest choosing another hotel in the area - you will get much better value and treatment elsewhere.

The breakfast was fabulous in regard to choice and freshness. Some of the staff were very friendly and made for a pleasant experience. Unfortunately there were two staff that were obnoxious and most unpleasant

It is a breathtaking scene, especially at sunrise and sunshine.

I booked a four-person room, but breakfast and other accessible facilities were just for two. So, I had to pay a lot for the meals while the quality and variety of cuisine were not too high. Overall, you should pay too much for anything although you have reserved a room with all the included services.

Location, staff, bike hire, sun beds, pool, food, breakfast and room all very good, happy with our stay just wish we’d had another night to explore Miami more.

Mislead on the website, sea view booked should be “full sea view” and sadly we only had a partial sea view.

Only three things I didn’t like : 1- with such rooms rate why breakfast is not included in the charge ? 2- Breakfast menu & bar is very limited. 3- with $450 charge per night for the room, why we should pay extra at the beach for extra seat & umbrella?

The location is fine, right on the beach in mid beach with reasonable access to south beach by bus, trolley or taxi. The beds were big and comfortable and the staff were extremely helpful at the front desk. There was a decent amount of equipment in the gym.

The room was a little small and the hotel was a bit tired and scruffy which meant it didn’t feel value for the money we paid. The balcony was tiny. Beach chairs are complimentary but an umbrella is an additional $28 which seems unfair.

Just a couple calls to desk concerning missing balcony chair and non working safe. Staff resolved quickly. Also inconsistent housekeeping service. i.e - clean towels brought to room, but used towels left on floor/rack not removed.

Location to beach and promenade fantastic, just lack of options for eating out at a reasonable price

Bathrooms are a little dated and would rather any ‘tourist tax’ was included upfront as have to pay it anyway. Massive downside to those from the UK as it’s not a thing for us (albeit I’d researched and was expecting it).

Not so busy location by the beach, staff are friendly and polite. Bed are comfortable.

Great Hotel, upbeat atmosphere, great staff, very local to lots of restaurants. Close to airport, we took an Uber everywhere, far cheaper than car hire and insurance. Many hotels now charge for parking, unnecessary after the hefty bills in US dollars and the various 'resort' fees and other taxes.

Huge pool but water 'opaque' compared to other pools I saw, maybe related to use of sun screen lotion, difficult to avoid in Miami ! Their bicycles are in need to repair. Rooms are 'tired' and need attention.

My plan was nice as expected .I am very worried because I returned home 1st April and my refund money as deposit was not returned yet .i even have no the detail of my expenses on site .I could review on the TV and they told me check out was done.Please kindly refund me the money in condition of deposit it is a lot and send me a receip of expenses as soon as posible.Looking forward hearing from you Maria Eugenia Vazquez Check out 1st April 2024 Room 808 (8 nights stay)

Rooms are quiet and comfortable!

The lobby was overly perfumed, the common areas and hallways are freezing!! The music in the bar area is awful and loud!

Very nice pool area and beach area. Great size of room. Fast service both for drink and food. Took a nice ride with hotel bicycle after the beach.

Room service could have been better. Glass fragments from glass that broke 1st night was still over floor when we left. Should have cleaned it better. Also not enough towels . Took dirty but did not leave clean towels.

The room designs and layout were nice the outdoor terrace is a great feature.

Overall it was a nice stay and the design of the hotel is very nice. However, the size and location of the mini bar in the rooms makes it tight on entrance and the patio doors are VERY hard to open and should be adjusted. The AC in the room was not great as it left the room very damp and somewhat clamy. No one told us prior to booking that the pool area was under construction and the early morning construction noises were not great, nor the view of all the construction from our room.

This is my favourite hotel in Miami. The atmosphere is very chilled, relaxed and trendy. The rooms are very modern, the beds are the best ever. Bathrooms are lovely. The hotel has everything one needs; nice pool area, great beach and options to eat and drink at the bar och restaurants. The staff at the entrance were constantly very friendly and helpful. Same goes for the staff at the restaurant, bar and most staff at the front office.

When checking out we were met by an unfriendly and impatient person who was not going to show the bill at first just asked of the full amount of money. Then when we noticed mistakes in the bill he got impatient and next to rude. Such a shame and pity as all other staff were lovely and so helpful and it was a wonderful stay apart from the last encounter.

arrives at 4pm and my room wasnt ready had to wait till almost 6pm and was given a different room.it was a bad start and never saw at any hotel ive stayed at the beach.i thought the outside bar and food closes too early previously been there much later
