Chic & Basic was my favorite stay during my 2 1/2 week trip in South America! The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. The breakfast is very nice, with options for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians. Good hot coffee was available at all hours, which was a godsend! The best part about the stay was the staff - so friendly and helpful, with plenty of recommendations for cute coffee shops and spots to walk around. You're also close to all the best of Barranco - shops, excellent food, and bars. I cannot recommend this stay highly enough for the minimalist traveller who wants a great experience without breaking the bank!

Perfect location in a perfect neighborhood. The friendly staff were available 24 hours, and went out of their way to meet every travelers' needs. Clean and modern, great breakfast included, museums and parks all around. I would recommend it highly to anyone traveling to Lima.

I love everything!

Andrea, who checked us in and provided recommendations was excellent. She is a foodie and knows the best places to go. Also went above and beyond with her attention to detail and hospitality.

Shower drainage could be better. Rooms a little sparse. Ventilation also not the best.

Elizabeth is an amazing host. Barranco B&B is such a lovely place to stay. We were wishing we could have stayed longer. Very central, yet quiet. Modern and clean with piping hot water. Thanks Elizabeth- we will be back one day, I’m sure Susie

Very big and clean room and the bathroom was big and nice! The staff was really helpful! We had a great time there! The breakfast was delicious! Great location at the heart of barranco! We would recommend it!!

The staff is super nice and helpful, always smiling and learnt the names of the guests ,very welcoming! . Nice and clean rooms and common areas.

Like everywhere in Peru, soundproofing was not the best but with earplugs I slept very well.

Amazing welcome , the lady at reception was really nice and gave us advice for many things. Nice shower and quiet rooms . We arrived very early and could leave our luggage and get our room from 9am. Good breakfast.

Elisabeth is such a great host! She was super accommodating and even allowed us an early checkin at 8 am. Everything has been great!

Staff was exceptional and super accommodating. Had two early morning departures prior to breakfast starting and they packed us a lunch bothtimes. Also, went out of their way to get a bicycle delivered to the property.

I cannot rate this small hotel highly enough. The location is great at the top end of Barranco, near great restaurants and bars. The breakfast is fantastic, you can chose from a variety of healthy options and are able to eat in a small peaceful external courtyard. The rooms are quiet and the internet excellent. The manageress is extremely helpful, she managed to change our tv system, so my husband could watch the UK Rugby! She gave us great directions and recommendations. She also arranged for us to rent bikes which was a wonderful way to explore Barranco and the neighbourhoods around. The rooms are spacious and everywhere is extremely clean. The whole place is inside a courtyard so it is quiet. Highly recommend.

There was some noise from a neighbouring room but I think that was because the windows were open. There is no aircon, but the temperature was pleasant and we had a fan in the room.

The price performance ratio is very good. The staff was great help and always welcoming with smiling face. Breakfast was freshly made for us. It was basic but satisfying and delicious. They have 24/7 service for coffee/tea and drinking water. The room was clean and basic amenities were provided. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet despite the window was open. Hotel is located in a lovely area

The place was amazing! The Barranco neighbourhood is beautiful with a lot of art galleries, graffitis, restaurants, etc. The hotel had a very good breakfast with fresh juice, toasts and eggs. And although the room was small, it had everything needed for a short stay.

Wonderful reception staff who go above and beyond. The rooms are small but very clean and comfy with everything you need. The location is good - cafes right outside and about a 10 minute walk to the bustle of the centre of Barranco. The hostal is super safe.

The windows are single glazed so during the day/early in the morning you hear quite a bit from the street. The breakfast lady seems unhappy.

3B is Brilliant!! A perfect place to stay in Barranco! The hotel is comfortable, simple, modern and very well designed. Elizabeth at reception was always very helpful and attentive and made us feel at home - her recommendations for places to eat and visit were excellent! Everything in Barranco is an easy 5-10 minute walk from the hotel. The breakfast is fun and delicious. All day coffee and water is available from the lobby.

A small boutique hotel in a quiet street in Barranco. Intimate, and very friendly. Perfect English and great service in the front desk. Highly recommended

Comfortable and clean

The hotel is tastefully decorated and very comfortable. It is located in a beautiful and safe area of Barranco in Lima. It is also convenient to get to restaurants, museums, and shopping from the hotel. The most important thing to us were the people who work there . They get a 10 plus rating’

Honestly, the photos don’t do this gorgeous place justice. It was a rejuvenating oasis in a lovely neighborhood. The customer service was excellent!

We loved the vibe, the really nice and welcoming people and the breakfast. Also the room and bathroom with hot water ( do not take for granted in Peru) was wonderful.

I am so grateful for the help and support by the ladies at reception. They spent literally hours on the phone with various airlines/airports/consulates and chatting to us to try and figure out next steps regarding all our flight cancellations and airport closures etc. They also upgraded our room at no extra cost! This is seriously well run and we are beyond grateful for the time spent helping us (and the good humour along the way)! Thank you so much!!!!
