Breakfast very good with excellent choice. Staff at reception very helpful and knowledgeable Location next to station end metro, but old port walking distance.

Hotel ordered taxi for transport airport and advised around £60 pound but had to pay £85

The rooms were very clean and the hotel is super close to the main train station. The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful at any time!

There was a chemical smell in the room, I guess because of the cleanser. It wasn’t bothering us, but it could.

The staff was very friendly and helpful! The room was perfect for a solo traveller, and bathroom was very clean. My room was at the back of the hotel; therefore, I could not hear the noise from the train station. I also enjoyed the breakfast offered on site

Although the location was convenient for the train, the area does not have much to offer if staying in Marseille for a longer period. Given the location, views from the room are alley ways or small streets. It was best to keep curtains drawn. There are additions fees to use the pool & spa area.

View from the room - looked out on to side street- should have requested courtyard view & whilst only 15/20 minutes to old port found the walk back up hill was a bit of a challenge for my husband as he is 76 & some breathing issues.

Was able to book at a moments notice after leaving a previously booked hotel due to several issues. Room was clean, staff were welcoming. Very pricey for what it is but maybe this was due to it being very last minute, and very late in the evening.

It had coffee, tea sugar etc in room but no kettle to make it with. Had to borrow the staff kettle.

A lovely boutique hotel seconds away from the station. It’s about 10 mins walk from the harbour/ other tourist areas. Some people might find it sketchy but it was fine for me as female traveller who is used to living in the city. I didn’t feel unsafe as you walk up a main road to return in the evening. Everything is near. Also a big comfortable room. Dressing gown, toiletries etc. A fantastic spa! Also massage ( I had an amazing one) such a nice treat at the end of the day. Also a cosy bar and a great breakfast. Beautiful courtyard, you can relax in morning or evening. Couldn’t ask for more.

Close to train station and but had early flight, otherwise avoid this area like many in big city’s near train station’s not particuarly great .

The location was very convenient as it is right next to the train station. We had an issue with our room (no curtain and broken shower) and staff were very quick to move us to a much nicer room. The newly renovated block is beautiful. Room had a great view of the city. Ask to be put in the newer block as it is away from the road. Overall, I think this hotel is great value for money and feels more like a 4 star hotel. Staff were lovely and couldn’t have been more friendly in resolving the issue above.

The room we were initially put in was not fit for purpose - it had no curtain and there were flies in the room. We were quickly moved.

Well the location is good,right beside the train station. Obviously a less salubrious area but geographically it was perfect. Right beside the city centre. Everywhere was within walking distance. The staff..bedroom and security was excellent. The Spa was good. We had it to ourselves.

For the price it was all good. You need your wits about you as the area is real city centre

A really pretty hotel with a fantastic location right across the street from the train. Bathroom nice, pressure good, breakfast good, staff very nice.

The only thing we didn’t like was getting to the room with two 50 lb. Suitcases up stairs, through buildings and then to the lift. Being older that was difficult.

It was an ideal place to stay just alongside the train station.after a late flight into Marseille.

I wanted a very quiet room in a potentially noisy location ie by the railway station. And that’s what I got. Ideal for solo traveller

I stayed for one night, and after a few days I came for additional three nights. The first room I got, in the building of the reception, was mediocre. The second room, which was located in a newer building, was great. The team is very nice and efficient, and breakfast is fine even if not too rich.

The bed was too soft to my taste

we didn't have breakfast, but there were a lot of small shops around where we could have breakfast. Carrefour is also nearby. The advantage is that the station is close by and there is a bus to the airport from there. We could leave our luggage at the reception

Room was on the small side for a suite but clever use of picketed doors to section off the two rooms Hotel is 5 minutes from the station and roughly a 30 minute walk to the centre/port.

very convenient to the train station. we got the top floor and it had a great city view. comfortable and nice hotel and staff were excellent and so helpful. there is a nice courtyard for breakfast.

If you need to be close to the train station, this hotel is unbeatable. The area isn't the nicest but the hotel was very proper and I felt at ease staying there.

Convenient location near the main station and easy walk into town centre. Modern hotel, lovely decor, very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was excellent, lots of choice and all fresh and tasty. Comfy beds, good size bathroom and very clean.

One of the three people I met at reception was quite rude. The others were lovely. Not really much in the small room called a gym.

Clean, new room. Staff helped us to move to a twin room - eventually - see below.

We had to wait beyond 3.00pm for a room. We were assigned a double for my son and I so we requested a twin. This was done but we had to wait over 30 mins.

The area around train station

First, desk manager Max was exceptional. Helpful, informative, gracious. Second, breakfast very good.

The first room was on main road (having specifically requested a quiet room), had no refrigerator, no comfortable chairs and no drawers. When we complained, Max was extremely helpful in moving us to a much better room with fridge, chairs, drawers and a quiet location. He did this swiftly and graciously.

Second Interaction with different staff member was not so great as we found him a bit rude and not very welcoming or friendly. Seemed like he was pissed off to be there. There was also a bit of a smell of smoke in the room (stale smoke).

It's better know in advance more information about room when you travel with family

After break-in to our car the manager was very helpful, did a quick fix of the broken window, provided surveillance videos and granted a credit to the stay.

Break-in to our car which was parking in front of the hotel. Also to pay extra for the SPA was unusual and expensive.
