I loved everything about Sahara and next time I come to Vegas I will be staying here again. The room was nice and clean and comfortable and the housekeepers came in and cleaned our room daily. Will absolutely be back!

All food options expensive, resort fees are ridiculous to have, Microwaves need to be a thing again. Shuttle to airport does not say it needs to be scheduled in advance. Early check in charges

The toilet and the shower were behind a sliding closet door, which was very inconvenient. If one person was using the sink, they got hit by door by the person coming out of the toilet.

Room and hotel were beautiful! It was clean, staff were friendly. It was a great place for this price. Good deal. Casino area has great ventilation so even walking through it I wasn’t smelling cigarettes as it does in most of casino+ hotels in Las Vegas. Also parking was easy and free (without any ticket validation).

Our shower didn’t have warm water, more like lukewarm and it was weird to turn on. However we stayed one night so we didn’t request change as we discovered it prior to checking out. Also, we waited over and hour to check in- there was many desks but only 2-3 people were working.

The restaurants inside the hotel were very good. It was quieter than most hotels in Vegas, but still very lively.

The Alexandria was very trippy, from the hallways to the room. It took a min to get used too.

The bed (king) was very comfortable.

Check-in was ridiculously long. More than 40mns with only 2x guests in front of me in the line…

Cleaness of the bedroom was poor. There was a furniture that has never been moved to pick garbage and clean behind it.

Not walking distance to other attractions, but it was still good. Registration did not accept my confirmation number because it had my nickname. I was forced to plead. I was told a flat no. Zero kind words like, “Hmm, let’s see what we can figure out to help you.” I had to demand a manager, but was harshly told at desk, “This is a one time chance.” I probably won’t be staying there again.

The roof top pool was heated during the winter and the view from my room was great.

The main pool and jacuzzi were closed for the winter.

It was used for CES, and it was convenient because the monorail station was directly connected, making access easy. It was also more affordable than staying in the city center, which was great. I would like to use it again for the next event I attend.

The building is not particularly new, so the age of the facilities was noticeable, but it was not to the extent that it caused any problems.

The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable, with a quiet night’s sleep. Check-in was smooth, staff were friendly, and the hotel felt refreshed and well maintained. The overall experience was easy and stress-free.

I have no complaints! If anything, adding a classic Vegas-style show like Splash or Folies Bergère would be a fun bonus.

The location an the facilities are excellent.

The room wasn’t the one we booked, although it was bigger (an upgrade), it wasn’t furnished for a family.

The checking in process is bad. Everyone arrives at 4pm and the queue is long and takes ages.

Super convenient to access the public transport

Initial check in took over 1.5hrs with key lock issues. Several trips up and down to main lobby. Eventually sorted with a token credit for the inconvenience. Happened at 12am at night, so all sorted by around 1:30am. Not a great first experience when arriving so late at night. If I didn't have this issue, would rate 9 out of 10.

I' LIKE EVERYTHING

Very clean. Lots of lighting in the room. Comfy bed, plush towels, great rainhead shower. The property was still decorated for the holidays and it was pretty and tastefully done. The monorail stop was right at the hotel which made it easy to get around the strip.

$7.00 for a small bottle of cranberry juice on-site! Yikes! Also, no map of the area was provided, which would have been helpful.

Super clean, felt very luxurious for the price. One of the nicest hotels I have stayed at.

I didn’t like that the room did get a bit stuffy at night

Unfortunately my room was lost from a simple pajama to cash I notified it at the reception but they did nothing That is disappointing.

I had no problems besides the bathroom door. Even if booking a room with your own family, having to use the bathroom behind a sliding "closet" mirror door is very uncomfortable. Absolutely no privacy

A vibe of "old" Vegas offering free parking which is very rare in the Sin City

A bit of a hustle to get to the center. The Deuce takes too long. Take a train instead!

Nice and clean. Not as crowded and crazy and the hotels in the center of the strip. Nice to have the tram right in the hotel.

Would like to have more dining options and more available in rhe gym facilities.

Check in took us 1.5 hrs since it was 31st Dec. More staff could have helped or like other vegas properties, they can allow online check in and key pickup from a kiosk.

Great restaurant choices and the monorail station is right there. Just parked our car the entire time and used the monorail.

Our stay was wonderful. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We loved that the monorail was the last or beginning stop. We also appreciated the free parking and discounts for some hotel restaurants. I suggest you check out the dining options online if you want to get in on the happy hour specials!

Because we stayed during the New Year's holiday week. The check-in process after 5pm was about an hour wait, with the line snaking about 3 deep and extending almost to the concierge desk. Maybe this is a yearly norm, but it would be good to get the senior management to help cover the other desks until the line is manageable. When we finally arrived at the desk, we were assisted in a friendly manner, and the front desk person said it is usually like this during the holidays.

They couldn’t give a room with 2 beds even though in my reservation i put i had kids 10 years old i even asked for a foldable bed which wasn’t provide it. And one elevator was working only lot of wasted tike on the rush hours

Needed a little cleaning of the carpets in the room. Very crowded; check-in took almost an hour.

The door for bathroom didn’t have any kind of lock and was loose as well, it was quite uncomfortable. As well there wasn’t any freshener in the toilet which is must as there is no way to start the vent so the smell kinda gets trapped in there.

Everything was sufficient.

We had to wait 1.5 hours to check-in.
