We couldn't get a taxi out of the hotel most of the time. But the staff have been so helpful though.

Good variety breakfast buffet. The hotel is located in a beautiful, calm area. Spacious rooms, friendly and helpful staff. I also booked a massage and facial treatment at the spa. It ended up being the best massage I’ve ever had. The massage room had a calming effect in itself - nicely decorated, perfect temperature and some really relaxing background music. The massage was absolutely fabulous, warmly recommended.

The terrace of the room is very big, but sparsely furnished. Only two chairs and a small table. When we asked, the staff kindly brought two sun chairs to us, which we appreciated. Overall, everything in the hotel seems neat and clean. I noticed though, that the bathroom needed some attention. The bathtub and shower doors were not clean.

I love this place. Always stay when in Macau. Ideal place to come with small kids, they go out of their way to accommodate them.

Quiet, clean, comfortable and very relaxing, it was a superb experience, we loved the view to the ocean. Breakfast is excellent and the staff extremely kind (Mrs Eva was very precise with us and deserves special praise)

I loved the resort it is in a lovely location,although a little aged its ckean and rooms are huge. The beds were super comdortable. Staff were friendly, and room service quick.

The front desk said that they didnt have the booking although we had all the comformation details and even had corresponded with the resort several times before our arrival. Which was quite stressful to deal with after a long flight. Also it would be good if they had a shop that sold snacks, ice creams, sweets etc seeing it is so far from any stores. The cost of room service was very high and so was the massages more than what I have encountered in other resorts. No materials in the room about the facilities and no place you can just have a coffee or drink. I came for a rest and didnt plan on leaving the resort.

Check in was 3pm but room still wasn’t ready at 5pm. Pool restaurant ran out of pizza and baguettes by midday.

The staff were kind, diligent, happy to help, good mannered and lovely .

Breakfast was lovely

It was a special holiday for us with my boys turning 21 and 17. I just informed the hotel about it, expecting a cake in the room. We were totally floored when we saw that they had decorated the room and beds with baloons and colouful festoons. It was quite touching. They had also left a Happy Birthday note with their names! The complimentary cheese cake was delicious! A beautiful gesture by the attentive staff.

It is tired but has lovely big corridors and wide passages. Rooms are spacious and bed comfortable.

We had an amazing stay. Great location and wonderful service. The food was excellent, especially the Indian cuisine. We also loved the breakfast, amazing value for money. Room was comfy, nice view and huge. Nice beds and plenty of space for two adults and two kids. Lovely clean and all amenities you’d expect. My kids loved the kids play room and the pool areas (both indoor and outdoor) were great. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and look forward to coming back. Very friendly staff and we appreciate the slightly early check in and later checkout

Large group of unruly tourists checking in at once, but hotel staff handled it quickly along with our check-in.

Only just discovered the gym and massage there after several visits and they were both excellent

Basically the place is a bit tired and old but everything is clean and efficient.

It is a charming hotel with a lovely location, perfect for a relaxing getaway from the hustle and bustle of urban life. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, featuring an elegant old-world style. One notable advantage is the ability to swim in the pool in the late evening, which is quite rare compared to my experiences at European, Turkish, and Egyptian resorts. Additionally, having a golf club within walking distance is a great bonus!

The hotel is in need of renovation, as some areas appear worn and slightly abended. Additionally, if you are assigned a room with a connecting door to the neighboring room, be prepared for significant noise from early-morning guests. The sound insulation is insufficient to block out the noise, which can be quite disruptive.

First and most important is to thank you for preparing a surprise for my wife!! We love you!! If you have spent a few days in Hong Kong, the best thing you can do to relax is to come to this hotel. The hotel is located in a fabulous area overlooking the sea or the sea and the beach. We chose the one on the beach. It is wonderful to be woken up in the morning by birds. From the window of the large terrace you are greeted by greenery, birds and wonderful silence. You can see that the hotel has its best years behind it but has huge potential. Beautiful location, unusually polite and caring staff, very good cuisine, huge rooms with comfortable beds, bathroom with shower and bathtub, swimming pools, including an indoor pool and a jacuzzi with 40 degrees water (wonderful). The hotel has a restaurant that serves great meals. Very tasty!! Breakfast is very abundant, diverse. Something good for everyone. The hotel also has a beautiful garden and access to the beach. It is amazing how pleasant the hotel service is, starting with the gentleman at the hotel door, reception, SPA, restaurant and housekeeping. Really everyone is absolutely friendly.

The hotel has its best years behind it but it has character! It needs minor repairs here and there but they do not have a major impact on the whole. The only comment is that there should be oat milk for coffee at breakfast.

Decor is VERY tired & check in experience very poor

It was spacious and palatial in its feel. The facilities were fantastic especially the pools, steam room and sauna. breakfast was vast and catered for all tastes.

The activities for kids were fantastic! My 6 year old made loads of new friends playing in the kids room and then outside on the lawn in the bouncy castle and at the various activity tables. The breakfast was excellent value for money and the service at the restaurant was very friendly.

The food choices weren't very inspired. The cocktails were not very good - too sweet or not well mixed. The bathtub knobs came off every time we used the bathtub.

nice out of the way location, yet still easy to get to the main tourist areas of macau. buffet was excellent!

the hot water was not ideal. it took a very long time to heat up and in some cases never did fully heat up.

The beds were so comfortable with pillows that were perfect. The food, drink and ambiance in the restaurant were fantastic. Every single member of staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and happy!

Tea and coffee making facilities and the channels on the tv could have been better- but very small issues.

I like everything in hotel, montagne, place and Pool.

It is a bit old.

Check in was smooth. Staff were friendly and helpful. We booked a connected room, both rooms were clean and spacious with large courtyard. The view from the room courtyard was beautiful overlooking the pools area if pools were not under renovation. The shuttle bus service provided by the hotel really faciliated our travel between the hotel and the main part of Macau. There was a beach close by and there were quite a lot of areas to explore within the hotel. Overall, a pleasant stay.

The location of the hotel actually is quite remote, if we missed the shuttle bus, we had to take a cab, no public transport is available.

Everything is great, location, staff, food, comfort and beach view, no complain at all, 10/10.

Friendly staff and the room is clean and spacious. The hotel provides shuttle bus and also only 2 minutes walk to the public bus stop.

I felt good at this resort. Although dated you could still see that the original plan for the place was good - taking into account that people will be spending entire holidays there. I loved the greenery and the songs of the birds in the morning. The garden is old and has exotic plants. All in all I felt the old times of glory and this was good. The room though was very clean and spacious, the bathroom was newly changed and kept in a good condition. The Reception desk staff was really kind and welcoming. There is a free shuttle bus service to Grand Lisboa Palace and a the bus stop for the public transport is very close to the resort.

The resort has seen better days for sure - the common areas need renovation and update. The price for the breakfast was a bit exaggerated.
