The bed was great, and the dual shower head was nice as well. The pillows were the type most hotel and resorts use now, which mean you're wearing ear muffs before morning. Not a fan.

The room lighting is horrible. No light at the bureau under the TV. No light by the armoire, which is probably why someone's black sports bra was never seen. Toilets are kid height which I'm also not a fan of. When resort fees started they included thinthings like a daily paper, bottles of water etc. and now they're just an extra charge to line the pockets, and in this case that cost was nearly half the daily charge for the room. Cost of everything on the strip is excessive. This just feels like you're being robbed!

Location, location, location. Access to other pools like Caesars and Flamingo. Decor. Vanity in room.

Rooms were way too loud - could hear everything outside in the hallway. Amenities - towels were terrible. Lack of soap, shampoo, body wash and conditioner for two people. Room/lighting were too dark. There was only 1 USB port and it didn’t even work.

Love the location of the hotel, the room was big…enough room to place the luggage and move around freely without bumping into each other space.

Wanted to check out the pool, no drinks or food allowed, needs more signage about the rules of entering the pool, also had to ask someone where is the ice machine. The balcony view was the parking garage. Too much money to upgrade into a room with a balcony view. Need more restaurants to eat at the hotel. Too hot to walk across the street in 113 degrees.

The beds were extremely comfortable.

The room was cleaned once during our 6 nights stay. The room was dated with marks and scratches on the furniture. The pool doesn’t open until 12 which wasn’t explained at check in.

Need better soundproofing in rooms, pool wasnt available at all, they charge you to use the coffee maker AND the fridge in the room. Rooms view was limited and hotel seemed damp/musty.

Sorry to complain, but these are just the facts: floors sticky, curtains ripped, sink clogged both days (unusable), thick dirt/dust behind lamp table, lamp broken, outlets didn't work, no coffee for Keurig, furniture damaged.

Small and friendly easy to find your way about. Location in walking distance of the best part of the Strip. Aircon was good and did dry you out. Beds are super comfortable, with good support but not too firm. Quiet rooms. Coffee machine was great and isn’t available at some other hotels on the strip.

Shower was poor, hand held shower was leaking in all directions. Water flow from rain shower was weak, though functional. No light controls from the bed.

When checking out they tried to charge me again for the Resort fee, as luck would have I printed out confirmation of what Booking.Com had sent me where it showed that showed Tax and Resort fee were included in the price

Location is good; pretty much mid-Strip. Cost was reasonable. Nice room set-up. Noise was minimal at all hours.

Room was dusty and dark. Dust within the tufts of the chair and on the lamps. Floor lamp was damaged and not working - maintenance request for lamp and phone was never addressed. Sink was very slow draining.

I'm tired of hotels posting photos of rooms immediately after renovation, and when you walk in you realize that everything has been in need of renovation for a long time. the only thing that was good was the location and easy registration since the reception is right at the entrance.

Very dark, furnishings and finishes with lots of scratches, dents, dirt in the corners, stained toilet bowl, no direct charging USB ports. No refrigerator.

Fridge was full of drinks, no place to put my personal drinks in the fridge. If any item removed from the fridge they would automatically bill you $50.

There was rap concerts all the weekend due to we were unable to enjoy the rootop or the pool, that things need to be notified for the guests to decide if booking or not. Those people did not paid what we did.

I barely spent time in the hotel as I was traveling for business so didn't have chance to use any of the amenities

I booked king size bed when I got in the hotel there was no more rooms available with King size bed I was given 2 queen bedroom which was fine but room was at the end of the hallway which was also okay if not the noise that I was hearing whole night and couldn't get enough rest.

Staff was very polite and accommodating. Room was beautiful.

Amazing and nice service. Very good location! Nice coffe place on the 1st floor of the hotel, and the fact that room has blackout curtains is a huge plus!

Our room number was bery dirty - we've found someone's unfinished chocolate-waffle bar in a trunk, then th speaker was broken and barely standing. To use the fridge in a 100F temperature for your own botlted water you have to pay 70 dollars. I don't mind high prices at the bar, but haven't a possibility to place a water IN A DESERT for free is totally wrong. There was no hot water in the shower, ve'we had to wash very fast, because temperature was barely warm - and after you coming home from 60F casino, it's a nice to have a possibility to take a hot shower. But I liked the bourlesque-style of interior, bedding was good as well, hotel team was very nice and friendly as well!

It wasn’t clear the pool facilities were not free. It was also not made clear we had access to other hotels facilities.

The location is excellent but, we never used the upstairs pool area, but the other properties pools made up for it.

My room location had a view of a parking garage which was a real turn off for my first visit to Vegas as a tourist. Usually when I come to Vegas it is for work and I stay at a much higher end room. This was the first time in years that I had come to town to be a tourist with my wife. I just expected a much better room with a view of something other than a parking garage, especially when I requested it numerous times to your hotel.

Staff at check in were very polite and welcoming. Room was clean and tidy and the location was fantastic for getting out and about. One thing that stood out was the beautiful scent as you enter the hotel and the corridors by the bedrooms.

We were not advised how to access the mini bar or the coffee in the room. We were not told about the restaurant opening times or how to make reservations. We had paid for a room with a view of the strip and we did not get this, more a side view of the Flamingo hotel.
