The hotel was reasonably priced, in a great location and the room was comfortable and large. The staff all very nice and helpful.

Nothing, would definitely use again if returning to Kraków.

Was good but not exceptional, but in Krakow, many places are overpriced. The location was very good, the view on roofs was beautiful in our room.

Not enough power outlets, not the best lighting, no slippers, etc.

Room was a little bit tired but I couldn’t complain. A view from the window would have been lovely but was fine.

Room was really cold. After our 2nd night, I requested they look at our heating. Reception advised they would give me a heater. No heater in the room on our return so another night without heat. I asked for the heater again. Told me that they had all been given out and none left! Bar and restaurant closed at 6.30 pm. Breakfast very expensive.

The reviews for Hotel Unicus were wonderful and now we can also write a glowing review. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of hot and cold choices. The staff were kind and very helpful. Our room was large and very comfortable and it was located within walking distance of everything. We loved our stay!

Staff are lovely. Breakfast was very good.

The bed was so wide there was no room for a bedside table on one side and it was difficult to get in and out. The constant improv type jazz music playing at breakfast was depressing and just started our day feeling subdued .

Good central location. The sauna was a very nice feature for a winter stay. Good sauna temperatures and the right tools to sauna properly. Staff was very helpful.

The sauna had slippers but the rooms didn't. A bit more noise that I had expected but probably should have given old town location.

Nothing really, room was very warm as we couldn’t get the heating to go off however just asked staff snd it was sorted almost immediately.

Very nice hotel in the center of the old town. everything in the area is within walking distance. Krakow city center is full of culture. Excellent choice to visit this city.

All was very good, except (see below)

We had no sleep the night before Christmas Eve due to a "lady" who was drunk and the three year old child who was screaming and running up and down the corridor. The woman was shouting, banging doors and swearing at the people she was with. Her actions and behavior were not caused by the hotel and were not the responsibility of the hotel and the night manager spent hours trying to placate her. As the family were staying at least another night we requested a room change which was granted. We were not charged for night of the incident however the woman`s selfish behavior ruined the traditional Polish Christmas Eve meal to which we were invited.

- Very centrally located with a wide variety of shops and restaurants close by - Staff friendly and very helpful - Room spotless and complimentary water/tea/coffee provided - Lovely architecture

- The single bed mattresses were a little on the hard side (but then again I am a fussy sleeper!) - The bedroom was too hot and we couldn't seem to adjust the temperature. Opening the windows wasn't an option due to the noise coming from nearby bars.

Great modern hotel in interesting historical site. Exquisite breakfast.

Staff made an effort throughout to Make the stay enjoyable. The room was spotless.

The live music bar across the street had its door open and didn’t make any effort to reduce the noise volume on hotel Guests. The bar can play music loud and latr but shut the front door.

Everything about this hotel was great. Location is fantastic. Room is big, nice and clean. Beds are so comfortable.Staff is group of young and wonderful people. I felt like home and when I come back to Krakow this beatiful hotel will be my choice for sure.

Not a massive problem due to the location of the hotel ,but there is no bar in the hotel. It would have been nice to sit, relax and have a drink on our arrival.

Fantastic location. Very clean and comfortable room, with water restocked in room everyday. Staff were very polite and helpful, including booking an airport transfer for us.

Not too much of a criticism, but sign in lobby says bar downstairs, but the property does not have a bar.
