The Majestic Hotel, Kuala Lumpur

The great staff arranged a beautiful balloon and complementary cake for my 10th anniversary in our room. Room is very spacious and elegant. The breakfast and dinner buffet is excellent. Variety of cuisine and choices. Friendly staff and great hospitality. Will revisit again soon. Thanks team.

The rooms were so spacious and comfortable, the bed and pillows were heavenly, and the bathroom was wonderful with the bathtub to soak in. Breakfast buffet was everything we expected and would definitely come back!

When trying to check in, the staff did not mention about an “upgrade” done for us, and then lead us to a room in the colonial suite in the old wing, which was extremely dark and gloomy, there was a strong smell of old furniture too. We did not like the vibe of the room at all, eventho it was a more expensive room. The view out of the windows were nets and rundown walls. We had to go back to the lobby and ask them for the room we booked, they mentioned it was not ready for check in at the moment and shortly afterwards then said the room is available. Finally was able to get the room we paid for.

Staffs were nice. Beds are really comfy and we had a good time at the Orchid Conservatory.

The room only had 1 dustbin. No tissue in the room, only available inside the toilet. The hairdryer is weak and old. The overall room looks old.

Room was dusty, likely from the carpet. Check in process could have been smoother - I had to go down to reception twice because key card was not working. English is my primary language but I am unable to easily catch what the receptionist was trying to say (about parking rates)

Everything about this place oozed class and attention to detail.

I just love this hotel, very classy from the moment I walk in, enter the room and the whole experience here. It feels like I went back in time in history where your have some social gatherings. The colonial cafe brought a very unique vibe with good music and British old times. The room is spacious, comfy bed with a large bath tub and entertainment while you enjoy in bath. I love the whole experience here. You can have great view for the swimming pool on 4th floor

I would love to have the sauna and steam room in this hotel

Casual ease

I had 2 separate stays last week. A 3 day and a 2 day stay. The second one wasn’t as good with a small maintenance problem of a blocked sink and WiFi that didn’t work even after I’d reported

What I liked was the environment, the hotel is really beautiful. The ambience and surroundings are honestly impressive.

I honestly couldn’t believe it.. one can of Pepsi was RM15. That’s extremely expensive. And on top of that, the bathroom water was rusty at that time. I took a bath in the bathtub and my skin became itchy. Very disappointing for a hotel of this standard.

Our stay was exceptional! The room was comfortable, and the breakfast offered amazing variety. We enjoyed dinner in the restaurant, which my 92-year-old mother loved. The staff were attentive, polite, and made our experience very special.

Exceptional breakfast and dinner, kind and friendly staff, Front door staff Jhalak, Hari, Lok, and Chandra were very helpful with giving directions and making you feel welcome in the hotel.

Beautiful old colonial hotel. Centrally located close to all attractions. Room was lovely and spacious.

Dinner didn’t start till 6pm. Breakfast didn’t start till 6:30am which meant we missed breakfast on our last morning due to getting a flight. An option to grab & go should ne something to offer. We did not like the sound of your breakfast to go.

The environment the facade the rustic looks was amazing .

Last day probably cleaning the pipes , water discharge was brown in colour. Guess this is so till the system clear up . Also on 2nd morning no hit water , was forced to shower in cold water. Other than this stay was great, place tip top and very comfy

Beautiful heritage hotel in a brilliant location. Outstanding views from our beautifully appointed suites We wish we had stayed longer to enjoy the afternoon tea. The dining rooms and food are fabulous. Thank you to the friendly and professional staff, who ensured our stay was perfect.

Not having planned a longer stay :). Minor issue - a little more care is needed by cleaners ... There was a tissue on the window ledge when we drew the curtains, and there were items in bathroom bin, on our arrival.

Really clean and comfortable with excellent service. The breakfast was outstanding. Nice view from the new annexe.

The location is very strategic, but still maintain it’s uniqueness away from hustle bustle of the city. The room is very spacious. I love the bathtub inside with tv attached The two sinks are excellent!

The breakfast choices are quite mediocre for majestic’s standard. Some of the staffs during breakfast are not helpful.

We checked into Majestic Hotel right after we registered our marriage for some well-deserved R&R. The staff were very warm, hospitable, and welcoming. The room is so beautiful, spacious and comfortable. The bathtub is what dreams are made of. The complimentary bath salts were an added bonus!

This hotel can be quite packed even though we stayed on weekdays as it is constantly used for business / work conferences and meetings. Their breakfast buffets are crowded in the mornings with a ton of businessmen.

I mentioned that our staycation here was to celebrate our anniversary. Then I was given a flower bouquet during check in and the room we stayed had the best KL view! Love it so much!

Hotel decorated my room for my 35th Wedding Anniversary and gave me a surprise flower during check-in at a fee to be paid. Small things but matters a lot.

Remembered i asked for King size bed but was given 2 single beds - little bit frustrated.

It is our favorite hotel in Kuala Lumpur, we already have seven accommodation there. The rooms are spacious, well maintained, the food at the restaurant is very varied both at breakfast and dinner. I also recommend the afternoon tea, in a pleasant atmosphere with live piano. We will definitely come back for our next visits.
