Great Hotel
Very comfortable room and great service. Bed was comfortable, even had comfortable pillows, which is usually a challenge for me. Breakfast was delicious. We've stayed at two Firmdale hotels now in London, liked them both. This one had a great location, walkable to many places.
The dining room can be noisy though they will allow guests to adjourn to a quieter room.

Big and comfortable room. The hotel location is wonderful, quiet street with great restaurants near by. Just a short walk from Oxford St.,soho and the British museum. Staghf very friendly. Highly recommend!

Perfect place to stay no matter the occasion! It has everything you need and there public rooms make you feel so at home
It was in such a wonderful location with the friendliest staff! They offered the best of services and have the coolest bar! Everything about this hotel was warm and welcoming & had great facilities!
No kettle in the room & the shower was not hot… the temperature would mediate hot and cold…

Gorgeous hotel
Beautiful hotel in Charlotte street- we stayed here for two nights to celebrate our London wedding ceremony & everything was perfect from start to finish. Gorgeous decor, gorgeous Junior suite - our room had loads of space, and an enormous bathroom for central London (with TV in the bath- luxury!). We had breakfast as room service which was fast service & delicious. Throughout our stay the service was great but also understated which we really like. We even got some treats that were so subtle but incredibly thoughtful that made our stay extra special- thank you for a lovely stay & we can't wait to come back!
