The location is great

The expérience dépend if you stay in the hotel or if the send you to a New building across The street, in that case you dont feel in a relais chateux and Its not worth the money

Very limited facilities. The hotel has very few social areas (a varanda with 5 tables) and the “swimming pool” is very small - you can’t swim. For a 5 star hotel and its charging prices it is very disappointing,

Location was what we expected (not great but wanted to be close to the city centre). Room was the biggest in the hotel and rather nice, however, fitness room does not match a real fitness feel as well as not the terrace with a small Jacuzzi. Your neighbours look straight into it. It is just something that 5* people don't use.

Very disappointing restaurant (a Michelin guide recommendation ?!), worst coffee, stale bottled water (strange). Unavailable shuttle service (in the morning as well as in the afternoon). Room service (tragedy). No one to take care of the luggage. Miniature pool. It is a small boutique hotel that would require splendid service to be profitable. Instead, they try to make money by cutting staff and offer less. Beware of nice photos that do not match the reality. During the dinner the alarm went off, which lasted for 20 mins :) My best advice for the hotel would be to hire a professional team to show them 5* service. I am very sorry for choosing this hotel as it has affected my holiday mood. I didn't argue with anyone at the place, but would love to read a review like this before the booking.

The location is pretty perfect, right in the heart of the old town. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful.

The room we stayed in smelled strongly of damp. The marble floor in the bathroom was stained orange around the edges and the shower head sprayed water everywhere when turned on due to ill fitting holder so subsequently had to have hand held showers, which isn’t ideal. I’m guessing the damp smell is due to there being no ventilation in the bathroom. When we first arrived both balcony windows were open, I now know why. The hotel pool was a none starter due to it being very small and having only half a dozen beds situated around it. Whenever we went to sit out, it was always occupied.

Perfect location. Perfect example of quiet luxury. Dinner in the restaurant is highly recommended.

Amazed by how sofisticated everything is in this Hotel. The food taste amazing, bed is so cozy and fluffy, stuff very kind and helpful. I was worried it will be loud, but it was not at all, so peaceful and quite place. Georgeous views from the balcony🫶

This is an elegant hotel in a beautiful location. The staff members are wonderful and go out of their way to make your stay memorable (Ex. prepare picnics and beach bags)! They even provided a complimentary shuttle to the airport.

The hotel oozed old style charm and sophistication so it was in no way flashy - just perfect for a peaceful stay in the old part of Ibiza town. The staff were charming and were faultless in my opinion. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was large and well furnished, with all the amenities you would expect from a Relais et Chateaux establishment. The pool area is on the small side, but being a small hotel this was not an issue. Breakfast was fantastic. The area surrounding the hotel is part of the old town with pretty walkways and restaurants just a few minutes away. The hill up from the restaurants was not too arduous, although coming up from sea level required me to have a pitstop at one of the pretty bars along the way - so not a problem at all. We also appreciated being picked up from the airport and being dropped back at the end.

As the weather was perfect and the views up in the old citadel were very good, I can safely say that there was NOTHING I did not like

The location of the hotel was excellent, but the best thing by far was the outstanding staff. Everyone was superbly professional, courteous and helpful.

I'd prefer a more relaxed buffet breakfast as opposed to choosing from a menu.

Historic beautifully maintained structure

Everything went well. Lovely rooms, exceptional breakfast and lovely staff and a nice touch is the complimentary airport transfer.

Nothing really. The pool is really small but there is nothing they can do about that to be honest due to the location and the historic nature of the building.

Breakfast is great. Excellent food, and sitting out at the front of the hotel on a sunny day is lovely. We loved the location right in the old town. Perfect for exploring the historic area but we also walked to Talamanca beach. It’s all very accessible. Amazing service; staff were so helpful. Anything we needed was done or brought straight away. Would go back just for the service.

The property is a renovated beautiful building at the top of old town difficult to get to since there is only one entrance and regular traffic is not permitted the GPS is not accurate

Lovely hotel with attention to details. The staff were so nice and always trying to help. The room is very spacious and the bathroom is huge and very comfortable to spend sometime in the jaccuzi bathtub. The lovely staff left us a surprise desert every day of our stay, they made it really special!

The blankets were very light and when we asked for heavier ones, it seems the hotel doesn’t have. The mattress can be better, but it didn’t bother our stay.

Location initially until we took a shower and brown water started coming out of the shower head. I have videos of everything but can’t seem to upload to your review.

Showering in brown untreated water not being given another room that night or a comped stay for that evening. They ruined some of our clothes in laundry and tried to charge us 300 euros for the effort. Ants in the room. Also the laundry took 48hrs to get back. The place resides in the Middle Ages. 500 euros a night for this place is ridiculous.

location in Ibiza town is incredible. staff were so attentive rooms were very high spec, full of marble and very spacious. very quiet hotel

Perfectly located for the old town Mirador hotel is a treat in itself. Just loved it. Staff are beyond amazing and accommodating. I really can’t praise them enough.

Virginia on front desk was wonderful. Warm and welcoming, nothing too much trouble. All the staff are divine. Special mention also to Carlos who drove us in style at the end of our stay when we could not get a taxi. The location of this hotel is incredible, it is very clean and well kept. The hotel managed to combine exceptionally high standards with a warm, friendly , family feel from the staff. Highly recommend

Sadly the beautiful old buildings next door were being renovated next door so it was a little noisy - not the hotels fault .

Quiet, peaceful location. They are doing construction works repairing/safeguarding historic walls etc which could be a bit noisy, but not great issue for us.

Excellent location

It was brought to our attention that the hotel has a separate building with more rooms. Our room, was next to a bar and it made it hard to sleep well. It seems like the "cheaper" rooms are moved to the other building, even though we paid 1800e for 3 nights.

No view from our room - it was smaller than those in the pictures and the swimming pool was tiny. It looked much bigger in the pictures.

Restaurant menu & information in your room

This hotel is just in such a spectacular location within the old town walls , it’s beautiful. Very quiet and relaxing, we wished we’d spent longer than five nights there . Breakfast outside, on the hotel terrace was delicious, just watching the world go by. We will be making a return trip each year we’ve decided and will stay for longer. The staff are lovely and nothing was any trouble, we booked a taxi each morning to take us to the beach and it was there spot on time with a member of staff coming out to make sure we were sorted. I cannot compliment the hotel and it’s staff enough , well done!!!

location. it was good to stay slightly away from the busier areas of the Old Town but still close enough to access bars and restaurants. The hotel was charming and traditionally Spanish in style which we really liked. All staff were exceptional and could not do enough to help.

Pool could have been a little larger. although we recognised there was a lack of space available.

This hotel gives five star service from start to finish. Great location, the rooms are comfortable and beautiful. We have stayed here twice and will go again!

Unfortunately we had to leave a day early as our flight was cancelled, the hotel however did as much as possible for us.
