Convenient great location

Very comfortable. Great bed. Had a bath tub, excellent kitchen and bathroom. And easily accessible undercover parking.

The staff were extremely helpful and kind upon our arrival. We don’t have much experience with the city and the staff made us relaxed the moment we walked in the doors. The room was beautiful, clean, tidy and comfortable. It had everything we needed. We even booked an extra night!

The apartments are excellent. The location is perfect and the staff are super helpful and friendly.

The water in the shower was not hot enough.

Love the location - happenning area but still quiet at night to sleep. Love the balconies for a bit of extra outdoor space. I was upgraded from a one bed apartment to a two bedroom - complimentary - THANK YOU! I always stay here when visiting Melb.

When staying in Melbourne we always stay at the Tyrian. Great location, low rise with a perfect deck. Free parking and helpful friendly staff.

The location was great. The cleanliness was great and having facilities like a coffee machine, washing machine were great. When the room was cleaned everything was topped up and fresh. Having free parking underneath that we could come and go when we needed to was fantastic.

Maybe have the water hotter but its not a deal breaker just a preference. Our toilet and shower dripped all night and the toilet would flush on its own constantly.

Lovely apartment. Fantastic we could enjoy a puff on balcony. Bed was like sleeping on a cloud ..soooo comfy....everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Amazing location. Right near Coles and Bottleshop, restaurants, bars.

There was nothing to dislike about staying here.

Friendly staff and beautiful room

This was our third stay at Tyrian. The apartments are in a fantastic location close to restaurants, supermarket and transport. They are super clean with comfy beds and amenities. Bonus to have parking underneath the apartments.

I liked that during the booking of an extra day and other clarifications the response time was very fast and effective. I am also very happy with the space of the apartment and the bathrooms.

The cleaning could be improved. There were still crumbs on the floor in the kitchen though we did our best to sweep them ourselves. And the sofa needed a little vacuuming I suppose.

Exceptionally clean with all the facilities we required.

A very spacious, clean and very comfortable apartment with everything you need. So closely located to a tram stop for a short trip into the city. Great eating places within walking distance and a Coles supermarket right next door.

The apartment is exceptionally clean and comfy, quiet and we received warm welcome and greetings from the counter staff. When I was there to check-in, we were late. Counter staff Jack was very friendly and polite to address my queries quickly. Thank you and it made our day!

I have some phobia with water pressure and so the shower overhead affix on top is abit uneasy for me during showering. I can see some rust in the bathtub of the bathroom

very surprised how quiet it was All in all a great place, clean, friendly and loved the carpark -- made all the difference being able to drive in and out in safety

the ensuite basin was getting blocked the shower taps were a bit complicated to use - maybe some guide to use them would have been helpful

Exceptional service, the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The apartment itself was spacious, tidy, well furnished, and comfortable.

I would have loved to be able to access streaming platforms such as Netflix or Spotify.

The Tyrian is affordable accomodation in an excellent location with amazing staff.

Modern spacious apartment, nicely furnished, kitchen has useful basic necessities. Everything one needs is included. Free parking also a bonus. Would definitely stay again.

Great location and lots of shops, cafe, restaurants and place to hangout nearby. Staff who were help us checking in very friendly and helpful.

Need more sanitary in bathroom and more towels as it is not match with people who stay

It is in a great location, close to good shops and restaurants. The staff were very friendly and helpful - both reception and cleaning staff. The room had a large balcony that was warm and had a good view - I spent quite a bit of time reading and relaxing on the balcony. The kitchen is fully supplied for cooking meals. Parking underneath with lift access to our unit was very convenient. The complex is on 4 levels so plenty of options - my sisters stayed in other units in the complex so it was easy for us all to meet to go out.

The only negative was that the bed was a bit soft for us.

Layout and cleanliness

The milk was off which sadly meant my friend had to throw out a beautiful cup of coffee I made her. It’s such a small thing in the grand scheme of things, but as Melbournians, we love our coffee! And an espresso made with love (and not enough coffee powder to make another one!) is a great start to the day!

Great location - lots of bars & cafes around. Really appreciated the easy underground car parking (easy for a normal sized car anyway) This is our second stay as we found it convenient & comfy.

Not much of an outlook even on the fourth floor but plenty of light.
