Mandarin Oriental Hotel, Kuala Lumpur

Feel like you are at home. Cozy and comfortable. I love about everything in this hotel . We keep coming back many times. Surely will come back again .

The bath gel n shampoo used to be diptyque now they have change to another brands . They should provide a bath rope at the sauna .

Everything about this hotel is first class. Food, beds and service. Staff are top notch.

The staff were amazing and accommodating. We got an early check in and late checkout. The gym was fantastic. Swimming pool had an amazing view. Great food!!

Servers seems like rushing me during breakfast by taking out my plate with food still on it, whilst I just went up to get some drinks. When I returned,my plate and food was gone!!

We stayed there for the last night of our stay in KL. Very comfortable, great breakfast, and even when you check out you have access to the gym, pool, spa and shower facilities. We used these facilities, the jacuzzi, sauna and steam before showering and heading to the airport for a 11pm flight.

Room - very happy with the room, clean, spacious, comfortable. Staffs - from the lobby, receptions, breakfast hall, the restaurants- are all very friendly and warm.

The breakfast. Buffet items were not replenished promptly. A bit more attentive in making sure the buffet spread is replenished quickly would enhance the experience.

Staff is so welcoming and nice. Mohammed checked us in and he was so helpful and explained everything in details. Pool and breakfast is amazing! Also great location to visit KL

Excellent KLCC location and the hotel is very good value for money compared to other high end hotels. Rooms are large and very comfortable. Good size rooftop pool with plenty of day beds which are made up for you by staff. Service in the hotel is 10/10.

There was nothing to dislike

The porters at the entrance were truly exceptional, they elevated our experience so much with their warmth, humor and accommodating our needs. The hotel and service was of course amazing overall, breakfast was also another key highlight, makes it much more worth staying!

While it was clean and had the classic, beautiful wooden hotel room vibe, maybe a bit of an upgrade for the shower options, safes & plugs in the room.

Queueing at breakfast was unexpected and unpleasant, not what I expected from the mandarin oriental. The concierge took an hour to respond to our dinner reservation request.

This is the best hotel in the world in my opinion. What a place. There is nothing to fault. The rooms are elegant. The staff are wonderful. The pool area is magnificent.

The hotel was excellent ! The baby cot was clean and comfortable for my infant ! The room was clean , spacious and extremely comfortable. The hotel felt luxurious. The welcome tea and cold towel were refreshing. Literally a stone throw away from KLCC mall . Couldn’t have asked for a better location . So much convenience. We highly recommend this hotel to not just family but to anyone who plans to visit KL . The breakfast spread was Amazing! Especially their teh tarik !

Bathroom in the room has no privacy really,it should be a a second door inside where the toilet is,the other door is literally not a door .

Very good location. Usual standards of Mandarin Oriental. Brilliant buffet breakfast and facilities. Very good value as this has to be the cheapest Mandarin Oriental in the world.

We made a mistake with the arrival date arriving a day earlier than booked. The hotel was very kind to move the booking to the updated date eventhough our booking did not accept changes. The staff was super polite and helpful and the hotel facilities and location, as with all Mandarin Oriental, were exceptional.

Disappointed that I was charged for breakfast. I was in a MO club room but went to the lobby for breakfast on security day. At checkout I was told that I had to pay for that breakfast. That seemed a bit petty

The staffs at Mandarin Oriental KL truly go above and beyond. From the moment we checked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and helpful assistance. The front desk staff provided us with excellent recommendations for dining and sightseeing, enhancing our overall experience.

Situated next to KLCC Suria mall, this hotel is in a perfect location for the twin towers, high end shopping, some very fancy bars. They provide an excellent breakfast with a huge variety of local and western options - the Roti station was a highlight! The staff were all great, especially the staff at the main door, very friendly and would go above and beyond in remembering names and when giving directions to places they would walk you out and ensure you started off in the best way possible. The pool is beautiful.

I really liked the helpfulness of the concierge / doorman, in particular Aslam who was most helpful & friendly
