Breakfast very good

The location is excellent, the very center but not noisy at all. The staff was very pleasant and the room was sooo…big. The breakfast maybe is not the best from the best but nevertheless no complaints. Cleanliness at the highest level. I can highly recommend this hotel and surely will stay there. Believe me, I have stayed in several hotels in Krakow.

The parking is for 8 cars only. I was sure it’s in accommodation price and will be no problems to park at the property. My fault: I must connect in advance. But at the end it was no problem at all, the staff explained very well and there are two public parkings some steps away, at Sw. Filipa 13 and 15, for 60 zl/day. So I can’t say it’s a disadvantage.

Very clean and comfortable and good value for money. All the staff were very pleasant especially the gentleman who's name I forget, who was our driver for pick up and drop off to the airport.

One member of staff on the second day told me that the stay had been paid for, so I assumed that it was automatically applied for as my card information had been supplied on booking, only to be told at 3.30am on checking out that it wasn't the case and that it was their fault as they have two separate booking in procedures, which is not really acceptable. No apology or even a small discount off the airport transfer offered which would have helped the situation. Such a shame to end what was a very nice trip overall on a bit of a sour note.

The location is nice, near to the railway station and shopping center and also to the Old Town. The beds (even the extra bed, couch) were comfortable and the AC was powerful. The breakfast was nice

There was a minibar but it never became cold even if we put it on max, but this was not a big problem and we forgot to mention it to the staff. The room for 3 was quite small, but it was not a surprise as we had seen this in the pictures.

The property was perfect! All facilities were spotless and of high standard! Breakfast was rich. All members of staff were very very polite, helpful and professional. The location was great, short walk to the city centre. The drivers were all very good and helpful. I couldn't recommend this hotel more!!

The staff were absolutely amazing—so friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Agnieszka, who was at reception most of the time, provided exceptional customer service. It was clear that the entire team genuinely cared about our experience, going out of their way to make everything as comfortable and easy as possible. The location was also ideal for exploring the area.

The only minor issue was the lack of in-room tea, coffee, and water replenishment, though the staff would likely have provided it promptly if asked.

The most friendly and helpful reception staff I’ve ever experienced. Great location, close to the center. Room was very clean and spacious. Brekfast selection was amazing and better than many more expensive hotels.

The hotel is a 5-minute walk from the city centre. It is a smaller but very cosy hotel, very well equipped and with friendly staff. I appreciated the possibility of parking in the garage.

I first stayed at the Atrium about 15 years ago and enjoyed it then. I was not disappointed this time. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The breakfast was decent, and the bar prices were reasonable. The hotel is a five- to ten-minute walk to the old town centre and reasonably well located. The main railway station is also a ten-minute walk. It was nice to have a small drinks fridge in the room and also complimentary tea and coffee, although there was no milk.

There was only one beer on tap in the bar and this was not very nice. No milk with the complimentary tea and coffee.

Staff were helpful and friendly. Hotel was plush and smelled lovely! Location was spot on. Parking great addition.

We were not informed the parking needed to be paid in cash upon booking meaning we didn't bring cash with us.

Lovely staff 👌 and good breakfast, nice comfortable room, really good location approx 8 min walking distance to Galeria krakowska (train and bus station). The only feedback/suggestion I would like to share would be please consider providing decaff coffea option and selection of teas inside your rooms also woder selection of snacks (in a bar) on Mondays when restaurant is closed. Thank you for your hospitality ❤️ I hope to come back soon

Bathrooms are a little strange. Loved the big bath but the toilet is very close to the bedroom, with a small glass door separating.

It was very modern and really clean and they attended to your needs right away

The AC was not swinging./oscillating. It stayed in one direction only so the area where the AC was pointed at which was my bed got very cold and the rest of my roommates were feeling warm. They didn’t have milk in the room but when we asked they provided right away.

Very central to the old town, cafes and restaurants and everything we wanted to see. The train station was a few streets away. Quiet location.

The breakfast cereal was limited for choice.

Me and my family absolutely loved this hotel. Gorgeous and cozy. The breakfast was very delicious and fresh and it catered for some of us with allergies for gluten - they even provided bread. The room was very nice and very clean. The staff are all great and super help full especially the receptionist Agnieszka she was speaking good English and super helpful. Also the hotel is a walking distance from everything which was great for us. Overall 10/10

I just wanted to take a moment to share our delightful experience at the Hotel Atrium. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warm and friendly welcome by Agnieszka. She made sure to explain every detail about our stay and went out of her way to highlight the different attractions and must-see spots in the beautiful city of Kraków. Our room was nothing short of perfect - it was comfortable, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. Each morning, we were treated to a delicious breakfast that left us energized and ready for the day ahead. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, with all the amenities close by. We loved how easy it was to walk to the city center and explore the vibrant surroundings. Overall, our stay was truly magnificent, and we highly recommend the Hotel Atrium to anyone visiting Kraków. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!

The hotel was in a great location 10 minute walk to the square. The rooms were modern and clean lovely breakfast buffet. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Would stay here again when in Krakow highly recommend.

As is often the case in Europe, a double bed gets 2 individual duvets - we would have preferred one large one. The only pillow was too hard for my taste - be nice if there was a soft and hard option in the room. A few fixtures and fittings needed maintenance

Nice bathroom but shower on the small side and smelt damp/drains in the bathroom.

Central location, easy to find. Beautifully decorated and styled! Feels so elegant and romantic. All of the staff are so friendly and approachable. The little sweets in the reception were such a nice touch especially when heading back to the room or out for the day.

The only thing I would change would be adding a shower as well as the bath in the rooms, and adding some milk sachets for the tea/coffee. But these are teeny tiny things in the grand scheme of things!

Everything can not complain about anything. Receptionists were lovely Manage to get breakfast before it opened at 7 which I was very grateful for on the last day. Close to the old square and the castle both walking distance (we had young children with pushchair)

One thing I will say is the taxi from the airport that they offer wasn't great, the taxi driver kept asking for cash even though I emailed and checked to ask if card was okay. Also I requested car seats (which is the only reason I wasn't going to use a bolt) these were not provided. So I paid an extra 80 zl for nothing. Bolt from hotel is 38zl and the airport taxi is 120zl

Hotel was local to the main square area about a 10 minute stroll and the sane stroll to the large shopping mall. Rooms are clean and comfortable and cleaners were in daily.

Hotel/bank rates made our stay £37 more expensive than advertised. Apparently we discovered we should always opt to pay in zloty and not sterling. Hotel advertised 2 double beds but we had 2 single beds with a double sofa bed, that being said they were comfortable enough.

This is my second stay at this Hotel 🏨,I love the location and the service and staff are wonderful 👍
