Very clean and had a great vibe and retro feel.
Was in a great location as off the beaten track which meant a bit of a walk to Victoria Station but eventually figured a quicker route so the 8 mins was worth it for the quiet x

Location was great. Breakfast excellent. Friendly and helpful staff. Room good size. Bathroom excellent , especially shower. Plenty of products. Radio by the bed.
Would have liked some sort of food option on Sunday night as I didn't want to have to go out and eat.

Loved the quirky design.
Loved the products in the bathroom & the added international adapter.

The 3 flights of stairs to get to our room. The lack of ‘hotel’ comforts, including lack of reception/concierge. The lack of hotel facilities generally. Did not have the comfort + hotel services for the cost. We also arrived at 5am from an early flight & seemed like no attempt was made to accommodate us with an early check in (we were told our room was ready right on 3pm) even though we only saw one couple leave the hotel all day…

I felt it was a lot of money for literally just a small room, it was a small bed for a couple too.

Spacious room
The room was clean and spacious and friendly service.
A couple of details missing, e.g. no bath mat until second night and tea and coffee wasn’t topped up for second night, only one bin emptied etc.
