Clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. Secure.

Convenient to so many things. Each staff member was friendly, knowledgeable and always available. Breakfast was great and 24/7 coffee, tea and water bar. Elizabeth, who was seemingly always at the front desk, added so much to our visit. Suggesting places to go, preferred routes, and food recommendations, she was awesome. Excellent security and a quiet, contemporary environment.

One of the best accommodations we stayed at in Peru; we only regret that we spent just one night here. Communication with the property was excellent throughout, and the staff were extremely kind, professional, and helpful. Although we arrived early in the morning, we were able to check in ahead of time, which was greatly appreciated after a long journey. The room and bathroom were both really comfortable and spacious. The shower was the best we had during our three-week trip through South America, with good water pressure and consistently hot water. Breakfast was excellent—tasty and plentiful. Coffee, tea, and water were always available for guests, a very thoughtful gesture. The property is located in a great area in northern Barranco, just a 10-minute walk from the neighborhood center, with the ocean at the end of the street and Miraflores easily accessible on foot. Excellent accommodation, highly recommended.

No Avocado toast as breakfast choice

The room was clean, neat, and bright with modern accessories. The staff always met us with a smile and were available to answer our questions. The breakfast was delicious and we appreciated having a menu of breakfast options rather than a fixed offering. Coffee was pretty tasty too.

We were slightly worried about noise at night as it was easy to hear when people were in the neighboring room. The hotel does offer ear plugs and a white noise machine for those who are more sensitive. Fortunately, our neighbors were not night owls and noise was not a problem. On another note, since the rooms are small, we would have appreciated a space on the property that felt more like a sitting area rather than the breakfast nook. Everything is designed for couples traveling together (pairs of seats with a small table in between). Many of the other guests were traveling as families and they could quickly overwhelm the space without meaning too. Breakfast was often very crowded, though the staff did their best to serve everyone rapidly and professionally without rushing us from the tables.

The staff at 3B Barranco were exceptional - especially Elizabeth and the breakfast staff. The Hotel is located in a great location and the rooms are very comfortable. The breakfast in the morning is an added bonus, and is excellent. The security of the hotel is also something to consider. It is very good and strangers are not permitted to enter the grounds of the property - excellent.

The beds were slightly small and there was apparently no hot water in the basin for a shave - only really minor points as our stay was excellent and 3B Barranco will be highly recommended.

Location is close to everything. It was clean and we enjoyed breakfast. On the day we have an early tour, staff prepared sandwich and juice box in a brown bag for us to take with us. Staff is very helpful. We booked a transfer back to the airport and she helped us contact the driver when he didn't show up on time.

Bathroom does not have humidifier so it fogs up so they only have the window open.

Breakfast is good, clean rooms, check in is at 12pm!!!

Relatively new, modern bed and breakfast. Nice breakfast every morning, very good coffee. One of the most enjoyable stays anywhere mostly due to the wonderful staff. Their main person spoke near fluent English and was just delightful to engage with. Quiet, comfortable and secure.

The hotel is small and intimate, the atmosphere is really nice and the staff is exceptional. Really felt 'at home'. Also the communication is very good and they are super helpful, everything is very clean and well organized. I would recommend this place anytime!

This is a well maintained and managed hotel with really helpful and friendly staff. The room was clean, and I really enjoyed my healthy vegetarian breakfast. Also really good value for money, considering the location.

The only thing that could be improved is perhaps some more visual interest in the light well, but honestly that's nit-picking!

This is an ideal location for a stay in the Barranco neighborhood, which is considered a restaurant and arts center of Lima. That's number one. But the staff is incredibly kind and helpful and it feels homey because it's such boutique kind of place. As a typical b&b it's breakfast choices are are not like an endless buffet.. But the things that they offer are very good. The place is spotless. Elizabeth, Nicole, Marinell, Naomi, just all excellent people. Highly recommended.

I don't think you could have a better location. Also close to Miraflores, it's walkable.

