The location was phenomenal, the staff were polite and professional. Mr Ryan who checked us in was outstanding.

“Excellent service! The room was wonderful, and the lounge was a delightful bonus — a great place to feel fancy while pretending I don’t check my emails every 5 minutes. The bed was so comfortable it practically held me hostage. All in all, one of the better places to stay in KL — and trust me, I’ve tested a few!

Excellent location on the KLCC square, in front of the Petronas twin towers. (room with view of the towers cost more). Very elegant, stylish, in line with the Mandarin brand. Exceptional standards of service. Beautiful, spacious room and bathroom

The hotel was extremely busy, with overwhelming security presence, as it was hosting ASEAN meetings during our stay. We would have appreciated been informed in advance.

liked the aspect from the pool area overlooking KLCC, convenient locations to Petronia shops and restaurants , breakfast was excellent quality 10/10, excellent variety catering for all diets and tastes, gym was excellent 10/10, gym staff were super friendly, pool area excellent, pool staff were super friendly, excellent and professional service from Sajedul. He was attentive, smiling, respectful and a pleasure to deal with. Everything and all staff from front porters, reservations, concierge, housekeeping, etc...were 10/10

Amazing experience. This is my second time at Mandarin KL and will definetely return. It has the perfect location, a few meters from Suria KLCC and the Petronas towers. The staff are amazing, always smiling and willing to go the extra mile for their guests. And the pillows! Oh, those pillows are the best in the world! I wish i could buy them.

fantastic place to stay in downtown KL! very relaxing with tip top facilities, has covered walkway all the way to Bukit Bintang, gym is very well equipped, and great infinity swimming pool. my wife liked the 75min free yoga class by a professional teacher. breakfast was very good, though limited spread compared to other high end hotels. we stayed on 28th floor, with a great view of the city.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel is very comfortable and the location is super convenient, just a short walk to the shopping mall. The breakfast was excellent with a good variety of options, and the view from my room was amazing. Perfect for both relaxing and exploring the area

I only stayed one night but the hotel far exceeded by expectations. It is truly a magnificent building with incredible amenities and the staff were fabulously helpful, see pic of Hafiz below.

This is my 6th time here and everything is the same as before.

Property location are very good, right at the city center next to KLCC. Room space are ok and very clean. Should provide more bottles of drinking water. Breakfast are very good and so much varieties but the area is a little bit too cramp in my opinion.

Location is excellent, the staff were all so helpful. 1 trainee was a bit slow but his senior came to help. I love the beds, pillows and bathroom, lifts were quick too.

I expected more at the breakfast buffet. Not worth the price. The teh tarik was below average and a tad too sweet for my liking, plates were gone in just minutes, not enough for peak season and they were still wet from the kitchen, had to wipe dry on our own. The omelette was also average, roti canai wasnt made fresh but i understand understaffed n time constraint. But for THAT price, it was not worth it. Not 5 star material.

Everything was great about this hotel. The hospitality of the staffs, the environment, the location which is close to Suria KLCC and the rooms. Thanks to Ms Shalini for assisting us in check in and.check out smoothly. Breakfast was good as well.

Probably the most value for money Mandarin Oriental in the world

The rooms were spacious, cozy and the view on the klcc was breathtaking. The staff were very responsive, respectful and friendly. The access to klcc was shorter then we thought.

The junior staff as usual friendly and welcoming. Always ready to assist. The room has good soundproofing and always impeccably clean bed linen and towels.

I don't like to pay extra fees for breakfast having the room for USD 250+ daily rate. The breakfast should be included,. Also foe almost 3 days there was no hot water ibn the room, but MO management continued to promise to the customers "it will be fixed soon" instead just to move the guest to another room (or upgrade).

The location is superb, just beside suria klcc mall. My room is facing the gorgeous twin towers and everyday we can watch the fountain show from our window. My children enjoy it. The rooms are spacious and clean. I'm always looking forward to coming back to my room because the staffs did a great job. Service is top notch. Fast and efficient. I managed to drop by the spa. Wonderful massage by Ms Bowie. All your staffs are admirable and brilliany. What a lovely stay!

Room was a bit tired, the music in the bathroom was not working and the breakfast buffet could have been better. It is not bad but you expect more from a mandarin hotel. Eg. the cheese corner was very poor.

The location is perfect—it is next to the Petronas Twin Towers, and public transportation is available at the Twin Towers. You are also next to the super mall. The staff are friendly, professional, and ready to assist.

I stayed there for about 10 days in May, and it was exceptional, everything, and the best part was the staff who were always attentive to me throughout my stay. From the first day to the last. Special mention to the manager, Belinda Leong, who greeted me upon arrival at the hotel—a lovely person. The doormen always greeted me and asked how my day was. The Mosaico Restaurant staff, who served the all-you-can-eat buffet, and the lovely Regina, who always gave me tips for visiting the city. Habiba and the entire team helped me. I also want to mention the Concierge team who took me on a trip to Malacca. Special mention to Mr. Rabi, who helped me explore the city. To the pool and spa staff. The hotel was exceptional, luxurious beyond words, better than home. The central location was great for getting to the attractions. I had a room with a breathtaking view of the Petronas Towers; I couldn't stop looking at them. A very nice touch was that they let me check out until 4:00 p.m. They also let me use all the hotel facilities. I would always come back.

I LOVED this hotel and certainly saved the best until last. The staff were beyond helpful, friendly, caring and went above and beyond at every opportunity. I appreciated in particular the early check in, the late check out, especially on our last day. Alyssia who checked us in was incredible. The Turn Down attendant Ali was amazing, the boys on the concierge desk and chief of transportation, Aslan all took the trouble to greet us at any opportunity by name. The MO should be incredibly proud of their gold service staff.

Everything is excellent about this hotel, and obviously as it is stated: It is world-class service. Perfect location.. Spacious room: nice, clean & comfortable.. You would highly enjoy also the well organized facilities: swimming pool and spa.. Excellent front desk staff, very helpful and attentive… I would like to extend special thanks to Mr. Mahmoud from the front desk team for all his assistance and guidance.
