Central location safe neighbourhood lovely room excellent housekeeping nice staff.
I would stay again. One small point is that reception staff while efficient could be a bit more charming and welcoming.

Lovely Time in Lima

Fantastic rooms, great location with good service!
Spacious room, great service
The hotel is mostly used for events, so you can end up having a wedding or similar every night which can have an impact on how quiet the place is. Service on the terrace isn’t as swift and friendly as before.

Wonderful, elegant hotel, very well situated in a posh side of town.
The staff is what makes this hotel so special. Breakfast is one of the best in the world! Excellent quality, great variety of food - including peruvian staples.
There were some maintenance issues that we have not had on our previous stays. They were taken care of once we brought them up. Seems like they are putting less attention to details.

Very nice hotel with personality in one of the best neighborhoods of Lima.
I love the old building and the furniture. Very nice to see antique pieces of art preserved. Breakfast on the terrace is a good experience.
The service at the breakfast was not attentive. Waiter passed by with the coffee pot several times and did not stopped to offer me some. I asked for an expresso and it came late, after I asked a second time and it was cold, without cream.
