Great location close to the fairgrounds and monorail. Very clean facility. Great casino and bar. Restaurants have delicious food and great service.

Our room wouldn't cool down the whole time we were there. Maintenance replaced a filter the first night and that did help some, but it was still stuffy in the room.

We had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Zara Las Vegas. The location is excellent, close to everything and easy to get around. The hotel has great amenities; good restaurants where you can eat well at any time of the day, a nice pool, and comfortable facilities overall. Our room was clean, tidy, and well equipped. I also want to highlight that the housekeeping staff we met in the hallways were extremely kind and friendly — they really made a great impression.

The only issue we had was that our shower drain was clogged. We reported it, but unfortunately, it wasn’t fully fixed. Also, while the front desk staff were polite and helpful, they could be a bit more cheerful.

Good location (a little bit outside the busy part, yet easy to get to the main strip even by walking), very nice hotel and comfy/clean/spacious room, free parking, friendly and helpful staff. Would certainly book again when in Vegas.

Most good Restaurants do not open during the day Mariela at the front desk during check in did not know the hotel facility too well so she initially quoted $120 for upgrade to 28th floor for good view which after I challenged turned out to be $30 only per night. She then gave me a Non Existing room no 32329 instead of the correct room 32339 To top this Leo on the customer service call wasted 3 calls and more than 35 minutes to send the security or housekeeping staff as requested by me to help locate my correct room. I told him that room number 329 and 330 do not exist as they are missing in the sequence but he kept insisting that I search from one wing to the other as if I was some moron who doesn’t know how to read numbers or follow hotel signage Eventually the security staff came up and confirmed to someone on their walkie talkies that what I said was true and then lo and behold they suddenly discovered that my actual room number was 32339 The room has a great view but the air conditioner unit sounds like a storm every time it starts

The Sahara resort feels clean and welcoming. The room was comfortable and very clean. The Shower seemed brand new, very clean and comfortable. the amenities in the Resort were great with a tasty breakfast option in the Zeffer's Cafe.

One of the elevators to the Blanca tower was out of service. Only one elevator remained in service leading to long waiting times to get to the room and back. The elevator that was running felt like it was ready for an upgrade.

The location quite far from the main attraction and sightseeing

nice hotel decor,clean and nice staff. the location was good for travel due to the tram and not far from the local shop on foot.

however some of the surrounding area wasn't pleasent to be in as it didn't feel as safe as other areas in vegas , also lost my hat at the pool but the staff didn't do much to help me find it :(

There is no coffee machine in the rooms. Unfortunately, the staff does everything they can to not help We were in Vegas for my husband's birthday. I emailed the hotel directly and asked if they could offer a treat for his birthday. The answer was positive. They gave me a vague answer. Of course, they weren't helpful in any way. I'm writing this here because I work in Türkiye. They could have at least offered suggestions. For example, they could have set the price for a slice of cake and emailed me the price. I could have told them whether I would accept it or not. I think it's terrible that they're so unprofessional for something so simple. The cafe across from Starbucks is never open in the mornings, and even opens in the afternoons. I think this is bad for the hotel because people might want to have breakfast. They need to rethink this. If they don't love their job, they can rent it out to someone else.

Had breakfast once at Zeffer's Cafe. It was ok. A little overpriced for what was served. Did not eat anywhere else here after that.

The hotel room colors in the shower and toilet area were a little off putting for me. Reminded me of a child's bathroom.

Everything about our stay was great, the rooms massive and so so clean, the hotel has great facilities with the pool the star of the show. It’s a shame the pool is family friendly as that’s not really the vibe and the pool did get very very busy. The location is great to get away from the chaos of the central strip.

No coffee machine in the room, so it was a 20 min wait in Starbucks which was very annoying

It was away from the hub of the strip, so it was quieter.

It was kind of far from where we wanted to be most of the time.

I was offered an upgrade for $20.00 a night for the Marrah tower, which is remodeled. I thought the Bianca tower was remodeled as well, based on the photos. I accepted the offer.

Unfortunately, the AC vent was next to the bed, so it was uncomfortable to have the air blowing in my face all night. The AC smelled of cigarettes. I spoke to 3 different employees about ordering a package online, and nobody told me that they only opened M-F from 8am to 3pm, and they would charge a handling fee after hours. Not cool! It’s at the very end of the Strip, right before the Strat. Very far!

I do like the location of the hotel, located near the North end of the LV Strip. Easy access getting in and out and on the freeway. Close to Northern Premium Outlets. The room was kept clean. Great towels, love two sinks and two shower heads.

The mattress and pillows can be upgraded to something much more comfortable. The small fridge in room made enough noise that we had to unplug it. USB-C outlet plug-ins would be an added bonus in room and in other lobby areas. Love having Starbucks in lobby. Good restaurants with good quality, service, and pricing. LOVE FREE PARKING!!!

Its clean and we were upgraded to Marra which is the newer building. Does not smell like smoke. Carpets are clean.

The $50 additional fee, I do not know when Sahara is going to return it. The receptionist did not tell us when my $50 will be returned. I already paid half of our stay, why do we need to pay extra.

Toilet should be enclosed and separated from the shower. The toilet paper is hard to reach especially for shorter person, like me or someone with disabilities.

We like the Sahara because it is close to the monorail. Very clean, I believe renovated. Like restaurants but do not care for the steak house so much. Too expensive, do not mind paying for a great steak but do no need for the other “ fluff.”

Hotel was very nice and good restaurants and monorail was easy to get too from hotel.

The cold water in bathroom took a long time to get cool. It was mostly hot. Engineer told us to let the hot water run for a long time to get cold. The bathroom door wasn't hung correctly leaving the sides with big open gaps so anyone could see in.

Sheets are not clean Check in took time because of the long queue They offered us an “upgrade” for 60$ for 2 nights when the room they offered us cost only 10$ more on booking. They propose upgrade for a bigger room they say is “renovated” but is as nice as the room we got so we ended refusing the upgrade. It’s a shame really to take people for idiots

Nice hotel, stayed in the Marra tower, clean and comfortable rooms. Location at the end of the strip which can be good or bad depending on the preferences.

Helpful staff. Advantage: Car rent company delivers the car to the hotel. Big, clean quiet room. Big, comfortable bed.

Nice pool with huge television screens

Too far to walk to strip. But we found out about the monorail the last day.

We liked the staff, they were super friendly and understanding. They had free parking which I appreciated too and you had direct access to the sky metro which would bring you to orher hotels in the center of the strip.

We first received a room that was in the older towers and it wasn‘t clean ans really outdated. However they kindly switched us for the next night to the new tower which was much nicer.

Access to Monorail

The staff was very welcoming and the view of the Marra downtown Las Vegas was the best! The beds were comfortable and the amenities was great! The best part is the parking was free and close to the hotel so you don’t have to walk far to get the the front desk.

Maybe adding a couple of more bottles waters for a family of four. I only had one small bottle water when I walked into our room. Not a big deal but would be nice!

I liked the fact that there was free parking.

I was disappointed that the pool closed too early. And I wasn’t able to use it even once during my stay. After being out exploring the area, I was really looking forward to relaxing by the pool in the late afternoon, but it was always already closed. It would be be nice if the pool hours extended into the evening at least few days of the week, especially during warmer months.
