The staff were all amazing and nothing was too much trouble for them. They should be recognised for what they bring to this hotel. The hotel has two different wings with the original having very classic designed colonial style suites, the newer wing has very modern suites with amazing facilities. Breakfast was amazing with a good wide-ranging selection of options. The pool on the 04th floor was very good and never too busy. It could benefit from a bar service.

It was not a dislike but the property is located slightly further out from KLCC and not easy to walk from. With Grab available and very cheap this was not an issue. The second pool area, outside the spa area, was “closed for maintenance” as was the beauty spa itself. There was no evident maintenance being undertaken.

We enjoyed a complimentary upgrade to a suite. The restaurant was wonderful. Breakfast had a great variety of local and other cuisines.

Amazing lobby and staff. Wonderful pool and facilities. Scrumptious breakfast with wife stay off choices and they were able to cater to my son who is gluten free.

The location is a little removed from the life of the city, but it's an easy grab ride. The room service offering was subpar and didn't offer any starters or desserts.

Staff were attentive but I wish for more local staffs. Food was good. Very aesthetic for photography

Very few food options.Location wise isn't really strategic to find any convenience store in walking distance.

I usually celebrate birthdays or anniversaries at this hotel Melaka or Kuala and Lumpur, and will make a request before check-in. In the past, the hotel provided a nice special welcome such as a birthday cake slice. However, this time we checked in on my friend’s actual birthday, and there was no special welcoming arrangement. It was disappointing, especially since we drove nearly 5 hours from JB just to celebrate and suprise her. Overall, I still like this hotel, but hope they will be more attentive to special requests in the future.

Excellent location, Awesome meals, very helpful and welcoming staff. Me and my partner felt right at home. It was painful to leave.

Overall, the stay was fine. Prior to arrival, I was informed that my anniversary request would be remarked, so I was expecting a small gesture. Unfortunately, there was none during our stay. Hope this can be improved in the future

Has a lovely old world charm on the outside but the rooms are modern and comfortable. Gym and pool were lovely too.

Location might be a bit out of the way but no issues if you drive.

Thw toilet door/glass sliding door need to service because it hard to slide whenever want to use the wash room. The washing basin ia blockage and water doesn't flow out smoothly.

Staff very attentive, breakfast excellent, bedding and pillows best I've had in a very long time.

Room layout for most rooms somewhat unimaginative. There is clearly a need for an agreeable smoking area which is being ignored by management - why is that so difficult?

Paid parking. The fee is fine but still charge for a customer staying there? Nah, should've been better than this.

I like the breakfast spread. Plenty and varieties of choice. Bed ia comfortable and bathroom is clean.

Room was nice and spacious with facilities that worked well. Breakfast was a good spread and included some very tasty options. Location was nicely central. All-in-all, good value for money.

The hotel does not have good access to Kuala Lumpur Railway station. It is possible but not that convenient to cross the road due to lack of pedestrian crossings in some parts. We had lunch at the Colonial Cafe. It has a splendid interior and excellent service, but the food was mediocre. That was a bit disappointing.

The great staff arranged a beautiful balloon and complementary cake for my 10th anniversary in our room. Room is very spacious and elegant. The breakfast and dinner buffet is excellent. Variety of cuisine and choices. Friendly staff and great hospitality. Will revisit again soon. Thanks team.

The rooms were so spacious and comfortable, the bed and pillows were heavenly, and the bathroom was wonderful with the bathtub to soak in. Breakfast buffet was everything we expected and would definitely come back!

When trying to check in, the staff did not mention about an “upgrade” done for us, and then lead us to a room in the colonial suite in the old wing, which was extremely dark and gloomy, there was a strong smell of old furniture too. We did not like the vibe of the room at all, eventho it was a more expensive room. The view out of the windows were nets and rundown walls. We had to go back to the lobby and ask them for the room we booked, they mentioned it was not ready for check in at the moment and shortly afterwards then said the room is available. Finally was able to get the room we paid for.

Staffs were nice. Beds are really comfy and we had a good time at the Orchid Conservatory.

The room only had 1 dustbin. No tissue in the room, only available inside the toilet. The hairdryer is weak and old. The overall room looks old.

Room was dusty, likely from the carpet. Check in process could have been smoother - I had to go down to reception twice because key card was not working. English is my primary language but I am unable to easily catch what the receptionist was trying to say (about parking rates)
