The remodeled rooms were very nice. It is also nice that the elevators to the rooms are across from the parking garage so one does not have to drag luggage through the casino floor.

Location was close enough to the strip yet not right in the middle of crowds and easy access to the freeway. We were greeted by friendly staff, rooms were spacious and the best thing, free parking.

Surfaces in the room and some of the linen were dirty and dusty. The room was lit by 3 small lamps, not enough for me. Mattress had blood stains and was covered with a protector to hide the stains. FLAT king-sized pillows. I wish they had better quick eats options than the one stand there.

The hotel was lovely and our room was amazing!

Seriously disappointed that the hotel didn't have either a coffee pot or a coffee station. Guests have to pay at a restaurant or Starbucks and wait in the long lines for coffee. Made for a bad start to the day. Really? No coffee for guests, not good. In fact, as great asthe room was, I would never recommend it or return.

The location of this hotel is perfect. It's more affordable than living on the strip but it's also close to the main attractions.

Spacious room, comfortable bed, the shower was great! We stayed in one of the Alexandria rooms which looks really cool. The hotel has a heated pool which was open when we were there (it was late November), which was great because many hotels close their pools for winter. Also they offer free parking.

The staff was super friendly, over the phone and in person. The check in and check out was easy and fast. The rooms were big enough. The bed was comfortable. The water pressure for the shower and the temperature were perfect. It was also very convenient to have a monorail station outside the hotel. Very convenient to get around. It is further from the main part of the strip, but the monorail made it easy to get around.

The air conditioning unit was loud. The bathroom door was a sliding door, so it was weird.

We stayed 2 nights on the way there and two nights on the way back. The first two nights were in the Blanca tower which was not quite as nice as the Mara tower. So the second visit was nicer.

In the Blanca tower the bathroom configuration was odd to say the least! Asked for thinner pillows but they do not have any. It would have been nice to have a coffee machine in the room.

The property itself was beautiful an and has a variety of things to do from gambling, to restaurants, to bars etc….

The Internet connection made it impossible to watch television with it freezing every 2 to 5 minutes and when something was said to the staff we were told. “ it should be working just fine” and nothing was done to fix the problem. The walls in the bathroom were dirty. The pictures online are a little deceiving on what the rooms actually look like, it was disappointing to see that all the cool details in the pictures were nothing more than a mere curtain. Overall it was a bit pricey for what you get.

The check-in line was very long but we soon figured out that it was true for most hotels in Vegas.

I didn't know it was such a beautiful hotel. I wish the pool were open, but it was my first time in Vegas, and I was unaware that pools close for the season. I loved that I was on the 17th floor, and I had a great view of the mountains. I also did not know that there were so many shows and attractions at the hotel!

A faint cigarette smell was in my room when I turned on the AC, which hurt my stomach! I requested additional sheets but did not receive them.

The room was clean and just the right size for my husband and I. The hotel is located a little ways off from the main strip but the Monorail access made all the difference! Definitely take advantage of this perk. It rained on one of the days during our stay and the Monorail allowed us to still explore other hotels/locations without having to be out in the rain at all. The staff were all very kind and helpful. We loved our stay and will definitely be back!

I like that water was available and room had a view, overall the experience was good.

There was dirt behind my bed, bed was not very comfortable. Carpet of room was wet and there were no slippers provided. Pool area was closed for season.

The room was good. They moved us to a "better" building but honestly, I didn't like it that much because it didn't have a bathtub. Overall I liked it, the hotel is beautiful and has convenient stores inside the building

There was no bathtub. I was too tired to ask for a change of room. The staff mentioned if I wanted to pay extra for an upgrade, so I'm not sure if they upgraded us or downgraded us for not paying extra.

Great location to explore both downtown and the strip from. The room was really nice and had a great view and the bed was very comfortable.

The room had not been vacuumed when we arrived, there was quite a lot of debris from the previous occupant on the floor. We went out to allow them to clean properly, when we returned several hours later the room still had not been cleaned which was frustrating. House keeping then sorted it out and we could unpack, as it’s such a huge hotel things can get lost in the system of requests!

Comfortable rooms, great pool bar area. Staff are nice enough but didn't allow late checkout.

Elevators suck at checkout, go down early.
