Customer service booking was ordinary. Everything seems to be a problem from trying to get two beds in a room, to room service dinner (slow), to getting your car up from valet. Charging extra for a coffee at breakfast when you’re paying $1200 a night is so stingy. So many better five star hotels in Melb with superior friendly service.

The room was really spacious and the hotel is in a fantastic location. Really comfortable. The check in and check out process made it really easy! We would definitely stay here again next time we are in Melbourne.

It felt like we were just a number, not a valid guest. We advise it was our anniversary, we didn't even get a happy anniversary, or even a cheap bottle of wine or even a note saying happy anniversary on it like you do everywhere else,we did request if you can do a little something on the time of the booking so was a little disappointing.

Stayed here many times. Nice room. First time we received a corner room.

Booked a high level city view but only city view was if you looked left out the window. So not exactly what we paid for.

Beds were comfy and room was very clean, good amount of towels and glasses.

It was a bit awkward when it came to the bathroom as the toilet/shower glass is partially see through, which may be fine for a couple however I was travelling with my brother, sister-in-law and niece, causing us to have to take longer time to get ready for an event we were attending as there also were not many other alternative mirrors or power points while also working with dimmed lighting.

In the morning everyone had the same checkout time so we had to wait about 15-20 min for our car which was in valet parking.

Overall experience was great, the beds were very comfortable and the staff even more so, the bathroom layout took a bit getting used to but it helped with bonding with my partner

the pool is a bit mediocre, wished there was more facilities, and I understand it is an extra cost but when it comes to paying for the rooms, would’ve hoped that breakfast would be included with that type of pricing

Checkout was at 12 o’clock we asked for towels. The towels came at 11 o’clock and it was four of us to have a shower. I asked for an extended checkout time. They said no 12 was the latest that we could stay wasn’t happy without even though it was our fault that they took more than half an hour to 40 minutes to bring the towels.

Room had a great layout . Great vibe. Great location Very comfortable.

it was a big let down to not be able to cast phone onto TV and in room movie options were very limited, everything was amazing but that was a big let down would definitely question if I should book there again because of this limited entertainment options

There are some crumbs in the bedroom, it bit old and need to update the facilities.

Bed was good. I was charged extra $62 for bay view room which was not exited. Didn't use the pool. Breakfast was not worth for $43.

I was there with my wife for her birthday but, no extra offers or upgrade room for free.

Love Crown - always a reliable stay

My most recent stay I was charged at reception on arrival as normal, however 6 days later we received another invoice to charge us for the full amount again as well as a soda, when we never opened the minibar to begin with and the drinks we did bring into the room, were ones we had purchased externally at the IGA across the road.

When I did the pre checkout form and entered a leaving time the valet doesn't seem to be notified to have the car ready for same time.

That it was in crown making it easy to access everything within crown.

I think for the money we paid I expected the room to be a little more fancy.

The staff, location and the view at night time from your room is fantastic.

Being really picky here as it was a great stay. We’re both not a fan of squishy pillows, but there were others there in the room we could have used. We were only staying for one night so we didn’t bother changing them over, but if we were there longer, we would have requested them to be changed.

The bar fridge was too full and couldn’t store any other drinks. I am not a big fan of alcohol and soft drinks.

Crown Towers - Cleanliness of the bathroom and shower, mould in the bathroom. Hair in the shower. Disappointing for a 5 star hotel I had to call and request more towels- supplied enough for 3 yet four guests booked. Disappointed that for the cost of the room no TV streaming services or movies included for the children. We received these option in a lesser rated motel for free.

Check in staff had no interest in checking us in, in fact they completely ignored us.

We enjoyed the property. It was clean and the staff were friendly.

The swimming pool was smaller and busier than expected. Additionally, I had added a note in my reservation that we are coming to the hotel for our daughter’s birthday. We expexted a happy boirthday note or a small cupcake (which doesn’t cost that much) on our arrival. This request was a common one ( I believe that was the readon that in the booking page we were asked if we are attending for any special ocarion) and could make my daughter a very special one, but was not considered by the hotel.

Just the beds werent super comfy and pillows were so thin, they seem to deflate when stacked and we woke with sore necks. everything else was fab!
