I thought food & drinks served for breakfast were not very warm Food also not very warm in the cave’s restaurant

Amazing - so many little touches that made this place special. If you stay here don’t plan to leave!

The North restaurant was shut in the evening. Menu was better than any of the others

Breakfast was like a marathon it just went on and on. Every diet catered for, with both menu choices and self-service, the location is beautiful with a wide terrace overlooking the bay. Staff could not be more friendly and helpful.

Cannot fault anything.

This is an amazing place for a restorative solo stay.

Nothing. But if could consider the light for the woman to make up. Or a makeup mirror with the light will be appreciated. Because we plan to visit several times a year.

Fabulous rooms, communal areas and meticulous cleanliness, styling and quality.

Beach area was rocky and noisey due to proximity of the property’s generator however a good place to launch a morning swim in the sea

We had an amazing time! The hotel had just opened for the season and we were upgraded to a suite by the pool. The location is beautiful, the spa is gorgeous and the service was great. Highly recommend!

The food at the Beach Caves and the pool restaurant was good but not worth the high prices. Breakfast was great though!

Absolutely stunning architecture and views. The staff couldn’t do enough for us.

Not really a negative as we were happy being out of the way, but travelling to other areas of the island takes a little planning. As we were there out of season taxi’s aren’t as frequent as at the height of summer, if we were staying for longer than a long weekend we’d have hired a car.

The staff and the service was great. The sea view from the pool is wordless and the sunset is amazing. There are some places in front of the beach you can stay and the view is incredible. They offer snorkeling too. The gym is really big, very good equipments and there is a personal trainer at your disposal. The room we stayed was really big, comfortable and well equipped. The breakfast was really good. They offer plenty of activities to do, from yoga to guided walking around the island.

At our first night we had a long wait to have dinner. There are 3 restaurants in the hotel, but 2 of them were closed. We were not informed about that and we ended up going to the closed restaurants. We waited for around one hour to have dinner on the only open restaurant. There was a dog poop in the garden of our room. I believe it was there for a while and after two nights there the poop was still there. This was very disappointing. One day at the pool we requested a bottle of wine and sushi, after one hour waiting we spoke to the waiter and they had forgotten to register our order.

We had a problem in the room with the water and reported it in the morning, problem could not be fixed eventually… but they offered a solution and we are looking forward to are next stay

Everything! The hotel is like a paradise. It’s the best hotel in Ibiza for sure!

One of the best hotels we have stayed in so far! We were very satisfied with everything, the best possible service, the other services and very helpful staff. Our room exceeded all expectations. The food was impeccable every time. We'll definitely come back!

Everything was splendid, Staff is amazing, dinner was awesome, Junior suite is a dream...The breakfast is incredible, the thing is we got served cold coffee, we asked a 2nd one warm which was also served cold. We ordered Pancakes after our meal and the waiter said after 10 minutes they were not available anymore, so he offered the wafels which great to us, and the again after 10 minutes he said they were not able to serve them as well ( we ordered everything at 10.30 a.m. when breakfast was still open) Off course not a drama, but we felt there was no management around and they were forgetting about us, which makes the experience a bit different...We live around the corner and we would love to come back next month again as the whole experience the Hotel offers is really good ! -We loved the room and architecture, views were beautiful. -Very comfy bed! -Restaurants served delicious food and had a great wine list and lovely Sommelier. -The six senses app chat was really helpful! -Pool was cool and quiet (imagine high season with lots of kids could be a different story). -Lots of complimentary activities to take part in. -beautiful views on local hikes

-The staff were so nice and there seemed to be plenty of staff on hand, however we did have a few issues. Things like ordering coffee at breakfast, wait ten minutes then it would arrive without milk and take another ten minutes. Happened several times. Lack of communication maybe? -Mini bar restock was a bit haphazard and should probably be replenished when house keeping clean the room. -Lots of wasps at breakfast. Not the hotels fault and maybe time of year but they were upsetting quite a few people! -We would 100% go back but as it’s quite expensive we would expect some of the above issues to be ironed out.

More touch ups required within the room than I expected.

What to improve: check-in and check-out should be faster and online/app available Breakfast: add more cut fruits and berries and leaves for fruitarians and raw vegans Tea: good to have some herbal, roiboosh, mint. 3 types of tea with caffeine and only camomile as alternative is not the healthy lifestyle hotel choice. Beach needs some stairs, rails instead of the rope to the water. Remove all day pool music and loud sport music from 8am, people come here to relax, enjoy the nature sounds and views, connect to themselves, those who like music go to different hotels. That’s the opinion of many clients we talked to. Everything else — amazing. Program of activities is the best and impressive (yoga, walks, lectures, ayurveda, rituals, scrub making etc). Coffee station in room and at breakfast amazing. Vallet parking included — good. Pool, spa, infrared sauna — all good. Room above expectations with all the high tech control from the app. Install the app!

Its far in the north so if you are planning to go to town, you have to think about the way to get there snd it is very hard to geg taxis up there.

The concierge were amazing and super friendly, especially Ignasi who’s like a friend.

When I booked I requested a nice room as it was our anniversary celebration, but they gave us a handicapped room.

everything about this property caters for the guests. The staff were incredibly attentive and helpful. the location is stunning and the facilities are beautiful.

Due to the expense of staying at a property like this, it can attract a slightly entitled person. My only negative point was having to witness the rudeness of some of the guests to the staff. who, by the way, smiled through it all.

We had a wonderful stay. Our room was just a dream and so was the rest of this lovely hotel. Starting at the beautiful location, to the tasty food, and the very attentive staff, we felt very pampered the entire week.

There were a few problems with housekeeping, but nothing major and it was very easy to handle thanks to the app.

The hotel is absolutely stunning. We have stayed for almost a week and everyday we were so grateful to wake up in such a beautiful place. Our room was quite large and the views were incredibly. The stuff were generally amazing. We checked in with Marta that was very attentive. At the door Angel, Javi and Luciano were absolutely welcoming and made us fell like home. At night Afonso and Juan were always very helpful. Alex from the security was also very kind to us. The stuff from the Restaurant Cave were amazing, specially the manager Emy. Breakfast was very good. Cleaning service was excellent and very attentive. We absolutely loved the fact that is the most dog friendly hotel we have even been, the dog menu was a winner!

The team of the Restaurant were was supposed to be HaSalon is just really bad and kills the good reputation. They were so unpleasant and rude. However, the food was delicious. At 9PM they started to collect all pillows and cutlery from other tables while we were having dinner. We have requested them to kindly stop doing it. The manager apologized with an attitude and mentioned the pillows would get wet (it was really warm) and keep doing it. It was only missing closing the outside lights. We felt really unwelcome. Really not up to the standards of the hotel and I am sure they are the reason for you to have not the best rate in service. We have tried it twice. The stuff in the spa was also a disaster. We were in the Sauna and 20 min before a lady also comes and open the door and says “the spa will close in 20 min” and they start collecting everything and cleaning. it’s just strange. The massages were bad and the front desk were not the nicest. It’s really a shame because the spa is really beautiful with an outstanding concept. All other teams were exceptional. we hope with HaSalon opening the team will change and we are looking forward to our next visit
