It was a brilliant location 10 min walk to the old town. walking in the door the receptionist was so friendly and helpful and welcoming. We were sad to leave.

This location is wonderful. A fantastic market right at the end of the street and a short walk to the lively centre. The hotel itself is modern, comfortable and clean and the decor is gorgeous. The communication before we arrived was amazing and once there the staff were so friendly and helpful. They helped me make it extra special for our arrival for my husband's 40th for which I'm extremely grateful. We will 100% be returning here.

This hotel exceeded my expectations and I will return again. Nothing I didn't like about the place.

Breakfast room was a little small and super busy but it still worked ok.

Very minor matters, a little too warm in room overnight. Couldn't figure out how to turn heating down but in fairness we didn't ask. Also light on the aircon unit distracting during night but overall we loved the hotel. Staff great and would happily return and recommend.

The room was spacious, and big beds, strong shower, close proximity to the old town.

Firstly the staff at reception were very welcoming and helpful. The room was very clean and the bathroom is well designed, with a good shower. The breakfast was really good too - there is a large variety of things to choose from and its nicely presented. The hotel is near lots of places - it is about an 8-10 minute walk to the Old town, and is also close to the Galleria mall / train station.

We requested single beds. They were comfortable but quite small ( and we are small). Thats the only thing I would say needs improvement.

Fantastic hotel! Location was great as it was a short walk from the old town and close to tram stops. Bathroom was amazing, very spacious and shower was great. Breakfast had a good selection each morning. Staff were always friendly. Overall, great hotel - highly recommend!

The single beds were on the small side

- to start the location in the old down - at the reception desk every staff is always smiling , greeting at any given time of the day . - if u need something in ur room , towel or even a glass it’s right there within 05 mins. - they have a coffee maker , fridge . - the interiors of the room is fantastic , space very well used . - breakfast was also nice , good choices . - we loved everything about this hotel .

Locvated a short walk from the old city square. Peaceful.

There was a kettle in the room with TWO coffee sachets. A note said you could buy more if you wanted them. I have never not had a daily top up as part of the booking.

Bar was closed by 10pm (tried to go on way back in one evening) Breakfast has limited choice, only had bagels 1 day out of our 4, which for Poland surprised me. Smoking area for staff/guests is directly at the front door. Not very attractive for non-smokers

The staff was exceptional, especially Paulina. It was not even 9 am when I arrived at the hotel, hoping to leave my suitcase until the check-in time, and 40 minutes later I was already in my room (and I got a free upgrade!). The breakfast was very nice, very good selection. And the location is just perfect - literally less than a 5-minute walk to the old town.

It met our needs. We arrived late and left early next day. So did not need much more than a comfortable bed and good breakfast.

If we stayed longer, we would have found the room too small.

Staff very helpful upgraded our room complimentarily Location excellent - close to public transport, the Planty public park around the old town which was near.

Breakfast was poor. Although there was plenty of meat dishes, not enough healthy items. Little variety of fresh fruit and healthy cereals.

very good location between the train station (10min walk) and old town (5min walk). the hotel is great, i recommend it. the rooms are, clean, modern, air conditioned. the staff was very helpful and they even gave us a breakfast box, as we had to leave too early for regular breakfast!

Very friendly staff always on hand at reception or in the bar/restaurant area of you need something. Nice clean rooms and comfortable beds. Location is only a short walk from the old town and a market with plenty to do on the doorstep. Breakfast was plentiful with lots to choose from and replenished often. All in all a very nice little hotel.

Great location, 8 min walk from Krakow Central station and approx. 8 minute walk from heart of the old town. On a quiet street. Excellent breakfast (they even packed us up with a take away breakfast when we had a very early start). Comfortable bed & friendly staff.

The hotel was in the city center of Cracow. It was very easy to get to from the train station. The room and bathroom were very clean, the staff was lovely and helpful. We would love to stay again.

The food in the restaurant could be better.

I wouldn't have minded a room on a higher floor, considering we'd had our reservation for a year, but we don't really have any substantive complaints.

Excellent location, 5 mins walk from the main square. Hotel staff helpful and friendly. The room was excellent, with a decent size room and bed. The bathroom was very good. It was cleaned every day, with a daily towel change. There was a fridge in your room, which was handy. I would highly recommend this hotel, and I would stay at this hotel again in the future.

The breakfast was a continental, so not our usual British breakfast. However it was fine, it's breakfast after all lol and you can eat as much or as little as you want.

A very good, reasonably priced hotel in a quiet spot of Cracow. Extremelly friendly and helpful staff and excellent breakfast. Easily walkable from the railway station (15 minutes) and to the Old Town (15 minutes). Lots of little cafes and shops nearby.

For me personally the bed was much too soft.

Breakfast could have offered a bit more variety, though the selection was already quite good. The garage can be a bit tight for larger cars, especially if there are several vehicles parked.

Family apartment with kitchen is perfect for 2 adults and 2 kids. The kitchen has a small hob. The air-con worked well. 10-15 mins walk to Glowny train station.

Nice continental breakfast with the usual scrambled eggs and German sausage. Machine coffee was pretty good. Front desk were tremendously helpful and cheery. The shower ran a bit hot-cold but not dangerously so and the pressure was good. A multi-spray shower head would make all the difference. bed comfortable. and the cleaners were on the ball...go for breakfast and the room was ready when you got back. Very handy location for the Old Town, the train station, trams, and the big shopping centre.

The location is excellent, the very center but not noisy at all. The staff was very pleasant and the room was sooo…big. The breakfast maybe is not the best from the best but nevertheless no complaints. Cleanliness at the highest level. I can highly recommend this hotel and surely will stay there. Believe me, I have stayed in several hotels in Krakow.

The parking is for 8 cars only. I was sure it’s in accommodation price and will be no problems to park at the property. My fault: I must connect in advance. But at the end it was no problem at all, the staff explained very well and there are two public parkings some steps away, at Sw. Filipa 13 and 15, for 60 zl/day. So I can’t say it’s a disadvantage.
