Hotel is an oasis in JHB. Design hotel with beautiful gardens, two small pools. Staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. Food is very good. Surpassed my expectations

it was cut short due to not updated information on our bookings😓
it was nice and clean , staff were friendly
everything thought I didn’t get a chance to explore it a bit more as there was confusion on our bookings which was loaded for 1 night and we’ve booked for 2 days and we paid it full.
we are still waiting for our refund as we left due to that mess up after our one night stay.

Total rip off!!!
The location was good.
I paid R5000 for a private room.
Totally over priced for what you get.
RIP off!!!!!
I could hear all the noise from the room next door.

We stayed over for our 22nd wedding anniversary and wanted to do some fine dining. But regrettably the fine dining nor wine pairing weren’t great. Not what we expected at all. And we did not have hot water in our bedroom, room 9.

Boutique hotel. Has two restaurants on site, one of which closed Sunday - Wednesday which is the gourmet one. Not very clear when booking. No bar so drinks are made from restaurant which can’t do cocktails after certain time. Food was very good though albeit quite slow. Photos do make it look a bit better but they all do nowadays!

Guest were made to to feel very "at home". Owner introduced himself, etc.
Staff were excellent: friendly, polite and effecient
Menus were too fussy and poorly prepared. Keep it simple but good rather than ambitious, if you can't deliver well prepared food.
