It was a Dream Stay for My Family, we love to be here again
Location is fantastic, room is great great, breakfast awesome, staffs behavior beyond expectation. The Reception, Concierge, House Keeping all were very attentive and helpful always, special thanks to the Check-In Staffs and the Supervisors.

One of the best services I have experienced in hotels
Best location, next to Petronas Tower, the KLCC park and shopping mall. Tons of restaurants near by. Staff is really kind and profesional and the concierge service is top notch. They really make and effort to make your stay one to remember.
The only thing to improve is the big queues for breakfast, and once you get a table you need to zigzag carefully as the space is narrow between tables. Food was very good.

Place met excpectation. Was lovely. Staff are very accommodating and polite.
Room service was diffiult to make. Ordering drinks was quite difficult as they were not so fluent in English and got the order 60% correct.
The standard king room does not have much space.

Just besides KLCC and thus very convenient for shopping, meals.
The old beds would probably need replacement and it is sloping at the sides.
