Excellent service from staff throughout my stay. Our room was perfect and had a great harbor view and that of the square. Brilliant location and accessible to many key landmarks.

The incheck process in the business lounge was very convenient. Breakfast was good but nothing really special. Location was very good. The neighbourhood was nice to walk in. Also a lot of restaurant choices and stores nearby. The Man Wah restaurant was so so. Nice atmosphere but the food is nothing special.

The Man wah needs an other chef. The atmosphere is good but the food is nothing special. So do not go there because there are a lot better option close to the hotel.

Superb breakfast. Everything is excellent. The cleanliness of the room, an accommodating and cheerful staff, a housekeeper who always checks that you still have a bottled water or new set of towels are all worth of what you paid for. Very good location for shopping too.

Comfortable European style hotel

I have gotten used to mainland China luxury hotels which - at this rate - are a notch up from this level

The property was probably the best hotel I have ever stayed in. It was extremely clean, the staff were absolutely amazing, friendly & attentive. The location is great. The room was comfortable & clean. The Club Lounge was excellent.

Friendly staff, extra care for kids, provided more towels and bathroom kits for our toddlers . staffs were being helpful for booking lunch and giving direction for local attraction, the hotel itself is a piece of art, with great food selection and truly one of the best hotel in HK.

WE HAVE TRIED THE CHINESE RESTAURANT AT MAN WAH, IT WAS CROWDED AND THE FOOD WAS SO SLOW. THOUGH IT WAS TASTY IT WAS A WASTE OF TIME.

After spending a few nights at the Marina Bay Sands in Singapore albeit a beautiful hotel and Ultra modern it doesn't have the same cosy warm feeling that the Mandarin has. Our stay at the Mandarin in Hong Kong felt very personal and friendly- the staff really want to look after you and make your stay special. We stayed in a club room, which had great views of the bay. The service in the club lounge was impeccable, a special Mention to Roxanne thank you for your help and advice organising our trip to Lantau ( booking in advance saved hours of queuing). Also Ben and the team in the club lounge for amazing service. In fact all the staff were super efficient and on the ball. Already planning our next stay at one of the Mandarin Hotels.

The swimming pool- indoor and small a roof top pool would be perfect!

My favourite hotel in Hong Kong. Excellent location, connected by airbridge to many shopping malls and close to Victoria Harbour. Very good rooms with all amenities you could think of and excellent service.

location was right in the middle of everything. Easy to walk . Service is unmatched.

Just a little old fashioned and expensive

location is excellent, easy access through the galleries no need to hit the street. Room is clean and comfortable. Excellent breakfast buffet.

The excessif use of parfume in the airconditionning. Having breakfast in a parfume store is not pleasant. Staff seems not smelling it anymore.

Service was impeccable by all staff. They were ready to help in a polite unassuming manner. We felt at home!

Splendid property - Tonnes of old world charm. Terrific location, and the most hospitable staff I have ever met. They personally greet you and remember all the tiny details. Steve, the General Manager was very kind and Vicki Chan at Cafe Causette was so attentive and thoughtful.
