Beautiful apartment. Everything you’d need for a stay was thoughtfully curated. Friendly and helpful staff. Amazing location! So well located, could easily do without a car! Parking was easy and included and simple to get into and out of. Loved it all. Will definitely come back here again!

The location is excellent and checking in and out was a breeze. Everything you need is provided in the apartment. The staff were friendly and accommodating. It was perfect and for sure we will stay here again next time we visit Melbourne.

Very central to Fitzroy with great on site parking, lots of coffee shops and pubs / restaurants nearby and a Coles 2 doors down.

The apartment was amazing and the location was perfect! All the staff were lovely and helpful.

Our tap in the bathroom would not run hot and our shower was a bit finicky with temperature and pressure.

Where it was located.

The pillows. They were either to flat or 2 high. But I have to admit I use a concave one where my neck fits into. I nearly went out and brought a new one whilst I was there but I didn’t want to spend over $100 to get one.

A great location with parking and very friendly staff.

Our room didn’t have any external windows, just a courtyard with high walls but you couldn’t see out. The staff were lovely and would have moved us but it was completely booked out!

we were 4 guests, but only one car park available per apartment TV did not work, requested assistance but no one came bedroom radio and/or clock did not work

Fantastic location to both tram stops on Nicholson and Brunswick Streets. Easy access and very friendly and helpful staff. Units have everything that you need. Kitchen fully catered. We made regular night meals and had everything that we needed Coles supermarket next door and Seven Eleven across the street Highly recommend to stay at this property

Friday nights can have a bit of street noise but nothing major.

Staff are always super friendly and rooms are spacious, clean and well fitted out. We always book here when we are in Melbourne.

The apartments were really spacious and well equipped, with everything you'd ever need. Convenient location in busy part of town but the apartment was quiet.

Location is fantastic . Restaurants and bars on your doorstep . King sized comfy bed . Staff are lovely . Car park is a huge bonus

The couch was absolutely filthy and smelt . We had to have a towel on it so we could sit on it . It was a disgrace with stains

Comfortable bed. Well equipped (mini laundry with front load machine and tumble dryer) and well stocked with bathroom needs. Quiet. Very clean and well maintained. Excellent security. Private balcony. Effective air con but with the ability to open a large window for fresh air. Easily accessed secure parking. Easy to find. Friendly front desk staff member who was very helpful with information about the area (restaurants etc and safety).

Comfortable accomodation with good sized rooms. All basics provided. The check in and out was easy and reception staff were Helpful and very friendly. The parking bays are of good size and easily accessible. We were fortunate enough to have a room upgrade.

Location great .Next door to Coles if you want to buy ingredients to cook .But even better ,less than 100m away are some great restaurants eg Ric,Paper ,Scissors.

What a fantastic location. Step out the door and you're immediately where you want to be. Seconds from Brunswick St, a very short walk to Smith St. Coles next door for any grocery needs. Staff are all very friendly and helpful. We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment without asking and given early check-in and late check-out.

Weirdly, the bedroom with the TV and the ensuite has the smaller bed.

Love the location and the ease of checking in. The view was absolutely amazing from our 2 bedroom apartment and was exactly what we needed to have a place to get ready for a night out.

Perfect location in the centre of Fitzroy with many restaurants, bars and shops. 2 bedroom apartment was very clean and well equipped. The washing machoine and dryer were very handy. Staff were very helpful. We would stay here abain next time we come to Melbourne. Highly recommended.

Bright, spacious self contained apartments in a brilliant location, in the heart of Fitzroy. Close to all the best bars and cafes and right next to a great supermarket. Minutes walk to trams into the city. Has a reception and great staff and customer service. Nothing is too difficult. Recommend asking for a higher floor facing East, West or North to get nice views and less noise.

Great location. The rooms were serviced daily which was nice. Reception staff all very friendly. Public transport right on your doorstep. Supermarket right next door. Much quieter than we anticipated due to being on a busy street.

Communication was amazing, staff were wonderful . Amazing view of melb , so much space , especially the balcony, we had everything we needed and great location . We are definitely going back next year .

Only thing could be might need some more outdoor furniture , 2 chairs and small table , for a two bedroom apartment wasn’t ideal.
