Location was great. Friendly staff

Would have like a microwave in the room and also have a water station/coffee in lobby.

Location is close to everything.

The bathroom sink is clogged and draining slowly. The toilet seat is old, stained, and peeling. The toilet paper holder is awkwardly positioned. The room phone handset is not functioning, and there is no refrigerator in the room. Additionally, the resort fee is quite high.

A section of elevators weren’t working which was annoying. Took long time to get down from the upper floors.

At check-in, a friendly staff person asked how they could help. We requested a quiet room and they immediately assigned us a room that was indeed quiet. Our in-room refrigerator was also quiet--a nice change from what we usually experience! Reliable and fast WiFi, the only benefit we used from what was covered by the resort fee. We would happily stay at The LINQ Hotel and Casino again.

The airport shuttle pick-up location could be consistent and signed. We went to the front of the hotel then saw a sign directing us to a back door. We hurried to that back location and confirmed with an employee that we were in the correct place. And then we had a text from the shuttle driver that they were waiting at the front.

I like it that it was on the strip accessible to the entire strip

Good location on the Strip. Good for us as it is walking distance to Treasure Island for Cirque. Check-in was done by machine and was easy and fast but was going to charge $20 for early check-in (2hours). We had to leave our email address and return at 3.30pm once we received an email to say the room was ready, at which point we used the express machines to check in. Room was clean and bright, with fridge. Bell service is available and not far from the check-in. Easy to leave bags but bellboy had a mantra of “you look after us; we look after you”. They were not at their desk around 6am so needed to be called to help us but that wasn’t a problem - we don’t expect 24hr immediate service. There’s a connecting walkway to get to Harrah’s where from the ride share parking area you can see the Sphere. Travelled as an adult with child but booked room for two adults and saved $20 per night.

The bedding was odd as there was no flat sheet separating us from the thin comforter but at least the comforter was clean, unlike in other reviews. Bed and pillows were comfy.

The convenience to check in and check out. The rooms aren’t extravagant but they are comfortable and perfect for what they’re needed for.

We paid to have the self parking taken out of the deposit and then we still had to pay when we left because the machine wouldn’t take the information it was already paid for. The couple in front of us had the same problem

One Customer service female was sooo rude and I didn’t get her name. The hallway lights to the room were not bright enough (too dark). Not too many dislikes, but Customer service is very important and one bad apple didn’t ruin my stay.

It’s very affordable and it’s clean and it’s close to a lot of amenities

If you are on the side of the hotel that is next to the stage, the music is on until 1:30/2 o’clock in the morning and it’s very loud. So my previous trip was good but this one was not a good room.

The beds are really uncomfortable, and the pillows are the worst. It was overall a nice room, but I'm glad it was just a quick overnight stay.

I really dislike the fact you need to do a check in/out on a machine. A massive lack of customer service and no one to help you navigate the place. I did found it un personal and unfriendly. As the first stop in vegas found it disappointing. Also the extra charge are not clear enough. Payed extra then supposed.

Compared to other casinos, it’s certainly not as nice and seems like it was last remodeled 20 year ago, but they’ve maintained it well and it’s close to everything else you can easily walk to.

Excellent location, although tricky to get through the casino with heavy luggage just to check in. The bed, mattress and pillows were sooooo comfy. Good price.

The staff wasn't really helpful and friendly, particularly Giovanni, who was in fact really rude . The fridge in the bedroom is really loud and the hallway smells like cigarette.

-Wifi limited to only 2 devices -housekeeping not present -smell of cigarettes in the room - not welcoming staff, compared to other hotels, maybe because it was such a busy area. There was an instance where other guests were smoking canabis in the elevator making the rest of us to feel really bad

We liked the location of the hotel, the variety of stores and restaurants inside and outside the casino. We liked the easily accessible taxi pickup/drop off. We enjoyed the overall appearance as well. Staff were helpful and friendly. We liked the direct access to the monorail as well. We appreciated the option to hold our bags at check in until we could get our room.

The rooms were a bit dirty and looked as though they needed some touching up. The blankets were not the most comfortable to sleep with but they did the job. The hot water in the shower was inconsistent, but still worked. It was a bit inconvenient with the late check in time.

Check in was easy. They stored your luggage for free on the last day. Gave them a tip only.

On day two, they did not come into to change the towels or give us Kleenex. The safe was a problem. Upon checking in, the safe had to be reset. Needed to be in the room. Day two - the safe had an error code so could not lock the safe. It was not worth the hassle for them to fix it since we needed to wait for technician.

The room was TINY and DIRTY. The halls and rooms are dark. The sheets had makeup and blood on them. Everything was broken and the shower would drain at all.

My room was not clean. All lighting and bedding had excessive dust and stains on hardware, lamps, chair, etc. The heating and air was intermittent fluctuating from very hot to very cold temperatures.

We could hear all the traffic in the hallways of people walking by. It sounded like they were in our room at one point.

Great location. Near the High Roller and the best resorts in the Strip. Clean was ok.

Right at the strip! Beds are comfortable and the room is actually clean!

No complementary water bottles :( and the hallway smells like smoke and all sorts. You can sometimes smell it inside the room too.

I was in room 9169 and left my wedding band on the countertop near tv but never got turned in to lost and found. Don't know how it wouldn't have been turned in.

I loved that we were positioned right in the middle of everything.

There is no microwave!! So all the good food I had left over I couldn’t take with me because there was no way for me to warm it up.

The hotel is run down. The staff is not taking the feedback seriously. We had issues to connect to the internet.

There is a DJ playing very loud music the whole late morning-afternoon. Forgt it if you want to relax or watch telly in your room. And I was on the 12th floor!

It is easy to find things close by to eat and see!!!

Could have been cleaner inside and out. Just not much like the photos or advertisements. The tower we were in #3 was a bit under cared for.
