Good location close to rail link. Clean facilities.

Took over 1 hour to check in, which wasn’t ideal after a long flight. Would suggest employing a few more receptionists to avoid long queues, this was my only problem.

Good quiet location, well accessible by monorail. Different options to have breakfast, even very early. Very nice outdoor swimming options.

Very small pool for such a big hotel, open just from 10am to 5pm. Loud AC.

Ive stayed 5 times before. not reason to change. Not as crazy some of the other hotels on the strip which suits me.

Ever increasing costs for food/drinks - same all over the strip but making going to Las Vegas less attractive.

Loved the location on the Monorail. Clean. Friendly staff. Good variety of food options. Casino clean. Pool area was great!

Room was good but pillows were very hard and uncomfortable. Couldn't get room cool. Air conditioning thermastat was set and unadjustable to cool room.

We enjoyed our stay here, much nicer than the last place we stayed at. Clean and quiet rooms, comfy beds, lots of pillows. I only wish they had more elevators as they were very busy and crammed a lot. Great FREE close parking too which was nice. I would totally stay here again. Also guests should have free EV charging, that would have made our stay perfect. I also enjoyed the Starbucks in the lobby although its way overpriced, guess you gotta upcharge for convenience.

I feel that guests should have access to free EV charging, we really needed that with our EV vehicle. Also please fix the elevators to show what floor they are on, none of them worked (Outside the elevator) inside worked.

We could not select a room when we booked this hotel. But then when we arrived to check in they said because we hadn’t selected a room we could only get what they had available which was a disabled accessible room. Which initially we had no problem with. However, the bathroom shower made it impossible to shower without flooding the whole bathroom. This meant we had a flooded bathroom the whole stay and couldn’t go to the sink or toilet without getting wet feet. Also we were not told anything about the check out process so we stood in a queue for 40 mins waiting to check out only for them to say check out is automatic and we could keep the key cards. But there were no signs for this and no one told us when we checked in.

Phone in my room did not work. Office chair was VERY uncomfortable. I get it though, they want people to play games, etc and not hang out in their rooms.

The room was spacious and very clean. The cleaning staff were amazing. The hotel itself was great and plenty of facilities.

The bar staff in the small bar and in the staff in the Italian were a bit aloof and kept you waiting for some random reason.

Property was beautiful and good location.

Took well over an hour to check in. They gave drink vouchers as consolation, but should have had 3-4 more employees at the desk checking people in and streamlined checkin process.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Monorail connectivity helps to have easy access to the strip and surroundings. Would definitely recommend for a relaxed holiday.

The check in processing had a long waiting time. Nevertheless, the staff was very helpful and quick once we started.

The room had plenty of room and everything worked well. It looks brand new. There was a mini-fridge. The Sahara is at the north end of the Monorail and it was easy to use to get around. I liked the restaurants I tried. Parking was free, while most LV hotels seem to charge now.

It would be nice to have a 24-hour cafe. The food prices were OK but not an exceptional value. I like to make tea/coffee in the room, and there was no coffee maker or microwave.

We loved our stay! We were in the Mara Tower, room#2845. The room was clean and spacious. The entry way has lots of room, including complimentary water, a refridgerator and a coffee machine. Large bathroom with everything you would need, including a very big shower. Large living area with a big TV, big sofa and coffee table. King bed with 2 nightstands with self closing drawers. Seperate double closet area. One side for hanging clothes, including storage above and a iron & iron board. The other side contains several shelfs, 4 drawers, and the safe. In between those is a bench with a large mirror. A solid lineup of resturants and bars, including a Starbucks and a seperate coffee/pastry shop. Spacious casino with high ceilings to make it almost seem smoke free. (and I smoke cigars!) Easy access to the Monorail, which we used often.

I would have liked a slightly better matress. Maybe it's just my prefernce, but I thought it a little soft. The curtains didn't completly block out the light. We're early risers, so it wasn't that big of a deal. But for people who want to sleep in this could be a issue. Aldo, there's a learning curve to working the curtains. :) Would have been better if the TV stand turned a little further towards the bed. All this little items combined i've made a -1. This room is amazing!

It's a lil bit far from most famous hotels, but its not a problem. It's possible to walk around and walk.

No airport shuttle

Its was stunning. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean. Bathrooms were spotless.

A little more signals would have bene helpful - exit here for carpark, exit here for the strip. We did a lot of walking around the hotel, but we figured it out.

The room was clean and nice and everything was close.

One of the elevators was out. Only one elevator and tgere was a line to get out.

The hotel had a nice 4‑star vibe without the high price. I appreciated how close it was to the monorail for easy transportation. The Filipina front desk staff were very welcoming and helpful.

The parking area had low beam elevation, which made it feel a bit unsafe to navigate. Even though the parking was free, the clearance was uncomfortably low. Improving the structure or signage would make it more reassuring for guests.

Hotel was clean and well kept.

It took 55 minutes standing in line to check in, and when I finally got to the desk the room that I expected and paid for was not what they gave me. It was advertised as a smoking room and that wasn't correct. I had planned for golf and cigars with the fellas and that wasn't the case. It felt like false advertising and I could've made other choices.

Very nice cosy room, with a large comfortable bed, a long counter to put things on, two armchairs, a fridge, good lighting, nice bathroom. We got a good price for the one night we stayed ($94). We had an excellent pizza dinner at Balla in the hotel. The Sahara is a little north of the main part of the Strip, so you need to take a Deuce bus, but there's a stop right across from the hotel. Also, it was really convenient having an Enterprise car rental branch inside the hotel.

Breakfast was not included in the price. We had a good but pricey breakfast at Zeffer's Cafe in the hotel.

-rooms were clean, newly renovated i think -area, not a busy one, relatively close to sphere (driving) -staffs are nice -free parking

-a/c doesn’t cool -during our stay only 1 elevator worked -the main light in the room keeps on blinking (I did not complain about it during our stay since we are usually out, but it would be nice if all of these were something i dont have to report) -the elevator can be accessed without the key card
