Full of character, excellent location for exploring Palma, staff were very thorough, attentive and always available, whether at reception, at breakfast or in the bar.

As soon as checked into the hotel, the customer service was impeccable. They would listen to all of our requests and try to meet them as best as they could. The breakfast every morning was phenomenal for being a boutique hotel. In addition to a buffet, they have a to-order menu, and the food was great. The ambience of the hotel is also top-notch. Definitely recommend staying here.

1) The other concierge (both men) besides Sol were rude, snarky and indifferent. 2) Our shower flooded and we weren’t able to take a proper shower. When they sent someone, the shower still didn’t work and the plumber left all the dirty soaked towels we used to prevent a terrible leak! They never sent housekeeping to replace clean towels or to clean up after the flood 3) when the front desk men (concierge/host) was informed, he was extremely defensive and rude and came into our suite in a reluctant manner

The breakfast was lovely - if anything it would be good to have more fruit on offer.

Staff was excellent, interior was cool and location superb. Very comfortable beds and nice bath tub for a couple.

They could have had a small pool and while the dark colors concept is cool, it almost gets a bit too dark.

The decor, service and location.

The doors at the hotel are quite heavy so you can hear other guests coming in and out of rooms.

The staff were wonderful, so helpful and friendly. We loved the design and decor of the hotel - beautifully appointed. It was really central so in a perfect location.

Sadly I have had to give a poor score because the bedroom was really hot and there was no air conditioning or ventilation in use as it was winter. The window would not stay open either and the street outside was noisy even if it did stay open. We had two terrible nights sleep. Also the first night there was a lot of noise and arguing from an adjacent room. We paid for a suite which had a beautiful fire in it, but as the room was so hot and stuffy, we couldn’t use it. If the hotel is open for clients, it needs to provide rooms at a comfortable temperature. Sleeping is the main purpose of the room, and if it is ridiculously hot and stuffy then it is useless.

The best hotel, great staff, delicious breakfast, location right in the city center.

It is a quiet and beautiful hotel, very boutique! If you seek for a luxury shelter with excellent location, walking distance to Cathedra, shopping avenue and dozens of great tapas bars and fine restaurants, I would highly recommend this hotel.

I loved the Moroccan theme and the aromas throughout the hotel. The bed is super comfortable and makes for the best sleep! The bath allows for a total wind down of the body and mind. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive.

Location is hard to beat. The place is built for romance. Breakfast was very good.

Not all the facilities were open - restaurant was closed the night we arrived. The bar never opened. Aircon was switched off for the season. TBH, the decor was tired and the place needs a refresh. Overall, a 4 star, not a 5 star experience, and therefore over priced.

If you have poor eye sight then you may struggle with the dark interiors !

The ambience of a true boutique hotel was simply fabulous! Each floor had a single room in our block and that made it simply quaint and special. The lighting and the decor bring out your inner Goth! 😎 Very good front desk service and overall support. Definitely will be back!

Can't really think of anything besides the beautiful bathtubs that would probably be a catastrophe for older travelers to turn money the faucet. Hey, but that's the price you pay for style and design.

It was all very nicely done, would have been amazing if you were able to use the small pool in the inner courtyard as a dip pool or jacuzzi. I did think on balance that it was expensive in comparison to nearby hotels, but it is boutique and w had an excellent stay

The people and service were amazing - the front desk staff were pleasant and very welcoming.

The only thing I would have liked was more hotel amenities. Like your sister hotel from a pool, larger eating area with more options.

We were staying at this hotel for the second time. Wonderful in every way. The room is a dream and we got an upgrade, Cava and sweets. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay!

Snack menu for the restaurant wasn’t on offer and would have been ideal in the storm but only minor because of the weather when we stayed.

Lovely property and amazing staff

We unfortunately had many ants in our room (4) and this made us feel rather uncomfortable. When making the staff aware they got us another room for the night and housekeepers came in and cleaned our room. Unfortunately with the heat ants still appeared in the room but the hotel gave us a bottle of champagne to say sorry. And I suppose that’s the 5 star touch.

Stunning venue. I love the atmosphere of this hotel. Each room seems to have a different vibe. Number 8 was my personal favourite of the ones I saw. Breakfast is rather small but fresh and delicious. Staff is very friendly and attentive. Awesome location to explore the city from.

There is no pool. The sister hotel a few streets away however is however granting access to their pool for guests of this venue.

Elegant hotel on a nice quiet street, moments from shopping and bustling old town streets. The courtyard is a beautiful space in which to enjoy a delightful and extensive breakfast. Our room was perfect- spacious, beautiful decor, large bathroom with a fantastic soaking tub (we loved it!). We stayed in a room with a day bed which was a perfect place for a siesta in the afternoon. The air conditioning was epically good- such a rarity in the Mediterranean in general. Staff was wonderful. Would come back again anytime we visit Mallorca.

Would be nice to have parking options on site or a voucher for the public lot.

A beautiful property - very Moorish/Moroccan in style. Rooms dark and moody which was fantastic initially although the lack of light was slightly frustrating at times. Huge bath which was fabulous. The staff were exceptional - very keen to please and welcoming. The hotel is perfectly situated in the centre of Palma close to Cathedral, old town and plenty of good restaurants and bars for eating and drinking.

Slight recurring issues with water and electrics going off but usually only for a few minutes. The bar was not open when we arrived and until the evening which meant we couldn’t have a glass of something. But that was not a huge inconvenience. It just would have been nice to kickoff with a drink in the small but attractive cocktail bar s we were with 2 other couples and at times sitting around waiting for each other.

I l loved my stay at this hotel, the staff on duty was so wonderful! It’s felt like home to me, and it has a very great location right in the city centre and very walkable distance between the hotel and important places like shops, resturants and even the cathedral! Fantastic Experience
