Spacious, well equipped, comfortable and great location

I have stayed here quite a few times and keep coming back. The location is near to 2 lots of friends and the staff are always welcoming, helpful and friendly. The rooms are neat and comfortable

There is nothing I didn't like but these apartments do show a little wear and tear just due to their age. I will continue booking and staying here for as long as I can.

Great spacious apartment, very clean. Bathrooms has all necessary stuff and even amenity kit! Rooms have plenty of space and comfortable beds.

Needed an exhaust fan in bathroom. Could have had furniture on the balcony.

Very easy and save parking in undergroud parking place. Very helpful and kind reception. They even upgraded our room. All clean and our room was quiet, the windows where on the side of small street.

Even though located in a busy part of Melbourne, the apartment (106) was very quiet.

Room was spacious and clean. Location was great for exploring Fitzroy - everything right on the doorstep. Staff were helpful and accommodating.

There was a lot of street noise in my first room (Friday night). But I moved to another and it was quiet.

Foxtel was not working for duration of our trip. Asked at reception. Prompt visit by housekeeping to solve. Unable to solve during out stay.

Great location with easy tram access to the city. Lots of restaurant/bar choices. I was upgraded to a 2bdr apartment, which was very spacious.

I was disappointed that there was no way to cast to the TV. Either the TV did not have Chromecast, or it was on a different wifi network.

The apartment is spacious and came with washer, dryer, dishwasher, cook top and include onsite parking! The staff is tremendously helpful. I ordered a package to be delivered before my arrival and Hayden was so kind to receive the package and place them in our room when we arrive. A rare gem for Melbourne visit!

Excellent location in lively Fitzroy, surrounded by restaurants, bars, bookstores, thrift shops and more all in walking distance. Coles supermarket just next door. Tram stops two minutes away. We went with the one bedroom deluxe for a total of six nights across two bookings, and greatly appreciated it. The apartment was super clean, spacious, and thoughtfully furnished. The bed and sofa were both really comfortable, the kitchen area had all the utensils and appliances one needs, and the washer and dryer inside the bathroom were fast and efficient. The study area came in handy for our bags and using laptops. Best of all, both front desk staff and the cleaning team were lovely and helpful in so many ways. We came down with food poisoning (not due to any eatery in the neighbourhood!) and had to book another night last minute, and the reception team took extra care so that we could remain in the same apartment. Little things like topping up nespresso pods when they noticed we had used them, or letting us store our luggage in between our two bookings made our stay.

Nothing to improve. There was a little noise on the street at night from passers-by, but it did not bother us and is to be expected in a neighbourhood where people are out having fun.

The apartment was exceptionally clean. It provides everything one might need. The kitchen is well appointed. There are plenty of (matching!) wine, champagne and water glasses, a cute little dishwasher that does the job and plenty of pots and pans. The selection of tea bags was more than generous - a great assortment for this tea lover. I appreciated that there were plenty of spare toilet paper rolls and a spare tissue box - not one of those places where they assume you'll steal any spares. The bed is very comfortable. I didn't test the pillows - brought my own. Despite facing the street the apartment is very quiet. There are so many lovely restaurants nearby, and, of course, a Coles supermarket next door. I would highly recommend this apartment hotel.

There was nothing to dislike. If it were my own place, I might add some mood lighting in the living room...A table lamp, or something along those lines.

The apartment was clean, the kitchen had everything we needed. Perfect for two couples - we had our own bathrooms. Easy to get to using tram 96. There were bars and restaurants near by. A lovely Cole’s supermarket a couple of doors down from the apartment.

Noisy at night, our apartment faced the front. I wouldn’t feel safe as a female on my own walking down the street outside, but as two couples it was fine.

Great location, place was huge too and great it had secure parking. Was great for our family of four. Pretty basic but completely fine for us and beds were comfy. Would recommend.

Could do with a good scrub.

Walking distance to appointment. Clean, modern, quiet rooms. Lovely staff. Safe, secure car parking. Coles next door and lots of cafes. We stay here regularly.

Great location, handy to public transport and grocery stores and restaurants.

The ensuite shower was slippery when first stepped in, possibly due to the cleaning product not being rinsed off. I didn’t fall over but might have if I hadn’t been holding on to the tap.

Bed was comfortable and the bedroom and lounge were facing north with a view so the sun warmed the apartment. Heating was good too. Good size space and bathroom with an exhaust fan. It was very quiet.

Shower over the bath was cramped. Still wet the floor and difficult to get in and out safely (and we're quite capable!) Sensor light at the entrance had no switch? It turned on and off all day and night? Block out roller blinds were only partial.

Great apartments and lovely staff. Its my go to when I stay in Melbourne
