Our stay was wonderful. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We loved that the monorail was the last or beginning stop. We also appreciated the free parking and discounts for some hotel restaurants. I suggest you check out the dining options online if you want to get in on the happy hour specials!

Because we stayed during the New Year's holiday week. The check-in process after 5pm was about an hour wait, with the line snaking about 3 deep and extending almost to the concierge desk. Maybe this is a yearly norm, but it would be good to get the senior management to help cover the other desks until the line is manageable. When we finally arrived at the desk, we were assisted in a friendly manner, and the front desk person said it is usually like this during the holidays.

They couldn’t give a room with 2 beds even though in my reservation i put i had kids 10 years old i even asked for a foldable bed which wasn’t provide it. And one elevator was working only lot of wasted tike on the rush hours

Needed a little cleaning of the carpets in the room. Very crowded; check-in took almost an hour.

The door for bathroom didn’t have any kind of lock and was loose as well, it was quite uncomfortable. As well there wasn’t any freshener in the toilet which is must as there is no way to start the vent so the smell kinda gets trapped in there.

Everything was sufficient.

We had to wait 1.5 hours to check-in.

Clean and convenient to get to the strip on the monorail

No complaints, I just need to see why I was charged 3 times on my credit card for random fees that shouldn’t be there

The property was clean and decorated beautifully for Christmas.

I waited two hours to check in. The staff didn’t apologize and only said when asked that they got a new system and they were trying to learn it. I think some type of drink coupon or something should’ve been offered or given.

CHECK-IN. It look us 30 minutes. We often saw the line longer and people had to wait over an hour to check in.

Room was clean comfortable and location was excellent. Pool area looked a bit old and tired but decent. Staff were nice but the check in at evening will take over an hour with long lines.

Long waiting time at the check in. After a long drive from LA it was a difficult thing.

I like the location and free parking and the new updated rooms are nice.

I like the new rooms at the Sahara been here before but this time the room was a little dirty and also the vent under the thermostat was broke and wide open right above the curtains was nasty nasty look like its chocolate are something up there hope it was chocolate at least but it was nasty this time.

There are no tea/coffee making facilities in the room for a morning coffee. A kettle and creamer was all that was needed to give this 5 stars. You needed to go downstairs to Starbucks to get coffee and the lines were outrageous.

I like that this hotel is a little off the main strip. It’s a little quieter. It has the easy access to the monorail to get everywhere else. The room was clean and large and quiet.

Our room had a funky smell. It was clean, but there was definitely a smell to it. We also struggled a little with the drink service at gaming tables. For the most part, we had good service, but there was one night where we could not get a drink. We played at several other casinos because the service was better there.

The rooms were gorgeous. The Marra tower I was in looked like everything in the room was brand new. Good job with the remodeling of the property, including the common areas. A great feature is the monorail was directly behind the property to take you up and down the strip in Vegas. Also loved the cod fish tacos in Uno Mas, the restaurant in the hotel & casino. The dessert, flan over chocolate cake, was delicious too. Ate there two nights in a row and prices were reasonable. Friday and Saturdays the Casbar Lounge had dueling pianos, free entertainment. A very pleasant stay! Hotel offered free parking.
