Rooms were very small

Location is excellent, we were there during new year eve, went out for count down is very convenient. The location is centrally located on the stripe, hence going to either way is super convenience. First maid that we met was very helpful. The first night we arrived, we would like to have extra pillow, we couldn't reach room service, the maid went our of her way and got pillows for us. Very impressive.

I was in district 3, elevators were jammed, not only on new year eve, but during our stays. We booked, doulbe queen bed, for some reason the maid just do only one bed, not both. On casino floor, varities of slot machine is limited, comapring to other casinos.

The back shops were never open at a time that was convenient (a bit later) there was quite a lot of people trying to get food. Walked from sphere and came under the building which was flooded in water and was a little scary being on my own.

upgrades for views

It is one of the best strip hotels in Las Vegas. Location is perfect as it is right in the middle of the strip and because it’s not so big the walking distance from your room to the the Las Vegas Boulevard strip is actually very short. Don’t let the hotel's small size fool you it's a full service deluxe hotel. It seems to have been renovated just a few year back so it does not feel old at all. The lobby, hallways and rooms look clean and while not brand new it is not old. Location is the best advantage of this hotel as it’s across the forums and a short walk to the other hotels. A bonus is that it had a small ally beside it with restaurants and other attractions so you don’t have to walk far for a quick bite and other amenities. There are a lot of of restaurants and food outlets for all budgets inside and adjacent to the hotel so food options for all budgets are available. Safety wise there are security men always patrolling the lobby so one feels very safe. Checkin was a breeze, they made a mistake with the rooms an that was corrected with dispatch and a smile. The rooms are just the right size. Carpets are not musty and feel clean on bare feet. Toilets are clean and free of molds. Towels are clean and fresh. No toilet amenities such as tooth brush and such but that's forgivable as the shampoo and bath soap smelled goos anyway.

What i didn't like was my blow dryer in my room was not working. I tried all the outlets and nothing not sure if was the blow dryer. My curling iron was working so it must of been the blow dryer.

Room doesn't have basic toiletries - cups, shower cap, etc. Queen beds are definitely not a queen size, more like a full.

Room was not cleaned well when we checked-in and we informed reception straight away to inform housekeeping to clean room well the next day. The next day housekeeping cleaned the room but the dust on the bedside tables, telephone and lampshades was still there. On the following day, housekeeping did not even show up...we informed reception and they had to inform housekeeping...however they never showed up even after that. We had to call back to at least get clean towels, which we got after nearly an hour. Really disappointed with the cleanliness and service considering that this is under Ceasers' operations!

Great location

Overpriced for the bare accommodations, dirty halls, dirty elevators, and insanely priced food. How much for a plain bagel and a bottle of Sprite? $17. Will not return.

Room was spasious and clean. Location was very good. There are plenty of places downstairs to have breakfast, snack, drink and food.

From my window I could see just part of a backyard and roofs. Walls were very thin: you could hear people talking, flushing and taking shower. I had a heater/AC which I turned to heating and it made very loud noise. Especially it was bad when suddenly it will start working at night, it definitely wakes you up.

One of the ladies in the Reception is VERY RUDE! I didn’t get her name but I have her photo with me. Bottled waters are ridiculously expensive to buy (between $9-$14).

The first room smelt like bleach. Like someone poured two bottles of bleach in there and left it. It was an instant headache. But after speaking to management they allowed a room changed whixh was greatly appreciated

I like how I was close to everything. Located on the strip allows you to walk to all casinos and clubs.

I just didn’t like how Ubers can’t pick you up all the way from the top of the Valet location. It has to be at the bottom of the garage and it’s too much walking with no sidewalks

Great hotel with an excellent location. The property is clean, modern, and very well maintained, which made our stay comfortable overall.

We did have one minor issue: our room had a connecting door to other room, and one night around 3 a.m. the guests next door tried to open it. It was quite scary and disruptive. Aside from that incident, everything else was very good.

I reserved a smoking room with a king size bed. When we arrived I was told they no longer had smoking rooms and was give 2 queen beds. Also the shower head was coming off of the wall and the water wasn’t draining correctly in the shower so I was standing in water while showering.

Additional hidden costs. Checking in is completely done on a kiosk. No people interaction at all. Our room was small and out the window was a brick wall.

Huge room and big bathroom. Comfortable bed.

Casino in the reception and its decoration. It’s kinda confusing the ground floor. Check out at 11:00 and no flexibility for late check out unless paying.
