The LINQ Hotel, Las Vegas

Location is good to the Linq strip of eateries and stores

Pillows are terrible. Way too soft. Need two options in room.

The room had enough space for me and even extra space. I had a great view of the pool. The room was clean and had everything I needed. The hotel is centrally located.

I wasn't a fan of the smoking allowed in certain open locations in the casino.

Loved the proximity to the strip and the options on the promenade. The valet staff and bell hops were so helpful and kind. Made us feel welcome and safe.

Wish room had a coffee maker.

No hot water to shower and I paid for an upgrade that I don't think I got.

The whole tower we were in had an unpleasant smell. Slightly like sulfur.

The shower is the worst. The shower curtain doesn't keep the water from going on the floor. The shower head isn't user friendly.

The location was great and the property was clean.

There was no hot water for the shower or sink. We upgraded to a suite which had a pool view. The music at the pool was so loud we could hear in our room.

Horrible stench outside lobby for 2 days! Casino was crowded, stuffy

I loved that it was in the perfect spot of the strip!

It smelled horrible, came and went. Our bathroom light stopped working randomly? Our shower had huge water bubbles in the ceiling The lamp shades were stained, the walls also smudged up

Every single staff member we encountered was kind! From check-in, to cleaning crew, bartenders, etc. everyone was fabulous!

Decent hotel for the price range. My only issue was the hallways smelled like sewage. The smell seemed to longer around the hotel but other than that no issues.

Reported view of the strip when it's just a partial view of the sphere and a view of the farris wheel. No caffeinated coffee with the coffee machine. Buzzing noise in the room. All the hallways look the same making it harder to identify where you are.

Check in and check out times; additional cost for early check in and additional cost for late check out. Two hours should be allowed for early check-in and late check out without an additional charge as long as there are rooms available.

Food options were poor, the hotel needs some updating, the elevator had broken tiles on floor and was unsteady. The rooms were adequate but not above average. Price was good.

Plenty of food, shops, and amenities available and in a great spot to get right out to the strip.

The cigarette smoke smell on the main floor was very strong

The Linq is in the center of the strip and had a lot of activities within walking distances.

The shower water never got hot during our 4 night stay.

The staff and stay was great. No complaints on cleanliness or amenities.

We had a reservation for a king room and were given a double full I think? It was a double bed situation. This was a vacation with my then boyfriend who ended up proposing. This put a damper on the feel of what it should have been. He held the proposal off until after we left since we couldn't even sleep in the same bed comfortably.

5am fire alarm and no staff nor announcements
