Decor was beautiful, very clean, beds extremely comfortable, very friendly, helpful and attentive staff. Easy to get to from the airport. Across the road from the beach. We also like that we have an evening flight and the allow us to store our luggage and use the shower facilities to freshen up before we fly

When showering in the room the tiles became very slippery

Great location, extremely comfortable bed and decent sized bathroom. Toiletries smelled good and felt good on the skin. The spa area was nice and I was lucky enough to be the only one in there when I used it which was a bonus.

Only downsides were the pool was freezing and the restaurant menu didn’t seem that adventurous.

The loveliest hotel never disappoints . Staff are attentive and roof bar beautiful views. Balcony recommended. We always return and lovely walk to old town.

Some rooms too small

Staff were lovely and the hotel was absolutely stunning. It also had a gorgeous shower changing area for guests who had checked out. Would definitely stay again.

The only criticism I can think is that, due to the tall buildings nearby, there was quite a bit of shade around the pool so need to do a bit of relocating to follow the sun.

A little out of old town and not many nice places to eat around. The hotel was nice though.

Beautiful boutique hotel. The non sea view rooms have large balconies with private daybed perfect for journaling or enjoying a beverage. The sea view rooms only have limited side seats views so take the daybed balcony. The shower has great water pressure.

The bedroom is tiny. Barely enough room to walk around the double bed and nowhere to open suitcases. You have to unpack and put clothes in drawers. Not for people who need space.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. I had a suite so was more than enough space.

We were made very welcome by the reception team. The staff through out the hotel were very friendly and helpful. There was a great choice of breakfast items. The pool area was lovely and clean and plenty of sunbeds to go round. Rooms were lovely too. Ours was small but great . If you wanted a taxi reception can order it. 5 minute walk and you can get a taxi boat to Ibiza town. It’s about 1/2 hour up hill walk to get into Ibiza old town from the hotel.

They have 1 food menu which is available for lunch and dinner, but there wasn’t anything on it for a cheap light lunch. They could do with a pool side menu. We had to leave the hotel to find something to eat.

Clean, extremely friendly staff, many amenities, extremely close to the beach, located in a safe and quiet area of Ibiza, and had a great little market next door.

Room is very small, but a furnished attached balcony provides some relief.

Honestly this is one of the most hospitable and reliable hotels in Ibiza. Amazing facilities, location and most especially staff. They always make you feel at home

The room was large and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Pretty convenient to be able to get taxis to the beaches and go for a bit of a walk to get into Ibiza Town.

The breakfast which is included let it down a little. We were staying for a week so we decided a few days to go elsewhere just to keep it variable. The pool is relatively small with a lot of people so you have to be quick to get a sunbed in the morning.

The atmosphere and how friendly everyone was all the staff were amazing. They couldn't do enough for you. I will definitely return next year for sure. The breakfast was wonderful.. I also had a couple of meals early in the evening, and the food was excellent .Attention to detail was really good 👍

There really wasn't anything I could really fault.. Maybe it would be nice to open the sky bar around 5 pm so I could have a drink before going back to the room. I would definitely have used it..

A professionally managed hotel offering much in terms of exceptionally lovely staff, well sourced quality breakfast ingredients, cleanliness, soothing decor, excellent location, and a very relaxed and chilled atmosphere with all-round welcoming ethos present. Highly recommended.

Breakfast was fabulous and there was lots of choice, the room was spacious and very clean and the shower was great. The pool was lovely and there was no problem to get sunbeds. Service was good at the pool also.

It would be nice to have a coffee machine in the room. Also the snacks and drinks at the pool were quite expensive but probably normal for that area of Ibiza.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel during our trip to Ibiza, and our experience was nothing short of delightful. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the impeccable cleanliness of the hotel. The lobby always had a fresh, inviting scent, and this attention to detail extended to every part of the hotel, including the pool area and the pool water, which were both consistently clean. Cleanliness was particularly important to us, especially given Ibiza's reputation as a party destination where many facilities can be loud, trashy, or dirty. We were thrilled to find that this hotel was a serene exception. We experienced no noise issues during our stay, and everything was maintained to a high standard. The breakfast offered a fair selection, and we thoroughly enjoyed spending our evenings at the lovely rooftop bar. The views were spectacular, and it was the perfect spot to unwind. The staff at the reception were exceptionally kind and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. In terms of location, the hotel felt safe and was conveniently close to the ocean. While we did need to take a taxi to reach the clubs and the old city, this minor inconvenience was outweighed by the many positives. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and will most likely choose this hotel again for our next visit to Ibiza. If you're looking for a clean, quiet, and pleasant place to stay in the midst of Ibiza's vibrant scene, we highly recommend this hotel.

However, there were a few aspects of our stay that could be improved. While our room was nicely decorated and well-equipped with enough hanging and folding space for our clothing and two desks to set things on, it felt quite crowded. The shower was beautiful, but our biggest issue was the room's lighting. It was very dark, making it a daily struggle to do our makeup. The window next to the mirror only provided sunlight to one side of our faces, and the bathroom lighting was also insufficient. This was a significant inconvenience for us.

Great hotel - peaceful retreat from the bustle of Ibiza with a great pool, spa, gym and day beds for lounging. Breakfast is good and rooms are really comfortable.

Sky bar closes at 11pm. Wish it stayed open a bit later. Ordering taxi can be a bit of a pain sometimes during peak hours. Not the hotels fault but just a factor when staying here.

The pool area was lovely. The staff were very attentive and friendly. The breakfast was good. We appreciated the complimentary bottle of cava. The music was perfect around the pool and matched the ambience of the stay

I liked everthing

We loved everything about the hotel - the location, friendly staff, clean rooms and breakfast by the pool were highlights. We loved being so close to the seafront and there is a supermarket just next door which is ideal.

The rooms are quite small and the bathroom is right next to the bed so not the most comfortable. The fridge is also in a bit of an awkward place inside the wardrobe so not ideal for hanging longer clothes. The pool area is also quite small so just be prepared to be surrounded by people.

Great location, the staff are ALL fantastic they are very friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming, you are made to feel part of a family and nothing is to much trouble, Pool and restaurant are outstanding it is a little gem of a place , will definitely go back

Rooms were small - we did expect this however

The staff are so accommodating and lovely. It was my boyfriend’s birthday and they surprised us with a bottle of Prosecco to the room and a note.

I booked via booking.com and was allocated a ‘tiny room’ make sure you email the hotel directly to make sure which room you have booked as this ‘tiny room’ really is TINY and I think staying in here would have tarnished our stay if I didn’t change it.

Beautiful building, fabulous location. All staff lovely. Fantastic vibes by the poolside, roof terrace. We liked the Dj By the pool in the day. Great snacks and drinks which were reasonably priced. Room was small but gorgeous. Breakfast was great.
