It was generally all good.

Extra charge for more than 2 devices on WIFI. Paper cups in room. Wall switches that turn nothing on. Pillows that are so hard, they can’t be used for sleep. Check in cumbersome.

Very good location. Value for money. Enjoyed my stay. Definately would stay again.

Perfect location right in the heart of the strip.

The dealers where very pushy and rude I’m a first timer and they didn’t help me feel welcomed and when I asked questions it felt as if they wanted me to leave there tables because I wasn’t aware of how the game functioned he also forced me to tip the waitress which I have no problem with but he came off a bit rude and inpatient.

Location was excellent, very central on the strip so walking anywhere wasn't a problem and if you want to go to freemont street, taxis are freely available outside the side exit or there's a bus stop on the front for the deuce bus. The linq parade at the other side has a great variety of food and drink outlets and a couple of gift shops. (Yard house for a beer was a personal favourite).

There was no tea or coffee making facilities in the room which particularly annoyed us. We like a brew as soon as we wake up whilst getting ready for the day. Tea was available down in the shops at $8 each so that was a no go. Also, booked a room with a "view of the strip" but was disappointed with the view. It was basically a corridor of the linq through to ceasers palace. Will attach photo.

No view from room except a Carpark so room was dark with no natural light. Curtain had to be closed all the time as cars where parking opposite could see right into the room. Made experience unpleasant whilst in room.

There was no radio or speaker in the room, the shower was very basic with very low water pressure The tv remote was not functioning right The bedding was also very basic and uncomfortable And one of the pillow cases had blood stains on it. Also when I called to ask about the pool hours I was told the pool was closed for the season , but I could see people from my room window in the pool .

The room was clean and the location is great! There is a pool with nice area around it.

You can connect only two devices to the WiFi or pay 15$ for extra. Cellular connection does not work there. I don’t know why and how, but you need to wait for the elevator for over 10 minutes and it’s always full. TV in the room is very old.

Close to monorail and the strip. Easy of access to everything was fantastic.

Called multiple times for more towels and toiletries, conditioner bottle didn’t dispense in the shower and the room was really tight

No hot water!!! Had to pay for parking twice due to dropping off room keys and didn't have one to exit resort. This was never explained upon check out

The location is outstanding.

The beds were horrible. Had the bedding been comfortable, this would have been a nice stay. This explained the low pricing of the hotel with the wonderful location.

The hotel room areas were quiet, bed was comfortable, and the bathroom spacious.

Old air conditioner units that are on a wall and loud. Definitely a sign an old hotel has been remodeled.

Loosing at the casino

There was no room service despite being requested at checkin. Checkin and out was not easy. The kiosk only worked to check in one room. Then to check out we had to leave very early and couldn't check out of both rooms. Had to call while driving back and they couldn't check me out over the phone (which is bizarre) and only cojld direct me to the app again. And try multiple confirmation codes. Bring people back. Stop automating everything.

Location and options on property and nearby

Had emergency water shut down over night and had trouble getting late checkout next day when we just found out a hour and half prior to. Wanted to shower and felt very rushed as a result to this. They finally relented and gave us an extra hour

The location is very convenient.

The A/C was very noisy. We were in our roon for 5 minutes when a housekeeper entered without knocking and saying that the room was under another person name that did the check out that day.

Really liked hotel, value of dollar, location, restaurants. The only bummer was HOT water in bathroom. NEVER did get hot water in sink. Shower took a good 10 minutes...... ?

Didn’t have the room booked as promised. And tower that we stayed there was routine maintenance that shut off water supply for shower that was inconvenient since it was 10pm - 8am shut off and out check out was 6:45 am

The bullshit Resort Fee was not showing at Booking but was mandatory at check in ... 50USD for free Wi-Fi??? Really?

Good location, staff were helpful, and security at elevators was a great safety feature.

I didnt like not having a bathroom door or the closet in the bathroom. The refrigerator was also in the bathroom. I appreciate it was provided but no where on the property, could I warm leftovers. No one seemed to have a microwave. At least thats what I was told. Wasted money.

No fridge in the room. The biggest downside of this hotel is that it lacks any unique or special design, which sets it apart from the more distinctive hotels on the Vegas Strip. Additionally, the on-site bars and restaurants are underwhelming, making the hotel itself less enjoyable. Even for a relaxed coffee in a cozy environment, you'll need to go elsewhere. The atmosphere is also very noisy, crowded and a bit hectic.

Location of the hotel is very convenient in the middle of the strip. Had a mini fridge in the room as well.

Soap was not empty when we checked in. The room we got was in the furthest tower from the strip which, while took an extra minute or two of walking, was just a minor inconvenience.

Just the location, If you attend an event in Ceasar's forum, Linq or Harras are the best locations. Hotel rooms are OK, but if going on vacation will not pick this hotel.

Its a bit of hectic place, and its getting older.

Loved the location of the hotel, which made it great to see many sites. Hotel staff we're excellent.

Our room was very dusty, but the cleaning staff came back in and did a fabulous job.

Everything was good in the hotel except some of the food was a little too greasy for me so I kind of had the runs afterwards but other than that everything was okay

Good value for money! Room was clean and bed was comfortable! TV is tiny and you have to pay to watch anything. Basically, a good place to sleep!

I liked the location.

It was very noisy throughout the night since there was a live band playing right outside our window. The drain in the shower was plugged. You can hear the rooms next door and the people fighting in the hallway.

The room was decent. Bathroom was nice. Great shower. Have stayed here previously and had a much better experience.

We were in a room that was facing the parking garage and it was not a great experience. Loud cars, people honking all night. Also our view was of the parking garage and for $700 for two nights, it just was not worth the money. Other downfall was if you Valet, you have to either unload somewhere and then drive back to valet, or you have to walk with luggage thru Promenade.

The location is super central. From there you can visit the main casinos and attractions on foot!

WiFi it is ridiculous that they just allow you to use 2 devices per room! If you want more devices you have to pay extra fee for it and the resort fee it is already expensive.

The bed was comfortable, and the hotel itself wasn't too crowded, so playing at the tables was easy

The pool was closed, and the entrance to the hotel was flooded when we came in from the airport.
