Sunset Tower Hotel, Los Angeles

Nice location

I recently stayed at the Sunset Tower and unfortunately, my experience did not meet expectations. During our stay, the fire alarm went off in the early morning due to a mistake, with no explanation or apology provided. Additionally, we encountered issues with cold water, which were resolved only the day after. Although I reached out to express my concerns, and the general manager Mark initially proposed a meeting, but when I told him that I couldn’t do it at the time he proposed, I received no further follow-up, even after explaining that it was the day of our check-out. No apology or compensation was offered, which was disappointing given the situation. For a hotel of this caliber and the cost, I expected better communication and service recovery.

The rooms were tiny and it took a long time to get anything from room service to your room

Lovely time as always, Dimitri was so helpful, very kind and Michael the bartender is always great. Megan at valet was so kind every time I saw them. Food is great, service attentive and look forward to being back in a couple months.

The historic building was breathtaking my suite was amazing with a breathtaking view of the city.

This hotel was one of the highlights of our trip, the initial arrive of a strong concierge and excellent check in team. The room was large and beautiful with original features. Excellent touches with replenished water and lots of snacks. Bed was incredible comfortable. The location was perfect to explore Hollywood. The sunset bar is amazing.

Very difficult to say anything wrong however the pool area is much smaller than the photos show however we didn’t need the pool.

I MENTİONED THAT I NEED INVOICE UPON MY BOOKING BUT THE PROPERY SAYS ITS BOOKING RESPONSABILITY THEY DO NOT GIVE INVOICE AT CHECK OUT AND WHEN I ASKED BOOKING IT SAYS THE PROPERTY WILL PROVIDE!!!! THIS HAPPENS THIRD TIME NOW AND I HAVE TO FOLLOW UP EACH TIME FOR THIS INVOICE THAT THE PAYMENT I MADE IN ADVANCE !!! I WILL AVOID TO USE BOOKING JUST FOR THIS REASON

they charged me $546.00 for someone else’s tab at the resturant to my cc. had i not seen the charge on my card i wouldn’t have noticed they charged me for someone else’s stuff.

Great location, good breakfast, friendly staff.

The rooms were tiny, the value of the room wasn’t worth the size and quality. Water pressure was quite weak, we had to upgrade to a suite because the other rooms were too small to even walk around the bed.

Very clean.
