Beautiful, luxurious and spacious rooms. Definitely one of the best hotels we have stayed at.

No fridge in the rooms and minibar instructions felt a bit weird and nickel and dime-y for such a luxurious hotel.

Long queue at Check-in Smokers everywhere and strong smell of cigarettes in lobby area. Problem with reservations - they claimed I booked 4 rooms, when in reality I booked 3 rooms and they couldn’t make adjustment without having me to make a long distance phone call to booking.com to solve this issue. Everything in the room is chargeable. No free drinking water provided. They even charged me $10 for receiving each parcel I ordered from Amazon (or other websites). First and only hotel in the world doing that perhaps - and I’m a frequent traveller. Upon check out, I left early morning like 4:30am so I didn’t get a copy of the bill on paper. I expect them to send to my email. It’s been almost a month now. I didn’t get anything. I emailed and called them, they say that can’t give it to me as I booked through booking.com. So I made booking.com fetch that for me. But still nothings coming.

Beautiful property, very clean and well kept. Multiple pools to enjoy for family time and adult time. Friendly, helpful staff. Nice restaurants. Gorgeous decor. Spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Everything in the rooms were automated through Alexa w/ voice controls, such as curtains, lights, music, tv, etc. huge spa tubs.

The Spa amenities were not included in the daily resort fees and only a certain amount of spa day passes available for purchase. I tried to go right after check in at 3p and was advised there were no more day passes available to purchase and to try again the next morning as soon as they open.

It was expensive, which we knew going in. There was no coffee machine in the room.

Favourite hotel in Vegas. Wazuzu restaurant is great. No smoke or stuffy casino smells. Clean and great environment. Lovely staff Coffee shop very convenient Close to Wynn restaurants.

Not sure why costs so much more ($150/night) for 2 queen beds compared to a king bed room.

Wynn one of the best and luxury hotel in center of Las vegas, everything inside of the hotel are high class, very big , when you go inside you will live there and no need to go out, hotel has very good infrastructure, many people coming to see once this hotel, you should see it once in your life, we stay there only one night and everything was fine, we will come back ,thanks.

I heard very loud nightclub noises from my room that overlooked the Sphere on Saturday night

I suggest that a better description be given about the different types of rooms, i.e. How is an Encore King different from the Towers King or a Resorts King? I learned while there that the Towers has a separate “private” entrance and other amenities. I don’t think any of the Booking.com pages explains the reason for one vs the other.

Staff throughout the property was very polite & gracious.

Espresso Coffee Shop - the process of ordering at the cashier creates bottlenecks and really needs to be revised.

The room was very large and well equipped, and the view of the strip if you can stay in an even-numbered room is incredible. The food on the property is exceptional, and there is seemingly no limit to your options.

There could have been better congregating areas to sit and relax with friends. There was a lack of just space to sit in public with friends/ family if you did not want to gamble.

Wynn is always amazing and beautiful rooms are fabulous. Spa is unthinkable. Super fitness room.

Everything was smooth and seamless. We checked in very quickly and got an AMAZING room. Encore has to have the most opulent and luxurious entry level rooms of any place in Vegas. Absolutely incredible view and the room was picturesque and spotless! Unbelievable place and our only bummer was not staying longer.

Literally nothing - can't think of any recommendations or suggestions to make our stay more perfect. We just need to book for a longer trip next time around!

The hotel is a bit less touristy than the rest of the hotels on the strip, meaning that there are not hundreds of people wondering around the lobby or in the casino. The staff was great and really helpful. The room was clean and had all the comforts you’ll need. Best thing was the free parking!

What we really didn’t like is that the room might be spacious for two persons, but definitely not for three. We asked for an extra bed (which we paid) and we couldn’t move around the room! Yet on booking it says that it’s a great option for 3 persons. It’s not! Also, initially they told us that the extra beds are sold out and we were on a queue for the next available one and that the 3rd person will sleep on the coach (not a sofa bed, just a hard, uncomfortable coach) and that they have pillows and blankets in the closet, no sheet though. The room also seems really used, like ok it’s lux and not too old, but needs maintenance. Definitely not value for money, not for more than two pwrsons and I believe there are better options.

The view from the room was nice. The walk from parking to casino or registration was short, which is unlike most casinos on strip.

The property is beautiful, clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Smoking And restaurants closed early.

The room was large and we loved being able to see the Sphere from the window. We really enjoyed time at the pool and loved the hourly waterfall entertainment. We walked to other hotels and outside shops.

It was hard to get a spot in a restaurant and the prices were insanely high. As a travelling family, I'd love a place where the kids could play games seeing as they couldn't go near the gambling that filled a lot of the common spaces - perhaps some arcade games?

Absolutely beautiful! The room was amazing, so nice to have a bath to soak in, location is a bit of a walk to the other casinos but that was actually both a negative and positive.

Nothing......except maybe the smoking inside but thats just because in New Zealand we have no smoking inside so its strange when we come to a country where that is different.
