Quiet and safe location. Conveniently located. Bikes available for use. Very friendly staff. Historic building.

Highly recommend to stay in Barranco (vs. Miraflores) and this hotel if you're visiting Lima as the neighborhood is so lively and beautiful. The hotel is built in a colonial style house and only has 9 rooms (if i recall correctly). The concierge is there 24/7 and all the staff members were really attentive during my stay. The breakfast is set up in the beautiful living room and makes the experience extra special.

We visited Lima for five days toward the end of our South America trip. While we enjoyed Lima and what it had to offer, we particularly loved where we stayed. Villa Barranco was the most unique experience we had during our travels. It felt like home; the staff was lovely and accommodating, the room and the building were unique, and the breakfast was delicious. Sometimes we just wanted to hang out in our room with a great view rather than explore the city! The ocean view was just a minute's walk from the hotel; we enjoyed the beautiful sunset couple of evenings. The location is near restaurants, the beach is easily accessible, and we felt safe. We highly recommend it to anyone who is planning to visit Lima.

Lovely hotel, really tasty breakfast and a charming outdoor garden. The neighborhood is nice-- feels a bit bohemian and colonial at the same time (Cartagena meets Brooklyn) and the room I had came with a private terrace where I had coffee.

Fantastic location with nearby bars, restaurants , galleries . Lovely courtyard .

Their bar had a nice view but very limited drinks .

the property is stunning. we live in Lima and stayed here the night prior and on the night of our wedding to enjoy some peace and have a good location for the photos. Good breakfast and comfy beds

It's a beautiful place, perfectly decorated to reflect the old mansion it is. Cozy and warm, just like the whole staff! They are so amazing, they will accommodate any request you may have, are attentive to your any need and are always a step ahead of your needs. We loved staying at this boutique mansion

A splendid typical Villa in the heart of Barranco. The place has been fully restored 5 years ago and offers wonderful rooms up to 60 square meters with private garden. Breakfast was great with excellent eggs, waffles made with Peruvian ingredients. Ideal for a romantic escape !

The service at this hotel was some of the best we have received anywhere in the world, they responded before we arrived to help us with transportation and Covid testing. Our travel day did not go a expected and they were right there to adjust everything, and when we arrived they welcomed us with open arms, and the most wonderful dinner reservation at a nearby restaurant. I can not say enough good things about this place. The room was lovely and the hotel was so very quaint, I wish we had more time.

I loved the welcome I received at Villa Barranco. Monica was so pleasant and helpful. Patrizio, the owner, treated us like old friends. They were really thoughtful about making us a packed breakfast because I mentioned I was checking out early, even without me requesting it. My top hotel in Peru!!

The value for the money wasn’t proportional. It was a bit overpriced. There where no facilities, bathroom can be updated.

Our room, the view, the location, the decor, and the staff. We booked the King suite, for how much we paid, we were so impressed by the room size, the rooftop view, the bathroom, and everything else. The hotel is off on a much quieter street right by the ocean. Our private rooftop offers us not only privacy but a GREAT view for us to watch sunset. The bathroom is another HUGE highlight. It is so spacious with great lighting, makes me want to just spend time in the bathroom. The room itself also comes with a small attic that gives you access to the rooftop. There is a second single bed at the attic with this super cute bean bag chair on the side. They also offer you different types of pillows (soft - firm) to use. For our last night in Lima before flying home, we were so happy that we booked this hotel. We ordered drinks from the bar and just chilled at the rooftop to enjoy the view. We then took the bike from the hotel to bike along the ocean and other small streets. It was such a sweet memory.

The location was excellent. The staff was amazing; they helped make arrangements for our transportation and Covid testing (done on site). Breakfast was delicious and had a nice variety of foods. We had an exceptional experience there and highly recommend.

The breakfast and location were both excellent, yet nothing seems to compare to just how excellent the staff was. They really helped make our stay wonderful.

I loved my stay here! Frank and Julio were particularly amazing to help with anything you need! such wonderful concierge. They even organised a nurse to come and do a COVID test for my flight. I highly highly recommend. it’s super central in Barranco and you can walk anywhere in the neighbourhood from there.

Villa Barranco is not only a great value in the perfect location with excellent amenities but has a very good staff. Especially Monica and Frank who were happy to attend to all the guests, (including us) perfectly. Definitely a place to return to again and again when in Lima.
