Tyrian Serviced Apartments Fitzroy, Melbourne

The apartment was spacious, clean and came fully equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Staff were very accommodating, by providing an extra bed for us at the last minute. The location was fantastic.

The only thing we didn't like, was having to go home!!

Right in the heart of the action, but still whisper quiet. Apartments are spacious and have beautiful views of the city skyline.

Floor lamps in the living room would be handy to avoid having to have the downlights on in the evening.

Great location for bars, restaurants and transport to city. Having free parking was a big advantage. Highly recommended.

This was my second stay at this property. I really cannot compliment the location enough. It is so perfect for the things I want to do and see when I am in the area. The room was nice and spacious. Great facilities with the kitchenette, dining table, lounge and terrace. Bed was super comfy. The staff are very kind and approachable. I definitely want to stay here again when I’m back in Fitzroy.

Only 2 small things, that the bathroom bin wasn’t emptied from the previous guest and that I couldn’t see the sky out the window due to the wall next to the terrace. But I still so thankful to have the terrace space in general and the fresh air.

Comfortable apartment with everything we could possibly need. Staff were friendly and helpful. Free parking. Locket study nooks. Remarkable storage for personal belongings, made me want to live there. Amazing location. Supermarket next door!

TVs are not smart TVs so you can’t watch streaming services and when watching their provided movies, if you press pause on a movie to leave the room for a few minutes, it kicks you out of the movie and you have to start all over again and fast forward to your spot. Really frustrating!

Uncomfortably hot at night because air con was hard to work out. It was very difficult to adjust temperature. There were additional instructions stuck on the operating unit but they too were unclear. These need to be re-written, along with an explanation of all the symbols on the wall operating unit.

Our one night stay was exceptional. Our apartment was spotless and included everything we could have possibly needed. Staff were amazing. Very friendly and extremely accommodating. The only thing we could possibly be picky about...was the lack of YouTube on the t.v. Everything else was amazing.

A nice big apartment in the lively area of Fitzroy, with convenient parking. It has everything you need for an extended stay, and there are many nice restaurants nearby.

Modern, clean and comfortable. Has good kit& laundry, everything you need. Convenient for supermarket & tram stop. (15 mins to city centre) Short walk to Brunswick St for cafés, restaurants & shopping. Great air conditioning during the heatwave!

Johnstone Street can be noisy. Ask for a room at the back.

The apartment we had was really comfortable and well appointed, it was also quiet which was surprising given its in the middle of Fitzroy on a busy street.

The location was great - in the heart of Fitzroy and with a new bottle shop opened up next door since I stayed here earlier in the year. Really central, really comfortable, and well stocked. Nice staff.

There was a lot of noise from outside the property- fair enough it was the week before xmas and people were partying, but it did disturb us most nights for a few hours. We also had some noisy neighbours within the Tyrian on our final night. We had to get up for an early flight on our last day and having been kept awake til 2 AM by other guests was not great. Maybe some guests need to have 'being considerate of others' a little more drummed into them. If there'd been night time reception staff I would have complained, but the desk is only staffed day times.

stayed multiple times and just love it. pay a bit more but everything works so well. free parking is safe and easy. rooms are sound proofed well and it is close to everything. nothing missing from this place

Power was not working in my room. Sfaff were most helpful and changed me into another room immediately I reported the problem and they couldn’t fix it themselves.
