Everything. Loved the aesthetic…modern, luxurious and classic/timeless. Its proximity to the mall and the link to Rosebank Mall I felt being present at the hotel in itself is self care.

Fantastic place! Everything is just perfect, from the very moment we arrived till our departure. Professional staff, friendly and super effective, great premises, great room and views, delicious breakfast and lunch, nice and quiet terrasse. Loved it!

The property is great, we have stayed multiple times, the only problem was the house keeping and missed attention to detail that was previously there.

A complaint was lodged over the mini bar miniatures being filled with water was not addressed, a broken glass under the couch was not addressed for 2 days (having a crawling baby, was a big concern) was surprised that no action other than "sorry about that"

Breakfast was good and location was excellent! Access directly into the Rose bank Mall is a game changer for shopping.

One of best Christmas decorations that we’ve seen in a hotel, this includes Vienna, Germany, Amsterdam, Paris, Sweden, Kenya, Uganda etc Breakfast gad a good selection to cater for everyone.

Bar area too small and staff absent and slow. We sat in the garden and had to go in twice to ask to be served.

Staff were pleasant. Breakfast was good. Lots of choice. Room is comfortable with lots of goodies and a well stocked mini bar.

Service was a bit slow at breakfast to get a waiters attention for coffee and beverages. Would recommend a few more non dairy alternatives for milk. Room service took very long and the sandwiches were not that great at all.

Yall should advise your restuarent stuff to explain the basic procedure of the restaurant, they need to give us the menu(tell us,this is the menu, you can serve yourself cereals, from the breakfast you still need to order bread from the side) they must not assume that everybody knows what's happening in that restaurant.. this is very basic hospitality 101.. The treatment my partner and I endured from a lady by the name of Sihle at the restaurant was just off (today 15/12/2024).. first of all, it was our first time at the place so it's not like we know how they serve guests.. she takes us to the table and asks us what drinks we would like to have, we ordered A Juice and a Cuppacino..she doesn't tell us that okay the menu is on the table(to be fair that menu is small and is in between the sugar and salt carrier, we only realized after like 10 minutes, so she didn't tell us that was our menu.. we see people going up and down to the buffet section, she didn't tell us that we were supposed to dish up.. then we call her after realizing that it was a menu,we ordered 2 English breakfast, normally restaurants will give you bread whether is on the menu or not(they will simply just ask you for your preference), breakfast come no bread, we thought it was still coming, NOTHING.. I went to her requesting for bread (White and Brown i specified normal bread) , she brought healthy brown bread and normal white(even after requestion normal bread).. then I requested for Cuppacino again, as I type, I'm in Mozambique and I'm still waiting for my Cuppacino.. her name is Sihle.. they should stop assuming that people know what they supposed to do, give us a procedure.. FYI, even Spur waiters do better job than Sihle

I enjoyed the service most. Vusi & Godfrey welcomed us in on our first day and really set the bar high. There was a pleasant fragrance in every room you enter in this hotel, fresh water and a smiling face. The turn down service was the cherry on top! I would definitely come back.

The hotel is beautiful, and located in a very nice area of Johannesburg. The room was very comfortable. The breakfast was amazing. We had dinner both as dine-in and as room service and it never disappointed.

No shade for the pool loungers so it's full sun or nothing.

The decor from when I entered inside the mall struck me, so beautiful. Luxury and beauty. The extra special touch when we came back to our room the evening- a sweet treat and coldrink Spacious bathroom and divine bed, had a fantastic night’s rest. Staff all very friendly. Excellent location, absolutely enjoyed it!

The lighting in the room is a bit dark

We were celebrating our 10th wedding anniversary and the staff were very attentive. Beautiful view over the jacarandas. Excellent service during Restuarant week at level four Restuarant.

Breakfast service was extremely slow. We eventually had to ask someone to take our order. We would not recommend this for people in a hurry, especially those on business.

Fantastic breakfast included with room. Cook to order items along with a fantastic layout of self serve items. The hotel has it's own private connection to the mall on the second floor which was a nice and safe way to get there. We also enjoyed a dinner at the restaurant and food/service was excellent. Super Spacious, comfortable room with a few little included treats that were a nice bonus. All of the staff was super friendly and helpful. I would stay there again!

Great staff, excellent breakfast (buffet/a la cart dining room or free in-room deliver), and well maintained facilities in a very convenient location (shopping, restaurants, gym, etc).

Restocking of coffee pods could be improved (was given pods that didnt fit the machine in my room). Minibar wasn't stocked until my last night (of a 5 night stay). Chocolate restocking was forgotten on more than more occasion. 2-pin plugs by the bed would be appreciated at a hotel of this standard. In-house phone lines dont seem to work properly.

Brilliant staff so helpful

The hotel is well located and very charming, a bit old fashioned but in a good way. The staff was very lovely. I would especially like to mention Zama, April and Pinky who had answers to all of our questions.

The location and accessibility to Rosebank mall and entertainment precinct is spot on. The staff are lovely!

Can't wait for the terrace to be opened for use.

Very comfortable hotel with very helpful staff. Princess at reservations was particularly obliging during the booking process. Looking forward to staying there again.
