Mandarin Oriental Hotel, Kuala Lumpur

Comfortable, clean, and organized. 2 minutes walk from a major shopping center. We had a high floor room (29th floor) facing the twin towers (iconic buildings in KL that are typically oversold for a visit to a high floor observatory), so we did not have to purchase tickets and stand in long ques to see the views from the twin towers. Also very close to iconic park. They had a free, convinient, and quite available selfnparknoption (which was quite convinient as i typically do not like to wait for the valet). So it was great all over for a tourist.

Located next to the Petronas twin towers. Attentive, professional and amiable staff, great food, cleanliness and comfort. When was booking a taxi to the airport, a concierge gave me many options with different prices.

A small construction nearby, not noisy by the way.

Everything was perfect. We had a suite and the view was outstanding. The room was beautifull, we were greeted with fruits and chocolate… breakfast was very diverse, pool was confortable and with a nice view.

This place has aged gracefully. It is luxurious, yet lively with great restaurant options, attractive pool and spa facilities and super friendly staff. The location couldn‘t be better, right in the centre next to more restaurants and shopping.

The rooms are a bit dated and need a makeover.

Location is excellent, building clean and in perfect condition. Pool area spectacular.

I love the person who checked me in. Bernad. He was so polite, his PR was very good and help me to comfortable to ask even though that is my first time there.

Great location, nice pool, club lounge was lovely and the food very good ( although the bagel was tiny as a swap for the afternoon tea) . Staff were all very nice. The bed was so comfy!

One of our rooms on 25th floor smelt damp but we were moved to another room on 26th floor without problem. Clearing of the plates in breakfast was very slow.

The staff are so helpful and always greet you with a smile. MOKL has a home feeling to it. You feel like you are a part of the place. Lovely spa and spa services. Walkable distance to many good places. Lovely dozen finger sausages for in room dinning.

The new year brunch was poor. The flavours of the food were a bit flat. I think the property needs a face lift. The bathrooms particularly need modernising.

The location is perfect walking distance to lots of attractions. We had an adjoining suite with Park and Tower views and what views , no hotel in the area has these views. Night time was spectacular. We had use of the Club lounge, service was very good as was selection of food and drinks on offer. The hotel met and transported us too and from the airport, well worth the money On our return to KL we were met and escorted all the way to security by a charming man we didn't even have to thing. I have been lucky to stay in many very good quality hotels around the world over the years, This one was well up with some of the best. Perfect 4 days Thank you

Registration before arrival made for a fast check in (and we had a very fast turn around to make a dinner appointment). Special registration area on 24th floor for this type of room. Stunning foyer including the floral arrangements. Very nice room with the Petronas Towers view. Swimming pool including the city views. Fabulous lounge on 24th floor where we enjoyed a delicious breakfast and pre dinner drinks. Late check out for MO members. All staff were professional, attentive, accommodating and welcoming.

My second time back. Love it.

Should have ramp access for wheelchair from MO to klcc. Right now have to go to main street where there are many cars and enter klcc through chanel entrance. No shortcut like before where you can walk towards petronas tower 3 and head to bathing ape.

Very nice pool area, although pretty crowded. Comfortable rooms with good housekeeping. Excellent breakfast and nice poolside food. Concierge very helpful.

There should be a policy to prevent loud mobile phone conversations in the lobby lounge. My evening was spoiled by a Russian man having a loud long argument in the middle of the area. I couldn’t even drown it out with headphones!

Great location next to Suria Mall and KLCC park. Beautiful architecture and interior design throughout. Comfortable suite with great views. Beautiful club lounge serving tasty dinners and drinks.

Great location on KLCC Park. Staff were very helpful. The Pool, Gym and Spa facilities were lovely! It feels quite a compact hotel and all the restaurants were varied and good quality. Very comfortable and quiet rooms, we loved the Park side rooms (great view of the fireworks on New Years Eve!).

Location nearby Twins Tower and Suria KLCC, very convenient. Tower view room have match the sight. Suria KLCC have the indoor access link to MRT KLCC station (KJ10).

Bathroom shower space is small and the shower head fix on the wall, not comfortable and not so good.

Breakfast, executive lounge servis and offer- bolinger served during afternoon coctail exeptional! Views! Swiming pool!

Bed a little too small for a 1.9m person. A 15 min walk to pavilion for those who wants to explore that side of kl.

The staff provide the most excellent and friendly service. I lost my tablet in the hotel, thinking that I may have left it in the business centre. I called reception, but because it was midnight, the business centre was closed. However, 30 minutes later we received a call that they had found it and simultaneously there was a staff member at the door delivering it. I am so grateful to the staff who so quickly found it. Thank you so much.
