when we left we were already planning our return visit…
so welcoming and the staff made you feel so at home…I can’t wait to return…both myself and my daughter did not want to leave…we certainly will be back and Lilibet their beautiful cat is gorgeous…certainly the star of this friendly hotel…See you all again soon Fiona and April

Chic, classy and tranquil address in a top location.
Very chic, understated and elegant property. Great location and friendly staff.
Although very polite, the concierge could not secure a (rather difficult) booking we had requested. Better transparency/ follow up would have been much appreciated.

Fabulous- we were treating my parents as a special birthday gift and they absolutely loved it!
Very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel was beautifully maintained and all of the rooms were comfortable and impeccably maintained.
The food was delicious and the floral displays were stunning, adding to the calm and welcoming ambience.
A minor point- it would’ve been great to have both tea and coffee making facilities provided in the room along with some fresh milk and may be a few biscuits on arrival.
( We had tea but no milk or coffee even though both were requested in advance).The fruit was a lovely touch though.

Great place for a special occasion but very expensive.
The staff were excellent in the dinning areas and the bars, very friendly and helpful and also in the Spa
The butler service was very slow, took over 20min to get a response.
They are also very slow at forwarding the bill by email - still waiting for it

Phenomenal service - as expected
The location, staff and comfort were second to none. Nothing was too much for our wonderful hosts and they prepared our room beautifully for birthday celebrations.
Our room was a bit warm despite a pre-arrival request form asking about temperature preferences (but I'm splitting hairs). A bit disappointed that the ladies steam room wasn't working and one side of the hydro pool (which apparently hasn't been working for some time).

everything was very good , we were very very happy . the only huge deception was one breakfast and one dinner in the res
