Location is fantastic . Restaurants and bars on your doorstep . King sized comfy bed . Staff are lovely . Car park is a huge bonus

The couch was absolutely filthy and smelt . We had to have a towel on it so we could sit on it . It was a disgrace with stains

Comfortable bed. Well equipped (mini laundry with front load machine and tumble dryer) and well stocked with bathroom needs. Quiet. Very clean and well maintained. Excellent security. Private balcony. Effective air con but with the ability to open a large window for fresh air. Easily accessed secure parking. Easy to find. Friendly front desk staff member who was very helpful with information about the area (restaurants etc and safety).

Nothing! It perfectly suited our particular needs for our stay in Melbourne.

Comfortable accomodation with good sized rooms. All basics provided. The check in and out was easy and reception staff were Helpful and very friendly. The parking bays are of good size and easily accessible. We were fortunate enough to have a room upgrade.

Location great .Next door to Coles if you want to buy ingredients to cook .But even better ,less than 100m away are some great restaurants eg Ric,Paper ,Scissors.

What a fantastic location. Step out the door and you're immediately where you want to be. Seconds from Brunswick St, a very short walk to Smith St. Coles next door for any grocery needs. Staff are all very friendly and helpful. We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment without asking and given early check-in and late check-out.

Weirdly, the bedroom with the TV and the ensuite has the smaller bed.

Love the location and the ease of checking in. The view was absolutely amazing from our 2 bedroom apartment and was exactly what we needed to have a place to get ready for a night out.

Perfect location in the centre of Fitzroy with many restaurants, bars and shops. 2 bedroom apartment was very clean and well equipped. The washing machoine and dryer were very handy. Staff were very helpful. We would stay here abain next time we come to Melbourne. Highly recommended.

Bright, spacious self contained apartments in a brilliant location, in the heart of Fitzroy. Close to all the best bars and cafes and right next to a great supermarket. Minutes walk to trams into the city. Has a reception and great staff and customer service. Nothing is too difficult. Recommend asking for a higher floor facing East, West or North to get nice views and less noise.

Great location. The rooms were serviced daily which was nice. Reception staff all very friendly. Public transport right on your doorstep. Supermarket right next door. Much quieter than we anticipated due to being on a busy street.

Communication was amazing, staff were wonderful . Amazing view of melb , so much space , especially the balcony, we had everything we needed and great location . We are definitely going back next year .

Only thing could be might need some more outdoor furniture , 2 chairs and small table , for a two bedroom apartment wasn’t ideal.

Great location, plenty of cafes and coffee shops around. The staff were fantastic and the room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Will definitely stay there again.

Noticed the bedroom wall was quite dusty and not a biggie, but housekeeping was very late on the weekend (had not been around 5pm when we’d popped back to drop some bags off).

Fantastic spot, convenient to shops and restaurants, easy travel to city and very friendly and helpful staff. While in a busy area the room was quiet and secure and felt safe for a solo traveller.

The couch was a little uncomfortable and needs a good clean and there were some minor maintenance issues but otherwise the apartment was clean and well stocked

Great location in Fitzroy, on-site parking at no additional charge, friendly staff with super-easy check-in and check-out, 2-bedroom apartment facilities and size are excellent.

Property next door was undergoing construction and were using a jackhammer which could be heard in our apartment. This is beyond Tyrian's control, however, they were able to negotiate to have the jackhammer used for 1hr timeslots and thankfully only during business hours and not on the weekend. I felt it was managed appropriately by Tyrian.

The door handles on the bathroom were very loose. The shower screen was difficult to open out - you couldn't open it in because it clashed against the exhaust fan.

Great location - easy walk to everything. Apartment was well equipped. Coles next door. Very well designed apartment. Free car parking. Initial room had no view - requested a change and they couldn't have been more helpful and moved us to a larger apartment with a great view for free. Great customer service!!

Our apartment was so spacious and roomy! Great for 4 people. Amazing location! Walking distance to everything could need. There’s a Coles conveniently located right next to the property which is super handy!

When we arrived there were dirty towels left in one of the bathrooms, but the staff were notified and came immediately and took them away. Also because of the location, there’s a lot of noise coming from the street below, which is really only an issue on a Friday or Saturday night when there’s a lot of people out and about. It would only affect you if you were a light sleeper.

We were looking for a base from which to explore the city and you couldn't ask for a better location, or property/staff. The property was clean and everything was serviceable. The staff were falling over themselves to be helpful including car parking beyond our scheduled check-out time and a late check-out at no extra cost. I really can't rate this place highly enough

me and a mate had a dj gig and this place was right across the road from the club we were playing at so it worked out really well. was abit pricey but for the room we got was pretty well worth it

could of been alittle cheaper but in saying that the it was pretty fancy place so cant really complain

Spacious, clean and had all facilities you would need for a few days stay. LOCATION! Right in the middle of Fitzroy with easy access to trams.

Shower very small with limited shelf space. This is the only thing that impeded a perfect 10!

Very noisy location

The location was perfect for a birthday dinner at a nearby restaurant, although being on busy Johnston Street there was some noise from outside. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen well equipped, A Coles supermarket next door was very handy for breakfast provisions. We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom unit - the other bedroom was totally unused by us, but it meant an ensuite with a walk-in shower rather than climbing into a bath, and was much appreciated. There was free parking in the underground carpark, which we considered, but in end travelled in by train and tram.
