The lifts are too far from the rooms The walk is too long The bathroom is made with concrete and high up , there could be a potential of a fall hazard The AC wasn’t cooling properly and it took a minute to get the technician in

It is located so well close to YSL and Garden Marjorie and good distance from airport. Also good distance from Medina and Jamal Fana. One of the best places to stay! Amazing staff, great room service, very good spacious room and good view to the pool. I really enjoyed my stay and the staff was really great, very helpful, very polite, well mannered and they are very helpful. I will definitely stay here again when I visit Marrakesh again.

Nothing was not likeable really

The staff were quite helpful and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good.

Between the shower walls tiles could have done with a bit of cleaning. Generally an old hotel that needs updating.

room was lovely (free upgrade to a suite - thank you!), great facilities, fab location, super clean and everything you needed in the hotel. breakfast was a great variety and well stocked throughout the wide time slot.

the restaurant/bar service was awful, lots of staff stood around doing nothing, even when you tried to make eye contact they ignored you. long wait for menus, longer wait for orders taken and for the arrival of drinks/ food. felt quite unwelcome. the food and drinks themselves were great and delicious, but it was just a pain to get them! we even ate there twice (once at dinner in the restaurant and second and lunch pool side bar) and had the same problem both times! we also witnessed a waiter drop a glass next to our table (in the pool bar where everyone had sandals on), and not clear up smashed glass on the floor for the whole 1 hour we sat there. multiple staff walked past but noone seems to care. not quite what you'd expect for a 5* sadly and would probably stop us returning / recommending to others.

Very clean and modern hotel. The rooms were good size. Good location, shopping centre and many restaurants near by. Staff are very welcoming. Awesome pool area and the spa is great. Highly recommend this hotel.

Those responsible for cleaning the rooms, skip cleaning the room, which I think is a daily duty, going through the room, cleaning it, and providing it with water and soap....

The location of the property is incredible, right in the city centre with famous restaurants just a short walk away. A cab to Madina in less than 10 minutes. At first we didn't like our hotel rooms they were very dirty, e.g. The chairs had stains etc but our room was upgraded for free to a much cleaner and bigger room which made our stay so much better.

the room is tidy and cozy. The room is a considerable distance from the reception area. The location is fantastic, and breakfast is fine Staff : ok

That the toilets don’t have a hose in them , I mean it should be there I am aware that not everyone uses them but there are people who do use so my suggestion is kindly provide hose in the toilets and if the guest want to use they can if not then no issues,I had to bring my own hose in ,also everything was written in French so it was definitely difficult for me to read what food I am eating it would be great if they had written it down in English so it could be easier.

friendly staff, always there to help, we went with family of 4 and booking cab would have been challenging, but the hotel staff got the cab booked for us and also agreed to the amount that we need to pay as tariffs are not fixed.

Swimming pool

They closed fridge in room on key because I didn't have money on deposit. When I made reservation on booking.com there was no info that I need to pay additional funds for deposit.

The staff was extremely exceptional. Very nice and pleasan also very helpful.

How they manage the gym.

All is good, the staff were very polite and helpful. The pool is very cool. Location is awesome close to everything. Definitely will stay there again

Our stay was amazing and the breakfast buffet was soo good. We stayed only one night and we saw a new menu at Lila restaurant and we asked if we could try it out. Hamid (the manager) told us that the menu would not start until the day after but since we were only staying one night they would figure something out for us. It was a new dry aged steak menu and we were the first ones to try it and it was one of the best steak we have ever gotten! Thank you chef Mohammed! Our waiter Khalid and the chefbar Hickam were incredible. Hamid was extremely nice and made us feel so welcome and made sure we were enjoying our stay. Highly reccomend!
