SLS Hotel & Casino, Las Vegas

The staff was very welcoming and the view of the Marra downtown Las Vegas was the best! The beds were comfortable and the amenities was great! The best part is the parking was free and close to the hotel so you don’t have to walk far to get the the front desk.

Maybe adding a couple of more bottles waters for a family of four. I only had one small bottle water when I walked into our room. Not a big deal but would be nice!

I liked the fact that there was free parking.

I was disappointed that the pool closed too early. And I wasn’t able to use it even once during my stay. After being out exploring the area, I was really looking forward to relaxing by the pool in the late afternoon, but it was always already closed. It would be be nice if the pool hours extended into the evening at least few days of the week, especially during warmer months.

Making the Azilo pool family style. I always stay here but Definitely gonna check out another hotel now. It was nice to be off the strip and away from kids at the pool

I didn’t like the Elevator wasn’t working properly which cause longer wait times and I didn’t like the view from the Room which could’ve better for the price I’ was charged

The monorail attached to the hotel was a great way to get around the strip. Many restaurants and quick food stops in the hotel!

The pool is not that big and there was no dj at the pool party

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was quiet. The shower was great . Clean towels and bottled water daily..

''swimming' pool was much too small, definitely couldn't swim. Supposed to be a relaxing place, but spoiled with loud music and massive screens

Approximately around 9am some hotel staff knocked on our room asking if we are checking out that day. This was a bit rude considering check out time is 11. The sink was clogged.

Little nooks and crannies that were broken or cracked . Check in started at 4 and we had to get off the airplane and find something to do for 6 hours .

Monorail

Needs Mediterranean restaurants, Belly Dancers, Pool Side betting.

The property was beautiful and meticulously clean. The restaurants were excellent, and the room was modern.

I reserved a king-sized room two months in advance, but when I arrived, they didn't have it available and instead provided me with a double bed. Unfortunately, the room smelled like cigarettes, and we didn't manage to sleep well the first night. The next day, they moved us to a different room, but they never offered any compensation or apologized for the inconvenience.

They have a great location, restaurants and cafes on site, pool area was great and self- parking was free. We also got an upgraded room which was a nice touch for us.

That for some reason our room was not made for the lenght of our stay which was a bit annoying

Nice room. Bed was comfortable. Small refrigerator for putting our water bottles in was convenient.

TV did not work the entire time of our stay. Pillows were very firm/hard. Terrible view of the parking garage. Very loud PA System voice/music until 2am. Hotel maintenance had placed a floor fan (why, I do not know and did not receive notification) by our room door and ran all night, was extremely loud.

The charging nightstand was not working, and we couldn't find our remote control. It was extremely hot in the building, and the elevators were hot as well.

The pool is amazing to watch the game and the rooms are huge. This is my second time staying there and I love the proximity to the monorail which makes things so convenient.

The pool closes at 6pm which was so disappointing I mean we are not kids. Also the bathroom sink was not the cleanest, which was so disappointing, I mean tou could see that it was full of grime. No shower cap in the room as well.

Our room was spacious, super clean, and had a nice view of the city. It was a great value for the length of our stay and inside the hotel had a Starbucks, lots of food options, pool, and obviously the casino. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Only thing was some construction started at around 8am or 9am, which was very loud, so we couldn't sleep in much :(

- I have no idea why the hotel decided to only open a third of the check in counters on an early saturday evening. Waiting 30-45 minutes to check is a huge pain

The room is very clean

The bedding is old, the white sheets have turned yellowish, it is recommended to replace them with new ones. It is not convenient to drink hot water, and there is no good coffee machine.
