Breakfast was excellent and the reception staff were very kind and nice to us. Kept our bags all day and let us come in and out on the day of leaving as we had a 10 pm train.

We tried to have supper before catching the train but the restaurant was behind and the girl said there would be quite a wait. We couldn’t risk it so had to leave.

This is perfect for a budget trip, as the hotel is just a bit outside the main tourist area (5-7 minutes of walking). The rooms are very clean, and there is air conditioning. You can also park the car inside parking for an extra charge.

I liked everything. Do not expect something fancy but a decent, clean, and budget-wise place.

Ideal location, great breakfasts, friendly staff, reasonable price.

Soap and shower gel. They didn't work, but I bought the necessary ones at the nearest store, so it wasn't a problem.

Beautiful hotel with a walking distance to the oldtown. It was very comfortable for our family, because it was a big family room with a separate bedroom, sleeping space for two in the sitting area and mini kitchen. Loved the bathroom as it had two options - bathtub and the shower. Breakfast was also very good. The parking space is also very important for the traveling families.

Very helpful and accommodating staff. Nice breakfast and not too far a walk to the Main square.

The 4 person apartment (411) was superb. All rooms, bedroom, lounge & bathroom were spacious and beds were really comfy. The receptionist was friendly & helpful and sorted an early morning transfer to the airport and some pack up breakfasts. Personally I really enjoyed the 2 cobs 1 cheese & 1 ham).

I love our stay here. The place is very clean, the food is delicious and very helpful staff. Very highly recommended

Excellent location near main train station and short walking distance to the old town. Breakfast was OK. Room was quiet and clean. Overall worked excellent as a base for a city holiday for the family.

Bed was not very comfortable, most probably seen its best nights. Staff was slightly rude at the arrival, but since then very smiley and nice..

The breakfast was fantastic always plenty of selection. The bedroom was great and the beds were very comfortable. The location was perfect for exploring the amazing city of Krakow.

The staff were particularly helpful. The hotel has a great location; 5 minutes walk from the main train station (for the airport and trains to Auchwitz and the salt mine) and 10 minutes from the main square. The hotel also has a secure garage.

The hotel staff were so friendly and helpful. The rooms are spotless and have everything you need. We had breakfast and evening meal and the food was so lovely. The location is excellent. It's a 10-minute walk to Krakow Square. I will definitely return to this hotel.

Breakfast was delicious, with big choice of dishes (including hot ones), fruit and desserts.

It’s location was excellent as was food and ambiance and staff. Room was small but this was booking.Com’s fault as they did not advise their room was undersized and sold it as a standard double which it wasn’t.

this hotel was ideal for me breakfast was very good with plenty of choices warm and cold my room was very comfortable and relaxing witch is what i needed the location was perfect a very short walk to the large shopping center in one direction and then only a five minute walk into the main square of the old town via a farmers market and the barbican

there's nothing i didn't like the hotel just met with what i required and needed i could not find any fault what's so ever the staff where very friendly and welcoming

The hotel was very clean and the rooms were very comfy. The hotel staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful. When my daughters were sick on the last day they very kindly let us stay in our room past check out time which took a lot of stress off us as we prepared to travel with two sick children that day

Frosted sliding glass door in bathroom did not close properly and as it was located directly opposite the foot of the bed, you could see anyone using the toilet which was next to the door opening. Not a room suitable for sharing with someone you're not close to!

Located perfectly (for us) between the train station and the town centre - a 10 minute walk to each. Breakfast was delicious - fresh, wide variety and replenished frequently so no matter how early or late we arrived there was still plenty to choose from. Our triple room was large enough for the 3 of us and our belongings. Plenty of space to hang clothes. Plenty of space to move around each other when we were getting ready for the day. Comfy beds (including the sofa bed which I slept on).

There was nothing we did not like. Photos taken by the hotel of the rooms are accurate and up to date.

The bathroom had a weird small, probably something due to the pipes, but nothing major.

The rooms, hygiene and most importantly the service, all very good. Breakfast on both days were good too. RAFAL at the reception was an absolute Gem.

Only small issue was that the bar closed at 10pm so a couple of evenings we would have liked to go to the hotel for a few drinks but it was too late - however a lot of good bars around so not a major problem

The hotel was in a good location, slightly off the beaten track but well within walking distance of main square which meant it was a bit quieter. Breakfast was good and the staff extremely helpful and friendly.

We kept having to ask for a top up of tea/coffee in our room but reception was very obliging and apologetic

Very good hotel for a stay in Krakow, located between the train station (15 min) and the Old Town also about 15 min). The neighborhood also appeared to be nice and safe. Super friendly staff, tasty breakfast. The room we stayed in was clean and generously sized. The air-conditioning also worked, but we could also cool down and freshen up our room by opening the windows.

Our room could benefit from some modernization (such as new mattresses).
