Perfect for a short stay on the centre of Krakow old town
Perfectly placed just off of the old town square. Staff are very welcoming and helped with any queries. Would highly recommend staying here if you would like a short stay in Krakow

Brilliant hotel, would stay again.
Rooms were lovely and clean, we had a three person room and it was cleaned every day. We had plenty of space for 3 of us. The fridge didnt work but that didnt impact our stay.
We couldnt park at the hotel but alternative parking was offered a very short walk away
Breakfast was typical continental with a great choice and was always refilled when needed.
Parking charges could have been clearer.

Spotless, friendly staff and great walking location!
On arrival the lady on reception (Pauline/Paulina) was absolutely lovely. So informative and helped us a lot over the weekend with any questions we had.
The rooms were spotless. Cosy and the hotel was in a great location for walking around the city.
All staff very friendly and helpful.
The breakfast just wasn't to our personal taste. Not a criticism of the hotel as food looked lovely and lots of choice but we were happy with a coffee/apple juice and some toast & eggs!
However, the "breakfast bag" we had early to go on our excursion was fabulous! Really enjoyed and kept us full. So thankyou ☺️

Family visit. Everything was better than expected

Staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome - I would definitely recommend.
Really welcoming and helpful staff, great location and the room had everything we needed in terms of facilities.
During busy breakfast periods, it would have been helpful if the tables could have been wiped between guests leaving/arriving.

Lovely, central hotel and great value for money!
Super central and a lovely hotel to rest your head. The bed was comfy, the room was clean and the staff were helpful. It’s very close to the square (about 10 min walk) and also within walking distance to the Jewish quarter too. We were able to keep our bags in the property on our last day so we could explore before going to the airport.
The only minor inconvenience was the shower. It went from scalding to cold to scalding again with short breaks in between where the water was able to be used.
