You didn’t need a key card to enter floors.

Had to wait for the elevator a lot, and our room was far from the casino and everything else

Perfect location

No coffee maker in the room and no mini refrigerator

Everything you need is withing walking distance. Shopping, restaurant which all connect you to additional hotels without leaving the property. Beautiful casino and the directional access to get to your favorite spots was easy to navigate. I would definitely choose this location again.

A lot of walking depending on where your room is. Have on comfortable shoes if you stay here.

The location was fantastic. It’s easy to get to by foot along the Strip as well as by car or taxi. The staff was friendly and the rooms had everything that’s needed for a comfortable stay.

The rooms were a bit smaller than expected.

Great location, nice room and comfortable bed. My friend's room didn't have a fridge which was inconvenient for them. My room had one, so I was happy!

I would have liked to be able to order room service. It seems to be something that fewer and fewer hotels are offering so this could be a point of difference for Linq.

The property’s location was amazing, and the staff was very helpful, which made my stay even better. I loved how you could walk straight out the back of the resort into an alley filled with shops, restaurants, and entertainment.

The resort fees when there. We did nothing at the resort that we didnt pay for since the pool was closed. Parking should be included for such a crazy expense.

Really.. No coffee pot in ROOMS or refillable water fountains? Won't recommend or stay again for those reasons.

The location is right in the center of the Strip. Has the only Dunkins on the Strip. The room was clean, comfortable and well maintained. It also had a fridge I could use which is uncommon in other Strip hotels.

No pillows on the couch, that was weird. The light switches didn't seem to turn anything on, but there were plenty of lamps. The smell in the lobby and elevator hallway was really bad, like an overflowing toilet. Smoke smell always bothers me, but that's Vegas, right?

My tug kept clogging up and I did not like that you guys did not have a microwave also the refrigerator did not get cold all my things were hot.

the staff, i can't remember her name but she sounded rude and kind of racist towards me after seeing my Pakistani passport. I saw how she was speaking to others compared to me. She treated me like I was some scammer.

LINQ is perfectly located. Location is a BIG plus. It's within walking distance of major local attractions and famous casinos. The room was clean. The bathroom was clean. The AC worked perfectly well and made no noise. I enjoyed the Guy Fieri's all you can eat breakfast for $19,99 offered in the hotel. I will go back.

No fitted sheets. Pillows can be better. Towels were a bit old.

When we tried to exit, several people had problems with the machine which held us all up. Took 15 minutes for 4 cars to exit.

There was a smell by the elevators and it smelled like sewage. We complained and were told to go tell a manager. But the smell waws awful.

The female at reception wasnt very helpful, she said check in at machines, but no help whatsoever then it didnt work then had to join queue which I was already in the 1st place Then had to pay for early check in and upgrade when I was told that I would get it anyway as hotel had plenty of rooms available i ended up paying an extra $70 which was more than I paid originally

Parking is far to walk with luggage Room was complicated to find Restaurants not easily accessable Could not make out room number and room details on card holder, check in employee was rushed, seemed stressed, not very friendly, rushed check in details. Difficult to absorb for someone who has not been there recently. Very overwhelming and no employees/help desk to ask for orientation

I arrived at the pool with a book and room key but no ID. Staff refused me entry until I provided ID as the pool is 20+. I am 65 yrs old and look it. They repeatedly refused until I went back up to the room to get my ID. They said it was “policy”. Then the pool blared techno music when I was looking for a relaxing pool experience. No general drinking water available. Lastly the water was ice cold in the pool. For the exorbitant resort fee I would expect resort facilities. Heated pool, free drinking water available and quiet/relaxing areas. The resorts fees are just rip offs. This day and age wifi is a basic necessity and should be included in the room rate.

Great location.

The room hadn’t been cleaned throughly. I had to pick up paper and someone’s room key card off the floor. The towels left in room had hair on them like they were previously used. When I did ask for extra towels and pillows the staff came right away.

Close to The Sphere; good atmosphere

My handwash container didn’t work. When I pointed it out to the cleaner, she didn’t understand English and didn’t notify another member of staff. We used body wash from the shower for 2 days. That was after paying an upgrade to a better room. With limited staff at consierge and self checkout, we didn’t have the opportunity to tell anyone without it disrupting our own leisure time

Room and amenities were clean, organization of floors and rooms into districts were great. Staff was friendly and cordial. Wonderful variety of shops and restauraunts, the Promenade was the highlight of the property. Security was top notch, regularly seen patrolling the area. Felt safe.

Pungent sewage smell/odor in the hallways of multiple floors, including ours (District 3, floor 5) and our friend's (District 2, floor 9). Visible scuff marks and holes in walls from locks hitting the wall. Desperately needs door stoppers. Latch lock was missing a screw and hanging loose-- unusable. Shower filled up, almost overflowing; very slow drainage.

Central location on the strip.

This place is charging a $50 DAILY resort fee and has a tiny pool that they do not even heat in the colder fall/winter months. Pool was unusable the water was so freezing cold. Fitness center was just OK - nothing special. The $50/day is an insult given what you experience as a guest. Hallways to rooms are dark and unwelcoming.

I liked the cleanliness of the room, the comfort of the beds and overall location of the hotel.

I didn't like the disturbance within the hallway as we saw paramedics and the police arresting a rowdy visitor. They were fighting on the floor and someone banged on my door and woke me out of my sleep. I wanted to check out the pool. I went on the second floor and had my room key but not my ID. I just wanted to check it out for 2 minutes because I had planned on laying by the pool. I was told to go and get my ID. I was a little pissed. I understand it's for security of the guest. Anyone can just show their ID, the guard didn't check it on a computer. As me and my son checked out the pool area. I wanted to see the area by the strip. I walked over and immediately a security guard followed us. Again, I was just observing. After all of that, I did not want to go hang out at the pool.

Great location and right in the middle of everything!

The property is run down, so was our room. There was bodily fluid on the walls of our bathroom as well as fluid and hair in our toilet. Mirror and sink were also dirty. Only clean thing was the mattress. Linens were okay but had a stale smell to them.

Location was great! It is connected to the monorail and the promenade!

Unfortunately we were facing the pool and when the music was playing for most of the day it came through the air conditioner and become a speaker which made it difficult to take a nap. Luckily the pool is closed at night

The property was in the best location! Very convenient!!!

The plumbing, very seldomly it smelt like sewage and on our last day we heard bubbles and what appeared to be sewage left a residue in the sink.
