I like everything about it - I stay every year with my young daughter. Kids club amazing as usual, and this trip all the staff at Chamboa went above and beyond. Breakfasts are amazing and change just a little each day which is rare to find and so appreciated. Honestly they all go above and beyond and remember regular guests by name. I have very high standards in hotel and service and it always meets them or if there is any issue they are receptive and solution orientated.

The location and the kindness of the staff are 10/10…we also got a lovely upgrade, which we appreciated a lot. Very pet friendly and the Food in the Nobu restaurant is delicious!!!

This was previously a 3 stars hotel transformed in 5 stars, with really small rooms. There was mold in the room with a very strong smell.

The food, service and overall quality of service and consumable are exceptional. .

The air conditioning is weak and the sinks don’t drain properly. On our penultimate night of stay, there was an appalling sewage stench on the entire corridor of the 1st floor accommodation. The sofa in our room was slightly damp.

"I was very disappointed with my recent stay at the [nobu hotel]. Upon returning to my room, I noticed the hotel safe had been left open, even though I was sure I had closed it properly. Later, I witnessed one of the housekeeping staff rummaging through my personal belongings in the room, which made me feel extremely uncomfortable and violated. To make matters worse, I discovered that two pairs of my earrings were missing from the room. As a 5-star hotel, I expected a much higher level of security and professionalism from the staff. The lack of attention to detail and blatant disregard for guest privacy really tarnished my overall experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a secure and trustworthy place to stay."

The location, the staff and the music.

The rooms are tiny and the water in the shower is very weak and the temperature keeps changing. The mattress is too soft our backs hurt. If this wasn’t Ibiza this hotel is worth 7% of its listed price not more.

Location was great. Beach was nice. Lots of beds available at the pool. Attentive pool side staff. Great views.

Room wasn’t cleaned daily shouldn’t have to request it. Tea and coffee wasn’t replenished daily. Bar staff were rude and inattentive. Upgraded room wasn’t value for money. Car organised by hotel to airport was €150 yet a taxi was less than €30.

Help and care for towels, beds and umbrella was poorly. No active help. If I insisted with the guy at the towels he said that I was 'a funny guy' No way of serving a guest who pays over 3,5k per night.

Better service around the pool area. The 'quality' of the staff around the towels was a nightmare. I was a guest who complained, but all the other guests were just as annoyed.

The service is fantastic. We were given an upgrade and treated so well by the staff. And then they moved us rooms when I requested a move to a quieter room also which I really appreciated the way that was handled.

The music and vibe around the pool has changed since our last visit. The music isn’t as good as it was and the sun loungers are looking a little worn. I think a little mini refurb of the pool furniture would revitalise it.

Pools are good. Separated between adults and kids pool. The room was comfortable but air con was a bit temperamental. However, the hotel was accommodating and made good on the hit and miss air con, getting it fixed and taking us for lunch. The concierge were good, helpful and were organised and the Duty Manager Javier was excellent. He listened and was excellent in sorting issues sort and seemed like he cared.

The menu by the pool for breakfast could have been a bit more expansive. Shame that the stretch of beach they have is protected by the Government and the seaweed can't be moved due to marine wildlife.

At one point things changed. Last day we’ve a surveillant eye of an Italian Chef so both that day’s breakfast and the lunch turned to be excellent. Well if you ask us ?!, Value for money should coexist in every second of your stay at 5 stars.

By far, it was the staff who really made this such a great place to stay. They were extremely friendly, helpful and polite. The pool / beachside area was really comfortable and we were well looked after by the team.

The hotel is amazing but not convinced it is worth the significant premium to stay there. The nearby beach smells strongly of rotting seaweed when the wind blows that way.

Main lobby leading to the pool is super cool and stylish; staff in general very friendly, at breakfast super friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet and location is great. Hotel very close to Marina and Ibiza city. Having a Nobu restaurant in the hotel is an additional plus

Rooms are ok, rather small and minimalistic. Balcony with no sun and rain cover is a bit a nonsense

Junior suites were just a little long and narrow but the ocean view was well worth it.

The room was nice with a big terrace and a convenient bathroom. The hotel has a nice atmosphere and the staff is overall very nice. The location is convenient. The restaurants serve good quality food.

The hotel is articulated around the pool as the beach isn’t nice and no one swim there. But it is very difficult to get a sunbed around the pool as you have to book it in advance and there is a minimum spent as well. There aren’t enough sunbeds for the clients of the hotel. So you end up paying an expensive hotel and spending your time outside of the hotel. Breakfast is average and they run out of products quiet often.

the dinner menu was good but could have had more vegetarian options too. Hotel had a nice vibe and staff were friendly.

The access to the beach was not great and the beach itself in front of the hotel was a not great. Had loads of seaweed on the banks, not very inviting. Smell of fish when you walk into the hotel as it’s on the fishing side I assume. Could have had more evening entertainment or DJ to make it more lively

bad smell of rotten algues from the beach all the time i wonder why they dont clean the beach part. i know that a public one but a farmer could do the job for just a few euros

Breakfast fabulous , excellent choices / staff / seating . A very friendly hotel , stunning bay views & beautiful decor . We’ve enjoyed 3 visits at Nobu .

Sadly this time we had a ground floor room with a tiny garden , and these feel very claustrophobic . We had expected a balcony and view . However , as we could not move due to full occupancy , we were offered a fabulous meal at Nobu restaurant .

Great hotel all around !

What spoilt it for us was the 250 euros minimum spend around the adult pool. My wife is pregnant so we wouldn't spend that and so we had to sit around the kids pool.

I really liked the location it was in the center of everything shopping, food, clubs. The Nobu restaurant ambiance was beautiful and the food was good. The hotel was clean and the staff was great. I would recommend Nobu.

I didn’t like the plunge pool at my room it was dirty. I felt it was a little pricey for nothing to be included. Other than that it was a good stay.

We thought the hotel was stunning and the location was great.

We were a both taken aback when we were told if we wanted to sit around the pool there was a 250 euro minimum spend, a bit disgusting when you think how much it cost to stay at the hotel that you then have a minimum spend to sit by the pool area!! Also the service around the pool/beach area could have been much better, it felt that there was a lack of staff for the outside areas.

the reception area, restaurants and view of the bay from the pools are all l wonderful.

the smell from the beach/drains was horrendous such that it made being by the pool unpleasant. the concierge messed up two bookings for us and the cooked breakfast option didn’t arrive on two of the days making the euro 40 per person breakfast tab painfully pricey.

nice atmosphere, compact place, everything you need

actually everything was nice but in comparison to other hotels it is a little bit over priced. I would assess it as a 700 Euro per Night Place, not a 1100 Euro.

The location is great with a beautiful sea view, the facilities (restaurants, 2 swimming pools, interior salons) are very nice and well decorated. The spa is great and the food very nice : Nobu food that you can order near the swimming pool from 1pm or at the restaurant for dinner. Very nice breakfast as well.

The room was a bit disappointing, the sea view is nice but the way it is designed architecturally was a bit strange, big entry hall (but with small dressing) and the place for the bed and small table and chairs is actually pretty small. The design of the room is also very simple, very standard main international hotel. If you want to stay around the main swimming pool, you will have to pay 150 euros spending which I found quite rude for hotel clients...you can find other places to stay (like the other swimming pool) but still quite rude and they should inform you about that at the check in.

beach was dirty and not cleaned by the municipality or the hotel, don't know who's responsibility it was but it should have been cleared so that people can see the sand and actually enjoy going on the beach
