Good for one night
Parking included was good. Monorail easily accessible from the hotel
Bathroom with little to no toiletries. Found a fake eyelash in the towels.

Ok, but could be better
Unlike other 4 stars hotels on the strip, this one smells nice and seems better.
The bed and the pillows are very uncomfortable, I woke up with a headache almost every morning. Also there are weird drapes hanging on the walls that make the room look very cheap.

Newer hotel, conveniently located on the monorail so very easy for transit around Las Vegas. Appreciated that the Sahara is a little smaller than some of the other hotels. Free parking.The pool was nothing to write home about, but we appreciated that it was open in Jan. I received some promos after check in that we took advantage of (discount tickets, etc.).
We arrived at 2:45pm and were told that while our room was ready we could only check in "early" if we paid an additional early check in fee (very stingy!). So we wound up waiting an additional hour to check in.

Birthday and New Years memories were made. I'd only go back if on someone else's dime.
It is clean. It's away from all the action, and if you appreciate a little more solitude, this is the place for you. You probably won't be sharing the casino with neighboring casinos since it's the last northern stop on the monorail, which is conveniently located a hop, skip, and a jump away. Aside from the restaurants inside the Sahara, there are limited options near the property.
One of the only negatives for me was the casino size and variety of slots available. As a first time visitor to Las Vegas, the initial excitement for the casino wore off fairly quickly after visiting other casinos via monorail. The vibe was diminished by the lack of excitement, and since there wasn't a lot of people playing, potential opportunities to sweep in and get a lucky bonus or two were non-existant.

Pleasant
Room we requested was non-smoking, but it was clear it was a smoking room or the last persons smoked in the room. The smell was unpleasant but given it was NYE we decided to live with it and turn the AC on.

It is located at the quieter end of the strip. The hotel was very clean and the staff was excellent.
Beds are not super comfortable, and the sheets and towels could use an upgrade.

A well above average experience for a great value.
Clean, modern, comfortable. Easy walking access to monorail. Restaurants on site were reasonably priced. Great value. Parking included.
Our steak at the Italian restaurant on site was cooked very poorly and almost inedible.

Absolutely perfect!
There’s really nothing to complain about. The room was spotless, the staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, free parking was available, and there was easy access to the Monorail. Everything was absolutely perfect!
The bed wasn’t as comfortable as I had hoped, but it was still quite comfortable overall. Aside from that, I have no complaints.

The exercise area was good to start the day off plus more relaxing vacation.
Clean, well kept, lots of place to sit at the reception/waiting area. A little further away from the main strip.
There wasn’t enough fast food restaurants available during late hours and a quick bite to eat.

The location, and the ease of navigation and being so close to monorail.
