The Cromwell Hotel & Casino, Las Vegas

Loved the location , near Cesars where we had a concert to attend.

Only one restaurant in the entire hotel .

It was close to everything we wanted to do.

The first room we got had been in a flood, floor was swollen around bathroom door making it impossible to close, their were also pieces of flooring missing throughout the room, and a heavy stale humid smell in the room. We called and moved rooms , the second room also showed a lot of wear, along with the same issue with the flooring having pieces missing. We went there to celebrate my birthday and the experience with the rooms put a damper on the mood. Luckily for use the staff at the Palazzo stepped up and made it better. When I shared with them my experience with the rooms with them one of their managers gave us a birthday dinner at their restaurant which they didn’t have to.

In the room was dust on the lamp and the corners of the beds. First of all you did not take any snack nuts or other staff maybe there works sensors even if you touch not to eat it shows that you take and they want to charge money. 54$ for charging your phone in the room. The AC did not work we froze though I told them to fix it and they gave me additional blanket. The shower was the water was not strong enough. If you use the coffee maker but you don’t use their coffee even your own coffee just you need hot water 11$ for coffee maker they charged. Never again this hotel. 5 star hotel no toothpaste no toothbrush no slippers for one use. No breakfast. 5 star hotel😂

The location was great

Everything! This hotel is awful. It’s dark, dingy, dirty and not kept up at all. Paint is flaking off every where, the elevators were broken half the time and the ice machine didn’t work. We had to track down towels everyday because housekeeping never showed up even though we were there for a week and asked for them to clean our room. And They don’t have any laundry service. It was a TERRIBLE hotel. Next time, we’ll go back to the hotel we normally stay at.

Location was great!

There was no room service, cleaning, replacement of towels during our whole stay, when I asked the receptionist she told us that this is not expected in a 4* hotel lol.

Dated and can’t use the fridge. Staff were meh. Doesn’t have own pool to use though you can use ceasars and flamingo for free

The noise machine was helpful to try to block music from flamingo.

Wished for a tub in the room.

The mattress was comfortable but not a King Size as advertised.

The room was extremely disgusting and outdated and did not meet the standards in which were advertised and definitely did not meet standards for the rate I was charged. The hotel (because it’s not a resort) needs to shut down until it is completely renovated and sanitized with deep cleaning for mold removal as well.

Only thing I liked was the location.

I didn't like it was false advertisement stating a fridge was in the room when it was one that was stocked. If you took anything you would be charged $50.. The lighting was sooo bad I went back to the front desk stating that it was lights out in the room, when I was told that was the lighting...very very dim.

That the swimming pool and beach bar was closed (& didn’t tell us the reasons)

Love the location of the hotel, the room was big…enough room to place the luggage and move around freely without bumping into each other space.

Wanted to check out the pool, no drinks or food allowed, needs more signage about the rules of entering the pool, also had to ask someone where is the ice machine. The balcony view was the parking garage. Too much money to upgrade into a room with a balcony view. Need more restaurants to eat at the hotel. Too hot to walk across the street in 113 degrees.

I didn't like that I had to pay extra to check in 2 hours early, even when my room was ready.

We had a king room with a "vew of the strip". The view we had was not great

Small and friendly easy to find your way about. Location in walking distance of the best part of the Strip. Aircon was good and did dry you out. Beds are super comfortable, with good support but not too firm. Quiet rooms. Coffee machine was great and isn’t available at some other hotels on the strip.

Shower was poor, hand held shower was leaking in all directions. Water flow from rain shower was weak, though functional. No light controls from the bed.

Central location to where I was meeting my group of friends, plus I booked early and got a good rate

When checking out they tried to charge me again for the Resort fee, as luck would have I printed out confirmation of what Booking.Com had sent me where it showed that showed Tax and Resort fee were included in the price

Location is good; pretty much mid-Strip. Cost was reasonable. Nice room set-up. Noise was minimal at all hours.

Room was dusty and dark. Dust within the tufts of the chair and on the lamps. Floor lamp was damaged and not working - maintenance request for lamp and phone was never addressed. Sink was very slow draining.

Room lighting a bit dim. Otherwise rooms were comfortable. Customer service was great, had a issue with our room on the first day and was looked after very well to compensate for our room issue

Fridge was full of drinks, no place to put my personal drinks in the fridge. If any item removed from the fridge they would automatically bill you $50.

There was rap concerts all the weekend due to we were unable to enjoy the rootop or the pool, that things need to be notified for the guests to decide if booking or not. Those people did not paid what we did.

Staff was very polite and accommodating. Room was beautiful.

Room service didn't show as requested. I was charged different rates for different days.

It was close to the strip, most of the staff were friendly.

The lady who checked us in the first time was very unfriendly and our mattress was very saggy in the middle.

The location is excellent but, we never used the upstairs pool area, but the other properties pools made up for it.

My room location had a view of a parking garage which was a real turn off for my first visit to Vegas as a tourist. Usually when I come to Vegas it is for work and I stay at a much higher end room. This was the first time in years that I had come to town to be a tourist with my wife. I just expected a much better room with a view of something other than a parking garage, especially when I requested it numerous times to your hotel.

Staff at check in were very polite and welcoming. Room was clean and tidy and the location was fantastic for getting out and about. One thing that stood out was the beautiful scent as you enter the hotel and the corridors by the bedrooms.

We were not advised how to access the mini bar or the coffee in the room. We were not told about the restaurant opening times or how to make reservations. We had paid for a room with a view of the strip and we did not get this, more a side view of the Flamingo hotel.

We really liked the comfort of the bed. We were in Las Vegas for 24 hours and we really looking to get a good night’s sleep. Staff was super friendly when we checked in and out.

The room itself could use a minor facelift: the paint, furniture, etc. Also the tile in the shower is rather uncomfortable if you shower barefoot. Also there was trash in room’s trash cans. And there were some used towels under the bathroom sink.
