Incredible views from the pool

Beds were very comfortable

Trail of stains on the carpet and a toenail. Not enough cups or tea bags. No dish liquid.

The room was very comfortable, a good size, clean with lots of natural light. The room was quiet. Would stay again.

The sliding panels to make the bathroom private. The panels didn't line up that well.

The pool was over crowded and way too noisy no one respecting that other guess want to enjoy the space to limit the yelling.

Very kid friendly, we like the pool. Easy access to 96 tram

Some items in our didn’t work, touch pad, ironing board. It is quite far to anywhere that’s not on the 96 tram. Long walk to city and other parts or Southbank.

The view and the bed was very comfortable 😌

Comfortable quiet rooms

Breakfast staff were a bit unorganized, cleared my table when i had a full coffee that i hadn't taken a sip out of yet.

The rooms are looking very tired and outdated.

Check in took too long and not enough information from the staff on what was on offer. A printed information sheet was not good enough in my opinion. Not enough detail on what was on offer for breakfast.

Used unopened milk carton in our fridge, that was not replaced when we notified reception. Dirty towels were not taken from the room when clean towels were provided.

Didn’t like the bathroom arrangement. There wasn’t enough lighting in either the bedroom or bathroom.

The views of course are amazing. I love that it’s so central and walking distance to any kind of entertainment you’re looking for. COMFIEST BED EVER

The room facilities did lack, for the price you pay, it’s definitely WAY overpriced to similar locations with the same kind of luxury. It’s 2025, I’d like to be able to watch streamable tv on demand in my room. Casting to televisions aren’t that hard to install in big hotels such as this. There was no speaker or side table clock? My partner and I were getting ready and I’d like to have been able to put some music on or something… the power point outlets weren’t easily accessible on either side of the bed for device charging. The mini fridge was tiny and PACKED with minibar snacks you couldn’t fit to put anything of your own in there. The bathroom isn’t at all very private. Don’t get me wrong I definitely enjoyed my stay, but for the overprice you pay to stay here. There are other options around this location with similar facilities

With kids an the new cheek in time of 3pm it doesn’t not leave enough time to enjoy the pool area you either have to delay dinner time or get out there’s no time afterwards. wish it would go back to the old hours an I know I’m not alone in saying this as we spoke to other family’s

Location is amazing! Staff were really good when my daughter and I forgot our card for the room as we were going to the pool, had to walk down in our robes and bathers and they just gave us a new one straight away 😊

The only down side to the room I staying in was I went with a couple of friends and my daughter and there wasn’t much privacy with the bathroom.

The location is why we chose metrapol. We had a concert at Marvel stadium, an easy 20 minute walk. Room service at 11pm was fast and fresh! A little pricey but food was beautiful. Amazing views on the 20th floor. The pool was beautiful and fantastic views.

A few finishes in the room need a clean up, the carpet felt damp, need to be able to control the temperature in each room. Whatever is in the pool has tarnished my rings, they will need to be cleaned. Would recommend taking rings off before swimming. Front desk didn't explain the lifts ( U need to swipe Ur room card to use the lift) so we spent a bit trying to work that out.

In the first room the toilet was smelly. The shower room (in both rooms) was full of water during the showering, the floor design doesn’t allow water to drain quickly, it was like a pool, which is unpleasant. As the results we’ve got some fungus… Besides that, everything else was amazing!

Beautiful room, comfortable beds, great views and facilities. Easy walking to great locations.

In room dining was 3 times the price of same items you could get in the building. Products not properly stocked, room to sleep 4 only contained 2 robes and products hadn’t been restocked from previous quests.

Convenient location. Blinds on the swimming g pool area were great. Requested close to elevator and it was accommodated which was great as one of us was 1 week out of hospital post surgery.

No two chairs at the same height to sit at to eat together. Windows at the pool on the inside were filthy and could have been cleaner to enjoy the city views.
