Wonderful hotel - great design, friendly staff

3rd time I stayed here. Lovely hotel, friendly staff, great room & bed. Will come back!

Excellent comfortable business stay at central location. Perfect access to trains via Blackfriars and London Bridge. Good starting point for business meetings in the city. Fantastic breakfast, lovely staff.

Blackout blinds in my room were faulty. Room was bit cold. Lighting system was not really intuitive to use. Staff could have offered an introduction to all available facilities of the hotel at the start.

Would have been nice to have breakfast included. Staff was helpful when the electronic blinds wouldn’t work one night. Nice feel in the common areas. Very comfortable bed.

everything was great. from the check in to check out. the front desk was lovely ( i can't remember his name). there is also complimentary wine at certain time and certain days.

if only there was a proper drop off point as on the first day when we arrived at the hotel, there was a car parked infront of the hotel so we had to drive in circles until the car was gone

The qualityof the breakfast was excellent. The selection available was extensive. The dining area and the staff were also spot on.

The signage outside the hotel is poor, so finding it especially in the dark, is a little tricky

The property was so nice! The room, with all of the comforts, great skin/hair products, teas, snacks. Quiet and dark. The staff was super helpful and just overall a top notch property. Would highly recommend and would return when in London!

Hotel very well located, friendly staff, great breakfast, lovely design, spacious and clean room. Would recommend for a stay in the heart of London.

A few things missing such as small mirror in the bathroom (make-up)

Beautiful hotel, very clean, staff always helpful and welcoming. Fantastic breakfast. Good location to subway etc. Would stay again.

Little expensive but we did travel as a family of 4 for a December weekend.

This is an exceptional hotel. The interior design is playful, artful, and tasteful without being pretentious nor taking the pomp and circumstance too seriously. Staff are out of this world. We loved our stay.

The hotel is spotless, clean, and full of interesting works of art. The staff are extremely friendly and professional and will go above and beyond to meet your needs. The rooms are lovely with very comfy beds. The location is fantastic with the buzzing Southbank just minutes away.

I'm being picky here, but I would have liked a proper dresser with a big mirror in the room.

I cannot boast about this hotel enough. Excellent location, waking distance to restaurants, cafes, grocery store, pharmacy, London Eye (15 min walk for that one). Staff were over the top excellent. So helpful and friendly towards our kids from the moment we arrived. We really appreciated Mustafa who helped us with our luggage and was quick to provide the kids with toys to entertain them. The rest of the staff were amazing as well. The room was spacious and very clean. You should definitely stay here!

A little more choice for the breakfast buffet would have been nice. However it did the job!

The room was clean and spacious. Bed and sofa bed were spacious, soft and comfortable. Very lovely and helpful staff. Good location next to tube station, cafe, supermarket, superdrug and some of London top attractions (London Eye, Big Ben, Sky Garden).

Location is a little away from some of our places of interest i.e. (The famous Oxford Street, Edgware Road, Regent Street)

Hotel service is excellent as is the location; room was very clean average size.

The water from the shared taps in the hallways was always warm. For the price a swimming pool would be good.

The room was lovely, very comfortable bed and wonderful pillows. Very close to the three tube stations, so easy to get all over London, I would stay again and have recommended this to many travelling friends.

I don't have any complaints, I enjoyed everything about this hotel.

Friendly and professional staff helped us throughout our stay. Before arrival they organized airport-hotel transportation. Breakfast Buffet and Bar were a plus. Location was perfect, just tucked in a quiet area away from the hustle and bustle.
