Nobu Hotel, Ibiza

Beautiful setting and hotel in general.

Our biggest issue was that there was no a la carte restaurant in the evening. There was literally only Nobu that you could eat at in the hotel which meant that room service couldn’t always serve us due to it being too busy. Not the greatest location if you’re wanting to walk out and have things nearby.

Design decor and layout were excellent, super comfortable. The staff were outstanding nothing was too much trouble , the welcome from Sébastien was genuine and made us feel instantly at home. Had fabulous ground floor suite with plunge pool , superb but think next time a high floor suite to take in the spectacular view .

Minor points , think a bit more chill out music and reduce the drum and bass at times of day . Think the poolside beds should be charged at lesser price for hotel guests .

Great location. Excellent facilities. Amazing service all round. Particular credit goes to Helen at the bar during the daytime who was very attentive.

The gym was undergoing an ‘upgrade’ and so they made a makeshift gym in one of the restaurants that was closed. We weren’t aware this was going to be the case until we got there which was disappointing

Stunning hotel, lovely pools, great poolside service, breakfast and ofcourse the Nobu restaurant. We had a lovely stay and the staff were great! The vibe was really welcoming, buzzing yet calm. The location is very close to the party side of Ibiza and super easy to get around via Uber.

As we were the very first guests for the season opening, the hotel had a few teething issues with their cleaning. Our balcony where we had a dinner the previous evening wasn't cleaned until the day after which was strange. The gym was under renovation too but they were kind enough to organise us to go to a nearby gym in their car, all on them. That was nice of them to do.

The staff .. couldn’t do enough for you

Rooms are small and major problems with the electrics . All the lights came on by themselves in the night. The management upgraded our room but a hassle moving . Very expensive for standard of room.

only being aloud to keep our room 30 mins after checkout WHEN the hotel was not even 50% full... Then given a "room to get showered in ready for departure" The shower was broken and the fixing were hanging out of the wall. it was dirty too.

Everything was amazing. The hotel. The facilities. The service . The perfect hotel to stay in ibiza. It was my birthday and they surprised me with a cake , champagne and balloons in my room. Such a nice gesture.

Rooms are quite narrow and small

Beutiful entry to the hotel, also nice close to the sea. Comfortable sunbeds and umbrellas. Very very nice breakfast location and menu.

No 5 star pool toilets, hard to close the doors…my son got looked in. Our room smelled (humid smell) every time we entered, not ok. The AC was also too loud, we slept bad the last night. Very hard to get cold water in the shower

The ground floor is fantastic and the pool area and the sand around the su chairs. The food at Nobu excellent. The food at the Chamboo ok. Most of the staff were very friendly. The rooms, as most of the constructions in Spain were lacking quality. You can see that in one year they would need to repair many things. But staying outside around the facilites of the hotel you feel good. The staff will make that I or we come back. Six Senses, excellent staff, excellent quality.

From the beginning you are greeted from ten friendliest staff that I have ever seen, they went way and beyond to make sure that the stay is good, when I wanted to do a meeting , they provided me with a conference room, free of charge

Location was great. Beach was nice. Lots of beds available at the pool. Attentive pool side staff. Great views.

Room wasn’t cleaned daily shouldn’t have to request it. Tea and coffee wasn’t replenished daily. Bar staff were rude and inattentive. Upgraded room wasn’t value for money. Car organised by hotel to airport was €150 yet a taxi was less than €30.

Help and care for towels, beds and umbrella was poorly. No active help. If I insisted with the guy at the towels he said that I was 'a funny guy' No way of serving a guest who pays over 3,5k per night.

Better service around the pool area. The 'quality' of the staff around the towels was a nightmare. I was a guest who complained, but all the other guests were just as annoyed.

Fantastic service and super friendly concierge service. They managed to book us all the restaurants and clubs we wanted to go to. Guest relations did a super job decorating and organising flowers for my wife's birthday. And when we had a small issue in our room (not hotel's fault) we got upgraded. Everything was dealt with quickly and with utmost friendliness and understanding. Still the best hotel in Ibiza and super well located. It's pricey but worthwhile.

The service is fantastic. We were given an upgrade and treated so well by the staff. And then they moved us rooms when I requested a move to a quieter room also which I really appreciated the way that was handled.

The music and vibe around the pool has changed since our last visit. The music isn’t as good as it was and the sun loungers are looking a little worn. I think a little mini refurb of the pool furniture would revitalise it.

Beautiful hotel with a boutique feel. Amazing staff and the concierge team organised fantastic dining experiences for us all.

Problem with hot water in the bathroom. Took long and problem keeping the right temperature... Sometimes, late service by the Pool...

This was luxury to the max! A wonderful welcome from Elvira on reception and a beautiful room with sea view. What more could I ask for? The breakfast was amazing too and all the staff couldn't have been more helpful. I will be back!

Pools are good. Separated between adults and kids pool. The room was comfortable but air con was a bit temperamental. However, the hotel was accommodating and made good on the hit and miss air con, getting it fixed and taking us for lunch. The concierge were good, helpful and were organised and the Duty Manager Javier was excellent. He listened and was excellent in sorting issues sort and seemed like he cared.

The menu by the pool for breakfast could have been a bit more expansive. Shame that the stretch of beach they have is protected by the Government and the seaweed can't be moved due to marine wildlife.

I cannot describe this hotel in words. I love how clean they are and how polite everyone working there. I got there few times a year and I will definitely go back again this summer.

the location was good, and tucked away from the masses, but close enough to be a 5 minutes walk down the beach and you are in the marina and then onto Ibiza town

At one point things changed. Last day we’ve a surveillant eye of an Italian Chef so both that day’s breakfast and the lunch turned to be excellent. Well if you ask us ?!, Value for money should coexist in every second of your stay at 5 stars.

By far, it was the staff who really made this such a great place to stay. They were extremely friendly, helpful and polite. The pool / beachside area was really comfortable and we were well looked after by the team.

The hotel is amazing but not convinced it is worth the significant premium to stay there. The nearby beach smells strongly of rotting seaweed when the wind blows that way.
