Staff was friendly and inviting

I like how I was close to everything. Located on the strip allows you to walk to all casinos and clubs.

I just didn’t like how Ubers can’t pick you up all the way from the top of the Valet location. It has to be at the bottom of the garage and it’s too much walking with no sidewalks

Great hotel with an excellent location. The property is clean, modern, and very well maintained, which made our stay comfortable overall.

We did have one minor issue: our room had a connecting door to other room, and one night around 3 a.m. the guests next door tried to open it. It was quite scary and disruptive. Aside from that incident, everything else was very good.

I reserved a smoking room with a king size bed. When we arrived I was told they no longer had smoking rooms and was give 2 queen beds. Also the shower head was coming off of the wall and the water wasn’t draining correctly in the shower so I was standing in water while showering.

Huge room and big bathroom. Comfortable bed.

Casino in the reception and its decoration. It’s kinda confusing the ground floor. Check out at 11:00 and no flexibility for late check out unless paying.

Bell service brought us ice....Bell service very friendly.

Signage for where to pull in with your car to check in very confusing all we saw was Flamingo and Harrahs.

The location along with activities, dinning and entertainment was in good distance. The value of the hotel was top of the line!! Ill recommend it to you all.

The thing I didn't like was not having enough time to tour all the strip.

We had a great stay at the hotel during our two nights on the 24th and 25th. The room was absolutely clean, spotless, and very comfortable. Despite the busy time of year, the experience exceeded our expectations. The hotel stood out for its excellent pricing, outstanding cleanliness, and friendly, professional staff. We truly appreciated the comfort and overall experience, and this property has become a top choice for us when staying with Linq and Caesars in the future.

While the room itself was clean, several aspects of the stay were inconvenient. The parking garage was closed due to rain and flooding, which required us to park at Harrah’s and walk across the connecting bridge to access the hotel. The express check-in process also limited our room options, resulting in no view, which was disappointing. These issues reduced the overall convenience of the stay.

Hotel looks to be a bit outdated I’d say. Lighting in floor hallways and rooms could be better.

The parking was confusing. It rained the day and the parking ramp had water so they closed the ramp. However, there was no sign and we had to call the hotel to find out where we can park. Also, they charged the parking fee to my room rate but I still needed to pay to get out the parking ramp because I already checked out and returned my room key.

The location was centered to walk up and down the strip, the rooms were spacious for my family, appeared in to be well kept and clean

There isn’t much negative I can say about this hotel. Smokey but I would imagine that’s all hotels with casinos.

I liked the location, view, & price!

I don’t like how I had to go to the casino to use the restroom when working out in the gym. Also, the vending machine in the gym stole my $5 & never gave me my Aquafina water.

The parking was difficult. Getting by in and out was a challenge. They need someone there to help people not just an assistance button that takes forever to answer

Everything is good and near by everywhere. The room is big hot water ac/heater is perfect. But all in all perfect...🙏

Received a room that we did not order..Too small of a room too far away from everything and the customer service was very mediocre

Front desk workers were very accommodating, keep up the good work! Even when we arrived 4:00am they were still friendly and smiling. But in regards to our room on the 10th Floor…….well let’s see….our hotel phone didn’t work, their where no body soap and shampoo in the dispensary, not even a drop and the remote fir tv wasn’t working. Thank you for listening.

There are no microwaves or coffee makers in the rooms. We know they want us to have to spend money in the shops in the casino, but we bought coffee in the casino but had no way to heat it up in the morning. Super crappy when you need caffeine.