Great attention from the hotel manager who welcomed us at the reception. Her English is amazing, she was very quick to react to our requests and helped with some tips. Breakfast was perfect. Internet was great.

Would have been great to have a heater in the room in this season, but it was not by any means an issue, if one comes well prepared with proper clothes to sleep in.

The staff were very helpful. We arrived pretty late and they recommended some good places to eat. The next day they drew out where to see all the highlights in the area. We only had one day before moving on so it was great to have some insider info! Amazing breakfast, great coffee.

The property was in a great location in the district of Barranco, it was a short walk to some of the best restaurants, Isolina, Canta Rana, and Central, and only a few blocks to El Puente de Los Suspiros

Very comfortable, the staff was amazing especially Elizabeth who was very responsive leading up to our check-in date.

Location was perfect for us as we wanted to stay in Barranco neighborhood. The rooms and the hotel in general was very clean and the breakfast was pretty good with different choices. The staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming. Elizabeth took very good care of us, explaining everything about the neighborhood and organizing our pick-up from the airport to the hotel and back. We'll come back for sure when we are in Lima!

Staff were so helpful, kind, and fun to talk to-- the 24-hour reception was such a great perk, and they put together an informal breakfast box for me when I had an early morning tour. Maybel also helped me out with a taxi snafu upon my arrival from the airport, which I really appreciated. The rooms themselves were modern and clean, and the hotel has an AMAZING location in the heart of Barranco and delicious breakfast. 10/10 would stay here again!

As a solo female traveler, I found the location and property to be safe and centrally located near the center of Barranco as well as two blocks from the ocean view path which is lovely for those early morning walks. The lovely staff members, Nicole and Elizabeth, went beyond their way to accommodate me from arranging an affordable and safe taxi service to keeping my luggage while I was in the jungle. Breakfast was made to order, as a vegan meal the avocado sandwich was delicious! Overall a great stay! Many thanks! Hope to visit again soon

The staff were exceptional. They were so very helpful and accommodating. It felt like family. We were able to leave our bags and still use the facilities after check-out. The staff provided us useful information about dining options and other city places. They even made us breakfast at 4:45am so we could take with us because our tour left at 5am. The room was clean and comfortable and hot water was abundant. There was a mini kitchen where we could use the fridge and make hot drinks or prepare basic food. The location was very good...only about 10mins walk to the bus stop. We walked about 25mins to Miraflores and it was only about 10mins from the center of Barranco.

Could have used drawers and hooks in our rather small room

The breakfast was a treat. Especially the made to order eggs by Roxanne. The manager Elizabeth was wonderful! All of her suggestions on where to eat, where to shop, what activities were available and worth doing were SPOT ON! She never hesitated to offer a helping hand and her pleasant demeanor never wavered. If I return to Lima, I would stay at the 3B primarily because of her.

The listing by Booking.com had the wrong address, 122 Centenario instead of 130 Centenario, which caused the taxi driver to go to the wrong establishment. Oddly enough the correct address (#130) was on my hotel booking but NOT on the taxi transfer booking (#122). Also, we attempted to move our return to the airport up one hour. I tried going through Booking.com at first but the runaround with multiple forms to fill out and numerous DIFFERENT booking numbers was just too much! After two hours of futility going over the same loop we decided to dedicate all of our efforts to Master Tours, the company which provided the taxi. After another hour they finally called us back, something Booking.com NEVER did. Once connected it took two minutes to change the pickup time. Had we not done that we most likely would've missed our flight. I will NEVER book ground transportation through Booking.com again. VERY disappointing response or lack thereof on your part.The 3B

Everything was great!

Stayed here twice during out stay in Cuzco. One night, we just needed the room for less than 24 hours. We were so grateful that when we checked in a bit early, the room was already ready. The staff is super great and very friendly!

We loved the location of 3B! It was super close to so many amazing restaurants, coffee shops, galleries etc. Additionally, it was clean and offered a great breakfast. The staff was all super friendly and it was perfect for what we needed!
