Iconic place right in front of Golden Triangle Rodeo Drive. Possibly best location for your first LA visit - safe district, walkable, many restaurants and bars. The staff is pleasant and helpful, and there are great LA views.

Pretty old room with very strange shower cabin. It's small, and luckily I am not a big guy, but if you are, it's better to take a bath. I don't know why the shower cabin is constructed like this, but the hotel, with such a level of expectations, could afford more, I guess.

Not my first time and I choose this hotel because of wonderful staff, cleanliness and I feel it’s my second home away. I could live there if I could.

Honestly nothing at all. Some nights I smell bbq steak from the restaurant on ground floor yet doesn’t bother me much.

Gorgeously maintained building and great location. Staff were exceptionally helpful. We got a pretty early check in without thinking it was possible. Thank you to Alex!

Luxurious!

Bed was too soft

We loved the central location; they had complementary coffee in the morning down in the lobby. Our room had a wraparound balcony and a large bathroom. The concierge was very helpful in booking a car for the airport and dining reservations. They delivered balloons and a small cake for our birthday.

The first night at midnight housekeeping woke us up at midnight to deliver a bed that was not something we requested. They left the lights on so we had to get up to turn them off. The next day our room was not made up when we returned at 8:30pm someone had put the "Do not disturb" on our door. They did come promptly when we asked that they come make up the room though. After the first night our card keys were deactivated. We had to go back and "re-check in" for the remaining 2 nights.

Breakfast, good but very expensive. A buffet service would be appreciated.

The cleanless of the carpet was not good. I had allergy every day I stayed due to mites(acarid). By night the employee that make the revision of the room(towels change) did not take away the waste, a simple action that should be done.

Great location and exceptional staff - check-in was smooth and luggage delivered very quickly; we were offered a complimentary room upgrade and it was fantastic; concierge and reception staff very helpful and efficient

Valet parking was chaotic on arrival but after that, everything was outstanding!

It’s really pity that in such a beautiful hotel very very old windows. As a result you could hear street noise

Absolutely stunning hotel and location. Staff were incredible, made us feel special from start to finish, from the valet parking to reception to service staff and waiters. They are a credit to the hotel and its beautiful building. It was my dream to stay here and it was everything I dreamed of and more. Thank you so much for the amazing hosting !!! Highly recommended to anyone, yes it's expensive but for the location and service if if is worth it and more 😊
