We moved here from the W and what a change We loved the mandarin Everyone was so helpful - particularly Edward the Manager The men helping with luggage were wonderful The staff around the pool excellent Loved the rooms

The only think I can complain about is that the mini bar was poorly stocked and not replenished and the there is no shampoo and conditioner near the bath

The rooms are a bit old. Toilet door is very old and unfriendly. Only one person can use the bathroom when one is in shower.

The breakfast was not good. The juices were chilled but not fresh, pastries seems from the supermarket, and the roti canai looks like you can get it from the store as well. They need to really make their breakfast better. Even the coffee is tasteless.

Very comfortable beds , staff very friendly & helpful in all areas of hotel, breakfast buffet had everything anyone could possibly require . Nice pool area & pool bar restaurant served excellent food for casual dining all day .

Too hot in the gym and no fans to use for cycling. I think the breakfast setup is poorly organized causing long lines for certain freshly cooked stations obscuring access to other foods. Too many wild uncontrolled children in the hotel but especially the pool and breakfast area.

It was too crowded due to the Chinese new year break but it was expected

Service at Aqua was Not organized so we Had to ask Them several Times for a menu when we seated ourselves Drinks are Just too pricey for less quality Presentation Too many people (at least for us) to make it feel luxury Atmosphere is nice but a Bit Run down & old interior Honestly I wouldnt come Back. In that price Range there are several Other good Options

Parking can be a challenge. Not a big deal though.

The staff. Excellent Staff , I have not seen such a well trained staff at other hotel. They were reaching out for help even if you were reluctant to ask. The lady at the help desk was extremely caring and nice to my kids and mother. All hotels provide the necessary things but only few leave a wow on your face. Mandarin was one of them.

There is nothing I didn't like but the fact I have to answer this question. I wasnt able to find salt and pepper on the table for all Breakfasts during my stay.

The Mandarin Oriental is in a great setting in KLCC with a metro station just about 5 minutes from hotel, over looking KLCC park with it's evening fountain show and also by the Petronas towers and two shopping malls (Suria is full of designer shops). If you like shopping it's a great spot to stay. Also one of the best hotels we have stayed in. We had a large room overlooking the park and swimming pool. Sadly we didn't send much time at the hotel as we had some busy days but appreciated a dip in the pool after a hot morning of sight seeing. The hotel is very opulent in style, exceptionally clean and with helpful staff. It was pretty easy to get to Petaling Street and Central market. We would definitely come back if we get the chance.

We had a room facing the Petronus Towers. It was fantastic. The housekeeping staff were amazing. We ate breakfast in the downstairs restaurant (matrix) three times.

The fourth morning we were led upstairs as it was too busy down stairs. That was disappointing. We felt rushed and a couple of the dishes had to be cooked downstairs and brought upstairs.

Lounge staff were exceptional and food variety was great. Seafood Buffet was best buffet we've had in K.L. Proximity to KLCC was huge factor for our stay. Our "red Jacket" host that met us upon our departure was a "godsend"... We travel a lot thru K.L. but normally not economy, so his guiding us thru kiosks and luggage lines was extremely helpful. Truly was the perfect way to end our delightful week with you.

Shower pressure was very low and bath plunger did not stop the water from running out slowly. Informed front desk but nothing changed. Really did not affect our stay, too much.

Fantastic location right in the middle of all the action, luxury fittings and beautiful beds. Great pool and spa area.

Location for Petronas Towers, shopping and parks. Very friendly, helpful and polite staff.

Comfortable, clean, and organized. 2 minutes walk from a major shopping center. We had a high floor room (29th floor) facing the twin towers (iconic buildings in KL that are typically oversold for a visit to a high floor observatory), so we did not have to purchase tickets and stand in long ques to see the views from the twin towers. Also very close to iconic park. They had a free, convinient, and quite available selfnparknoption (which was quite convinient as i typically do not like to wait for the valet). So it was great all over for a tourist.

Located next to the Petronas twin towers. Attentive, professional and amiable staff, great food, cleanliness and comfort. When was booking a taxi to the airport, a concierge gave me many options with different prices.

A small construction nearby, not noisy by the way.

Everything was perfect. We had a suite and the view was outstanding. The room was beautifull, we were greeted with fruits and chocolate… breakfast was very diverse, pool was confortable and with a nice view.

This place has aged gracefully. It is luxurious, yet lively with great restaurant options, attractive pool and spa facilities and super friendly staff. The location couldn‘t be better, right in the centre next to more restaurants and shopping.

The rooms are a bit dated and need a makeover.

Location is excellent, building clean and in perfect condition. Pool area spectacular.

I love the person who checked me in. Bernad. He was so polite, his PR was very good and help me to comfortable to ask even though that is my first time there.

Great location, nice pool, club lounge was lovely and the food very good ( although the bagel was tiny as a swap for the afternoon tea) . Staff were all very nice. The bed was so comfy!

One of our rooms on 25th floor smelt damp but we were moved to another room on 26th floor without problem. Clearing of the plates in breakfast was very slow.

The staff are so helpful and always greet you with a smile. MOKL has a home feeling to it. You feel like you are a part of the place. Lovely spa and spa services. Walkable distance to many good places. Lovely dozen finger sausages for in room dinning.

The new year brunch was poor. The flavours of the food were a bit flat. I think the property needs a face lift. The bathrooms particularly need modernising.

The location is perfect walking distance to lots of attractions. We had an adjoining suite with Park and Tower views and what views , no hotel in the area has these views. Night time was spectacular. We had use of the Club lounge, service was very good as was selection of food and drinks on offer. The hotel met and transported us too and from the airport, well worth the money On our return to KL we were met and escorted all the way to security by a charming man we didn't even have to thing. I have been lucky to stay in many very good quality hotels around the world over the years, This one was well up with some of the best. Perfect 4 days Thank you
