The breakfast, location, and rooms were excellent, and the hotel as a whole was impressive. I really loved the modern furniture and color scheme, as well as the beautiful lighting in the bathroom. The overall design feels stylish and welcoming.

The room lighting was a bit too dim, and it would have been nice to have more variety or adjustable options. The mirror was placed too high, making it difficult to use comfortably.

Great location, staff friendly and very helpful. Great selection for breakfast, the terrace bar is lovely to sit out and have a drink. We had parking included which was really convenient. Room was spacious and the turndown treats were delicious!

Very stylish hotel with a surprising French flair to the decor. In the heart of Rosebank which seems to be the posh expat/embassy quarters of Jo'burg. Room was large and comfortable, good bathroom with great lighting. Very nice garden and good restaurant upstairs with cool bar -- overlooks a lap pool but we didn't have time for a swim. We did have a very nice dinner however and the staff was great.

Hotel is adjacent or somehow connected to a vast mall, which is handy, but the way back to the hotel is hidden and confusing. Nonetheless, mall access would be convenient for some.

Everything from the staff to the service was top notch! I loved the little personal touches of leaving notes in my room and how the staff was always so accommodating with with any request! The breakfast was absolutely delicious and what a great way to start the day! I will definitely stay here again when I’m back in Johannesburg

The lifts are old and a little slow, and there didn’t seem to be a stairwell we could use as an alternative (just the fire stairs).

Everything was just to my liking. From the hot towel and apple juice upon.arrival, to the breakfast presentation the following morning. I thoroughly enjoyed this lovely hotel.

Excellent choices for the cook to order menu, which came out very nice and delicious for those we tried. Good selections of drink, pastries, and fruits as well. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay and breakfast every day.

This was a great location for all things Rosebank and Melrose Arch-related. It gave fabulous access to Rosebank Mall saving on endless ubering back and forth. The room was comfortable, clean and well appointed. The staff were friendly and helpful.

We needed to do some printing in the business centre, only to find, after 25 attempts to get the PC to talk to the printer, that this was not possible! Printing had to be done via Reception. I spent a good few hours away from the room one morning and was hoping to flop in my room after the morning out, but had to head out again to allow for more time for the room to be cleaned. There were then one or two further housekeeping interruptions later in the afternoon and early evening as more goodies (though appreciated) were brought to the room. There was also an entire absence of non-dairy milks other than soy, so I made sure to take my own down to breakfast of a morning.

I loved the beautiful foyer with the warm fire and piano. The room was spacious and comfortable with a good sized bathroom. It was warm as there was heating I could adjust to my own preferred temperature. I also loved how the hotel had direct access to the mall meaning I don’t need to walk outside to access the shops.

Not enough space at the front for visitors to wait while picking me up.

There wasn't anything I didn't like.

The property was tasteful decorated throughout. The lifts worked promptly and efficiently. The lighting thoughtfully positioned, showed off the decor of the property, complimented by the fresh flowers. Breakfast was delightful as were the staff! We loved every aspect of this hotel. It had an overall feel of happiness which could be attributed to the positive attitude of all the staff. Thank you for making our stay a memorable one and I would recommend the hotel to all.😊

54 on Bath made my a stay in Rosebank very pleasant. The hotel is in a great location with many restaurants and bars. The hotel graciously upgraded me to a suite with a great view of central Johannesburg. The staff were very attentive and kind. I would stay here again without hesitation.

Everything was perfect - The staff is AMAZING, the hotel is absolutely stunning, rooms are clean and comfortable. Food (breakfast and dinner) is really good with a vast variety. There's a direct access to Rosebank Mall which makes it perfect if you're only there for a few days.
