The location is great

The expérience dépend if you stay in the hotel or if the send you to a New building across The street, in that case you dont feel in a relais chateux and Its not worth the money

Very limited facilities. The hotel has very few social areas (a varanda with 5 tables) and the “swimming pool” is very small - you can’t swim. For a 5 star hotel and its charging prices it is very disappointing,

The hotel oozed old style charm and sophistication so it was in no way flashy - just perfect for a peaceful stay in the old part of Ibiza town. The staff were charming and were faultless in my opinion. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was large and well furnished, with all the amenities you would expect from a Relais et Chateaux establishment. The pool area is on the small side, but being a small hotel this was not an issue. Breakfast was fantastic. The area surrounding the hotel is part of the old town with pretty walkways and restaurants just a few minutes away. The hill up from the restaurants was not too arduous, although coming up from sea level required me to have a pitstop at one of the pretty bars along the way - so not a problem at all. We also appreciated being picked up from the airport and being dropped back at the end.

As the weather was perfect and the views up in the old citadel were very good, I can safely say that there was NOTHING I did not like

The location of the hotel was excellent, but the best thing by far was the outstanding staff. Everyone was superbly professional, courteous and helpful.

I'd prefer a more relaxed buffet breakfast as opposed to choosing from a menu.

Historic beautifully maintained structure

Everything went well. Lovely rooms, exceptional breakfast and lovely staff and a nice touch is the complimentary airport transfer.

Nothing really. The pool is really small but there is nothing they can do about that to be honest due to the location and the historic nature of the building.

Breakfast is great. Excellent food, and sitting out at the front of the hotel on a sunny day is lovely. We loved the location right in the old town. Perfect for exploring the historic area but we also walked to Talamanca beach. It’s all very accessible. Amazing service; staff were so helpful. Anything we needed was done or brought straight away. Would go back just for the service.

We were upgraded to a junior suite on check in, staff was very friendly and helpful.

The property is a renovated beautiful building at the top of old town difficult to get to since there is only one entrance and regular traffic is not permitted the GPS is not accurate

Lovely hotel with attention to details. The staff were so nice and always trying to help. The room is very spacious and the bathroom is huge and very comfortable to spend sometime in the jaccuzi bathtub. The lovely staff left us a surprise desert every day of our stay, they made it really special!

The blankets were very light and when we asked for heavier ones, it seems the hotel doesn’t have. The mattress can be better, but it didn’t bother our stay.

Perfectly located for the old town Mirador hotel is a treat in itself. Just loved it. Staff are beyond amazing and accommodating. I really can’t praise them enough.

Virginia on front desk was wonderful. Warm and welcoming, nothing too much trouble. All the staff are divine. Special mention also to Carlos who drove us in style at the end of our stay when we could not get a taxi. The location of this hotel is incredible, it is very clean and well kept. The hotel managed to combine exceptionally high standards with a warm, friendly , family feel from the staff. Highly recommend

Sadly the beautiful old buildings next door were being renovated next door so it was a little noisy - not the hotels fault .

Quiet, peaceful location. They are doing construction works repairing/safeguarding historic walls etc which could be a bit noisy, but not great issue for us.

Restaurant menu & information in your room

This hotel is just in such a spectacular location within the old town walls , it’s beautiful. Very quiet and relaxing, we wished we’d spent longer than five nights there . Breakfast outside, on the hotel terrace was delicious, just watching the world go by. We will be making a return trip each year we’ve decided and will stay for longer. The staff are lovely and nothing was any trouble, we booked a taxi each morning to take us to the beach and it was there spot on time with a member of staff coming out to make sure we were sorted. I cannot compliment the hotel and it’s staff enough , well done!!!

location. it was good to stay slightly away from the busier areas of the Old Town but still close enough to access bars and restaurants. The hotel was charming and traditionally Spanish in style which we really liked. All staff were exceptional and could not do enough to help.

Pool could have been a little larger. although we recognised there was a lack of space available.

This hotel gives five star service from start to finish. Great location, the rooms are comfortable and beautiful. We have stayed here twice and will go again!

Unfortunately we had to leave a day early as our flight was cancelled, the hotel however did as much as possible for us.

Beautiful setting and excellent staff. Very helpful, nothing too much trouble. Extra special touches for a celebration. Breakfast fabulous. Pool area small but nice.

Our bathroom could have done with updating. Had a shower over the bath with was difficult to get in. Luckily we are fit enough to climb in. Also room needed a paint in some areas. Wouldn’t stop us recommending. Pool area full when we wanted to use.

The people who work here are truly wonderful - from the concierge desk to the restaurant staff. All friendly and clearly just very good at what they do. I booked at the Mirador after having an amazing dinner there one night (don't miss the opportunity to dine here) and finding myself in need of new accommodations. The room was perfect and the little oasis of a pool and pool deck were a fantastic way to cool off after a day in the sun. My thanks to Sammy in the restaurant and to everyone at the front desk for all of their help making sure that my friends and I had a fantastic lunch and made it to the airport that last day.

Fantastic location. Perfect for the Medieval Festival - we were in the middle of it - great fun.

The extent to which the team at the Mirador went to ensure our stay was comfortable is exemplary. They exhibited a very rare quality too, they actually anticipated an inconvenience before we experienced it and addressed it proactively. They insisted on picking us up from the airport to shield us from the difficulty of accessing the hotel during the annual medieval festival outside the property. No charge ! Thank you all for a memorable stay. We will be back.

The location was perfect, set in the old town with easy access to cafes, shops and restaurants through the picturesque streets. We received a warm welcome from the reception staff and all other staff. The hotel was immaculately clean and the decor was very classy. The breakfast was delicious and very well presented. The service was excellent.
