Took 24 hours to get someone from maintenance to look at a light in a slatted wardrobe that wouldn’t turn off. It illuminated the room on our first night making it difficult to sleep.

The room exactly like in the photos shown , food also very delicious especially their cakes and their staff also very friendly

We love historic hotels and the preservation of history. The Majestic has merged modern and Colonial very well to create a very polished hotel.

Relaxing, friendly hotel and the staff all work really hard to keep the guests happy.

A lot of events in the ball room upstairs which were noisy and crowding out the hotel bars at certain times.

The staff were absolutely amazing and helpful. Even helped me extend my stay during an emergency despite being fully booked. They always think out of the box and are extremely considerate

The Historic Majestic Hotel was old style grand, comfortable and well appointed. We stayed in the older colonial sector and chose the hotel specifically for its history.

The hotel dining room served buffet dinner which was not suitable if guests only wanted something quick and small. The only option was the Colonial dining room with a limited and expensive menu. The location of the hotel is isolated with very busy main roads surrounding it therefore nowhere to walk close by for casual meals, sightseeing or shopping. Due to its location guests must use taxis to get to places.

Colonial style hotel with a cozy atmosphere inside. The hall was decorated with stunning fresh flowers. Our room was very bright and large, with a large bathroom. Breakfast had a good selection of food, very tasty croissants. The hotel also has a swimming pool with a good view. We were very pleased with our stay at Majestic hotel!

The painted wardrobes definitely very dated and need upgrading.

All of the staff were extremely friendly and professional. The afternoon tea was great value for money and well staffed. The breakfast is extremely comprehensive with Eastern and western styles and gluten free options if you ask for them. The bed and bedding is of very high quality and the rooms are noise free. Great location away from the hustle and bustle and if you want to visit the botanical gardens. A nice relaxed atmosphere with some great views of the old architecture in the city. 100% would stay there again

Quite a large hotel and considering the quality of the staff we thought we would have been shown round which would have been handy to figure out where things were and how to get to places.

The hotel exterior and interior were aesthetics and high classes. The room was clean, bedding and pillows so comfy. Bathroom and bathtub large and clean. Dinner and breakfast buffet were excellent with a lot of varieties of food and dessert. All the staff were so nice and accommodating. They always greet you and attentive towards your need.

No oyster in dinner buffet which was a bit disappointing.

Happy with all aspects of stay. We chose the location for its relative peacefulness, despite being a short drive to KLCC. Cocktails were world class!

Food was very expensive for what it was so we chose to eat out.

The furniture a bit old and the floor outside of my bath room is soaking wet. Probably the water keep splashing out from the shower room

After a month, I decided to write this review. We stayed in your hotel from September 4 to 7. Accommodation, service and atmosphere were truly at an enviable level. We felt comfortable too. The problem arises later after payment. Namely, the amount on the account was not the same as the amount taken from my credit card. That difference in amount was not significant but still enough, so I sent an e-mail to your hotel and informed them about it. After several amended letters, I received a notification that the difference will be paid within 7 to 14 days to my account. That didn't happen. After that I informed your service again and politely informed them what it was about. I received a notification with a copy of the payment of a certain amount, along with an apology for the unpleasant situation, that the payment was then made. Two weeks have passed and I still haven't received any amount on my credit account. Two days ago I even called your hotel on the phone, explained what it was all about and shared my mood. Although I was told that I would be contacted again by email, this did not happen. I was hesitant to write about this in this way but it seems I had no choice. In the end, the amount itself is neither important nor significant. Feeling tricked, deceived, delayed and disrespected by the guest and the person is much worse. There remains a feeling of defeat and manipulation and disappointment, which is certainly not possible for a hotel of your category and reputation

The buffet breakfast was amazing. All the comfort you can expect from a 5-star. Very friendly staff.

The TV was not very easy to operate. A bit of construction noise in the room next door.

One of the best breakfast buffet which I’ve ever experienced! Loved it! The hotel arranged balloons, birthday card and birthday cake in the room for my spouse during arrival with no extra cost since it was his birthday! I loved the excellent hospitality and service! Highly recommended!

bed is very comfy.had a really good sleep.

The back of the coffee machine was dirty. There was food which had fallen of the table on the floor in the restaurant in the old wing. None of the waiters bothered to clean it up. It was chips which a child who previously occupied the table had dropped.

The waiter who cleared our table after lunch handled the crockery and cutlery roughly and didn't apologise after making loud noises with them.

It was a wonderful stay. The staff were very professional while being very friendly. The room was spacious and super clean with many amenities. The breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets had a large selection of quite tasty good quality food. The hotel is good value for a 5 star experience.
