The Laslett Hotel, London

Our room - which was a Master Suite, was a great size and lovely and bright. Very comfortable. It was also well serviced and cleaned during our stay.

The common areas like the bar and breakfast area are small and tends to get crowded and noisy. Sitting outside sadly was not an option during our stay as it was raining.

Location is amazing. Beautifully appointed. Felt like being home. The staff were the best!

Excellent breakfast with very friendly staff. Extremely comfortable bed and exceptionally quiet location with tube almost on the doorstep and Kensington Gardens less than 2 minutes away

It was very clean, great location, comfortable rooms and in particular comfortable bed and pillows. It was also beautifully designed

Service was chaotic. Everyone tried their best, but they seemed entirely uncoordinated and at times overwhelmed.

The staff were friendly & welcoming and the room was very comfortable and roomy.

The breakfast was expensive, the serving of food was totally out of sink, toast first, with cereal/ & cooked breakfast arriving at the same. Very disappointing.

The room was quite small, with very little place to put one’s things. We stayed three nights and there were some mechanical noises each night, so part of the infrastructure. For $600/night I would expect more.

Had a wonderful trip with family as our daughter showed us around London where she used to live and work. The location was perfect as we had many places to visit. The tube was easily accessible as were the taxis.

Wonderful small hotel in a lovely neighborhood. Staff were all super helpful. Nice convenient breakfast room and bar. Just loved it!

Rooms were small but the size was listed ahead of time so we were prepared. Bath was nice size.

The Laslett is the ONLY place is stay when visiting London. The location is great, the rooms are great and the staff are exceptional.

Good location, great selection of consumables and products in room. Excellent bespoke furniture, vinyl player was a nice touch. Interesting paintings. Clean and friendly staff.

View was looking into someone's house so had to have the curtains closed all the time. Room was quite cold. Dont know if the heating was broken during visit. Alittle pricey for the room.

Wonderful staff, special design details, wonderful location and service. Intimate and relaxing. Jericho, one of the servers, was so friendly and lovely!

Beautiful style, lovely outside seating to eat or just have a drink, and the staff were all amazing! A short walk to Westbourne Grove and the gorgeous shops and cafes.

Excellent boutique hotel no more than 50 meters from Notting Hill Station. The surrounding area is one of my favourites in London. Lots of great cafes and restaurants in the vicinity. Holland Park Road is really great for morning runs or walks. The hotel itself has a great atmosphere and the staff are lovely.

Service in the restaurant can be a little slow at times, but for the most part the food is good and pricing is reasonable.

breakfast was adequate but not outstanding - there are lots of options locally which might be better if time allows. There was a loud business meeting going on next table which was very intrusive in the compact dining room.

Laslett is friendly informal and fabulous location. Slightly quirky Easy and informal.

Very clean, high quality finishes, excellent location, such wonderful and accommodating staff. Great lobby bar/restaurant (small and intimate but nice) with outdoor seating. All details are thought out.

Rooms could be bigger but this was expected in London. The positives far outweigh the negatives.

Location is fabulous. So close to so many things but a chic neighborhood filled with gorgeous architecture. Away from the madness of London

Perfect location to access central London while avoiding the hustle and bustle in a peacefull neighborhood. The staff is fantastic and especially welcoming.

Staff were excellent and location was good for our trip

The lounge was small and not that comfortable. Lovely design but maybe a case of form over function. Likewise the bar felt awkward and the tables were always laid for for. It’s good to be ready but feels odd if you are in a bar. No mirror by a plug for drying your hair in the bedroom.

Room small but a large bed and very comfortable. Excellent breakfast and all staff outstanding. Location near Notting Hill Gate station is fantastic

Perfect location for Notting Hill visit. Hotel is full of interesting creative work of all kinds: art, design, literature and music. Our room had its own vinyl record player. Excellent breakfasts.

Lighting in the room wasn't ideal. There was a table with two chairs which would be much more useable if it had a light of some sort over it or at least near it.

Perfect location (neighbourhood, tube, Kensington Gardens,…) very tastefully furnished; nice bathroom; the overall experience was very good!

We really missed the possibility to hang up our coats in the room. Instead of a fairly large fridge and glasses, the second half of the wardrobe would be useful as a wardrobe. For three days with luggage we would choose the larger room category next time.

The location and ala carte breakfast were outstanding.

We were first shown to a smelly creepy dungeon in the basement, but the staff fixed it when asked and we got a nice room facing inner court. The walls are thin so you need earplugs.

Everything was excelente we love the hotel, the service, the staff is very friendly and helpfull, the location is excelent

maybe it would be nice if instead of a courtain in the badroom they put something else that prevents the splashing of the water

The tube station is right next to the hotel, which is perfect, also with luggage (Notting Hill station). Breakfast is a la carte, we loved it ! The rooms are very nice and there`s a bottle of water complimentary:)

the only issue are the windows, there`s a draft coming from the windows, of course they are tradidional windows, which suit the house perfectly, but I guess in the winter, this could be a bigger issue, no problem in spring, summer and autumn.......

Only criticism is that the connections to charging the telephones did not function at all.

The hotel is pretty, sparkling clean, and comfortable. Staff was very nice. Breakfast was delicious. Extremely convenient to the Notting Hill Gate tube stop.

Not a great place to eat dinner as they have a very limited menu.
