The hotel staff really took care of us in any our request, they are very attentive to details, remembering us among the hundreds of guests:) So people working there, make this hotel special place.
The hotel itself is an ancient and beautiful building. We had an amazing room!
The location is perfect, where you want an old city or the other more modern parts.

There is some construction works near the hotel which slowed traffic to and from the hotel. But traffic is bad all over the city.

Outstanding staff, lovely, well appointed room, great bathrooms and the indoor pool was especially nice.

It’s amazing

It is a sure bet. The rooms are very well furnished. We were upgraded so had a little bit more space than planned. The service was very attentive and kind. Breakfast was good. The 25 metre indoor pool was superb, and a rarity if you like swimming (there is also an outdoor one!). The Spa was substantial and the gym very adequate (I would add 25 and 30kilo weights as the dumbbells seem to finish at 22kilos). I think it was perfect for a couple wanting to walk, discover and enjoy central Istanbul (without having to rely on taxis/transport) whilst returning to an oasis of peace.

The outstanding staff! Incredible service, they put their heart into every detail. Never have I experienced such attentive team. Happy to come back again!

The attention to detail throughout the entire property is impeccable. Our room was not only beautifully designed but also immaculately clean, the view of the Bosphorus was breathtaking , stunning views from your bed !

My recent stay at the Peninsula Istanbul Hotel was nothing short of extraordinary. This seven-star hotel truly lives up to its reputation with its incredibly sophisticated room equipment and attention to detail. Every aspect of our stay was luxurious and thoughtfully curated.

The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our visit. They went above and beyond to celebrate my husband's birthday, creating a memorable experience for us both.
The spa was incredibly wow.It provided a perfect oasis of relaxation and rejuvenation, enhancing our luxury experience.


Overall, we loved everything about our stay—it's a short yet fabulous getaway that I highly recommend to anyone seeking luxury and impeccable service.

The location is unsurpassed, on the European side but walking to the Asian side of the city. A restbite in a heaving metropolis. The view is amazing overlooking the river and the roof top bar a must for sundowners, cosy and sophisticated and great cocktails. All the staff were wonderful and couldn’t do more for you. special praise to the lovely Bora, the manager of the lobby restaurant, and the lovely lady at the concierge who organised a beautiful box of peninsula chocolates for me at short notice! ( sorry I didn’t get her name!)

Amazing hotel with everything one needs and even more!

Loved everything about the hotel.

The hotel is perfectly located right next to the Karakoy ferry station. The staff is friendly and nice; the pool (actually, the room as well) overlooks Bosphorus, which is my favorite place to be, very quite and peaceful. The seafood pasta in the restaurant is actually the best pasta I've ever had, so highly, highly recommend this place for the luxurious stay in Istanbul. Thank you sooooo very much :)

This hotel is stunning. Probably the most luxurious hotel I’ve stayed at. Everything was 5 stars from the staff, the spacious rooms, decor, and food. Every detail was thought about. There wasn’t one thing I needed that they weren’t able to provide. I will definitely be staying here again.
