A wonderful stay indeed! We got the corner room with a beautiful view, which was very spacious, comfortable & clean. Also got a free compulsory cake with a few balloons as we mentioned our stay for a birthday celebration. Varieties of delicious foods to choose from during breakfast! Overall, highly recommended to stay here! 👍🏻

Location for our purpose was central and good. Easy to reach

Parking at 15RM a night, for guests could think of doing free overnight parking.

The bathtub is big and clean, environment is good. Staffs are all friendly and ready to help. They even prepared a flower for us as our stay is mentioned for anniversary celebration!

Probably no as my stay is only 1 night and we arrived quite late If must have a bad one will be we can't find menu to order in room dining service.

I had a wonderful stay at The Majestic Hotel Kuala Lumpur :) The staff were very friendly which made me feel truly welcomed. The ambience of the hotel was cozy & comfortable. The food was alright with a good variety. The room was spacious, clean & extremely comfortable. I especially loved their soft pillows! Overall, it was a fantastic experience & I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting KL.

I wish there have more fruits options for the breakfast. The location of the coffee machine and juice can be relocated to the middle so that customer dont have to walk till the entrance to get the drink

Our room was next to the main air con generator- a bit noisy! We ate in the main restaurant both mornings and evenings- lukewarm water - it would be great if it was served cold.

Toilet 1. the curtain outside the bathroom wall is not suitable for families. 2. The wall / glass betweet toilet & shower too compact. I almost everytime inside toilet bump my head to the glass.

Everything was excellent except for the restaurants. Breakfast was OK but each evening the main restaurant was not available. The only option was the colonial café which wasn't up to the standard of the hotel. The staff on the front desk and the concierge were particularly helpful and the free navette to the station and mall was great

We were given the most wonderful suite in the old colonial building (the original hotel building). We ate in the Colonial restaurant and even had afternoon tea there - what a lovely experience it all was!

Beautiful rooms with large bathrooms and very comfortable living spaces. The breakfast buffet was delicious and staff were very attentive. Good gym and pool - although the pool next to the spa is located very close to loud traffic.

We did see a cockroach in the dining area during the breakfast buffet. This was dealt with efficiently by staff. There are also very limited TV channels.

Ambience.. staffs were very welcoming.. room was clean and spacious.. even toilet was big and clean with the bathtub..got city view room as requested.. breakfast spread was excellent..many food choices.. ample parking space available..very near to nu sentral and kl town..

My experience staying at The Majestic was amazing! the staff was great and friendly! the room was “Majestic” as it named! the in-room dining and Sahoor Buffet was terrific! i enjoyed my staycation here! Definitely will come back again!

Wonderful staff, fantastic breakfast buffet and great view overlooking the mosque and railway station. Late checkout 2pm offered on request which we appreciated.

Soulless location around the hotel as marooned in a mesh of expressways. However the hotel is a lovely oasis to relax in amidst all the madness

The metro station is 10–15 minutes away, and restaurants are not nearby. Other than that, everything was great!

The lovely surprise upgrade, and the spa, and Win the concierge is one of a kind! But ALL the staff are exceedingly gracious!

Wi-fi on my laptop was a struggle from day one. 6 people worked on it! It only worked one evening. Luckily, my phone worked

Beautiful heritage hotel.

Everything was lovely. One minor niggle is that you need a smart phone to find out what services or facilities are on offer. Which is easy enough but it’s nicer to be able to read a hard copy instead.

Good location not in the thick of the city yet near enough to get to the busy areas quickly. Hotel ambience is great and colonial. Deluxe King Room was spacious and on the high floor with good view of the city skyline.

Ensuring everything in the room works prior to guest check in. Shower head was drooping and one of the bathroom sink was clogged. Had to call maintenance to fix this. Shower head screw to hold it up was tightened but sink blockage was not cleared completely and water still accumulated. Had to use it with less water flow. TV was set to Chinese language and had to get housekeeping to change the language to English as every thing on the settings screen was in Chinese. If these were checked before hand, it would have eliminated the need for us to spend time waiting for these to be fixed when we got to the room. As for value for money, price is slightly on the higher end compared to other international hotels in the city by about 10 to 15%.

Beautiful hotel centrally located opposite old Kuala Lumpur railway station (frequent Komuter service links to extensive city metro services. Superbly decorated...ultra modern in a classical way. Very large room with standalone bath tub as well as shower Exceedingly comfortable bed. Fantastic food on offer...Asian and Western...in beautiful surroundings. Stunning rooftop pool. All staff very attentive and friendly....made you feel special. Complientary shuttle service runs every 30 mins between hotel and KL Sentral station (for Airport Express train.

Loved the junior suite. A lovely room, wonderful view, plenty of space. The buffet breakfasts were superb - so much choice. Had dinner in the a la carte restaurant one night in the heritage part of the hotel, recommended for the ambience, the food was delicious but pricey. Loved the heritage part of the hotel. Wished the drawing room and orchid room were open to the general public (seemed like you needed to book a high tea or event) but very much enjoyed happy hour in the gentleman's smoking room bar, and discovering the old part of the hotel. Personally would like to see more memorabilia about the hotel, and more snippets of history placed around, because the hotel is iconic to the history of Malacca.

Generally, but not just limited to the hotel ... not enough information or maps about where to go or what to do. Sure there's lots on the internet, but all refers to the same tours or 'tourist' must do's. There is lots more to discover. The hotel is near to some iconic buildings, but there's not a lot of info about them. Also close to the Botanical gardens, but the hotel map is not easy to follow to get there. The hotel is within walking distance of Indepenence Square, Central Market, The Mosque, and Merdeka tower, plus more but you have to find out by trial and error how to get there to navigate getting around, under or across busy roads and freeways. Once you know, you know! But the hotel staff just say, 'turn left out of the hotel and keep going,' because in reality we discovered it would be too hard for them to begin to describe how to navigate. But once you get an understanding of the lay of the land, then this hotel is in a great position. Grab taxis were great and reliable. Definitely download the app.

Some facilities hidden in the old part and not obvious how to get there. Bar expensive. Why not use the cafe in the entrance to serve drinks only, as well as a buffet?
