Indigo is always a great experience

This time around the place seems to be running in a some what less quality form

Great place in the middle of Wan Chai. Very friendly staff.

The open bathroom can lead to high humidity in the room.

The location was excellent and a cool room.

Revisited hotel with local cultural features in the accommodation

Simple and reasonable room service, such as my request for ice bucket, is not available at all after midnight due to the kitchen staff was off, and it exactly occurred in indigo wanchai with 5-star IHG hotel.

The location is very good.

I have stayed here many times over the years and I was disappointed this time as I didn’t feel valued as a guest.

Convenient location in WanChai, near MTR station, with lots of F&B choices.

A good business hotel in the heart of Wanchai. Rooms are bigger than most hotels in HK. Attentive staff, especially the concierge and the front office.

The room appeared a bit old and will need some work done for the bathroom.

It was a great hotel. The location was good, the room and staff was excellent. Really speedy laundry service. I didn't try the pool but it had a great view from there.

The only thing I didn't like was the breakfast. It was one of the worst I've ever had. I had the western option with bacon, sausage, egg, etc, it wasn't good at all. I didn't eat it. But anyway, this is HK you just have to step out the door to find good food in any corner.

Room spacious and location great

Breakfast was included in the rate but was not fantastic. A lot of options in wan chai if you don’t want breakfast in the hotel.

It is a great hotel. Highly recommend it.

Great position in Wan Chai.

Bed, shower & good size room. Service staffs were exceptionally good.

Quality of the breakfast can use improvement. Varieties are not big but should make up with quality. No wonder the breakfast is not very busy. Hong Kong & Wanchai is know for good foods. Please keep the up with the breakfast.

the rooms are clean, decent size and the beds and bedding are comfortable. provisions in the room are good. the location is great, very close to restaurants, transportation and sights.

in this hotel the check-in and check-out always take at least 20 minutes or longer, please be prepared. communication issues during payment attempts can also draw the process out. we have stayed many times but each time waited for a long time to get a room. adjacent rooms are difficult unless booked a long time in advance. extra beds are not straightforward either, they will ask you to upgrade to a very pricey other room category to add a bed, which is actually not necessary.

Perfect location with almost everything one can think of within short walking distance, The concierge who helped us hail a taxi every day is cheerful and extremely helpful

Breakfast options - very limited and mostly big meals. The pastries are not very fresh and again very limited selection. I don't think it is worth pre-payment.

Bathroom and restroom are need to improve ! The shower room, when finished showering the water splashes everywhere in the room.

The hotel is in a really good location, in the middle of Wanchai, right on Queen's Road East. A big wet market is around the corner. Many restaurants are located in the area. The rooms are relatively spacious for HK.

We needed a third bed in one room. The hotel refuses to put in an extra bed and instead drives a hard upsell for extra expensive suites "to accommodate an extra bed". Given that the rooms are not cheap in the first place this is not quite nice.

Room is perfect, nice design and comfortable.

For me as a regular visitor to HK it was the great WanChai location, lovely clean room & having a comfortable bed. The quality of linen with big fluffy towels was excellent. Staff always friendly.

The only negative was I felt housekeeping missed on sweeping/vacuuming the carpet free floor daily during my stay.

reception is really poor it’s cluttered with weird furniture. I’ve stayed I three other indigos this seemed to be way off the mark compared with Bali and Shanghai. we were given a disabled room great that they have them but it’s not ideal for an abled bodied guest the shower floods all the way to the basin I guess this is for wheel chair access but a bit messy.

The area is quite far from shopping streets but within walking distance to MTR. The staff were helpful and nice. The bed is very comfortable. The bathroom is too small due to the space of the room. Overall, pretty good hotel!

Checkout time at 11:00 !! The front office gave me a very hard to finally let me checkout at 13:00, although I checked in at midnight on arrival. Generally there is no feel of hospitality, not IHG standard No floor towel for the bathroom

The location is very near Wan Chai Market great for those food fanatics to see what locals buy and eat. And the hotel is only a short walk to MTR Wan Chai station.

Excellent location for us. Impeccable, but still waiting to open all facilities since Co-Vid. Bar & lounging facilities were still closed. Staff were excellent too. Very clean, tidy and modern.

Having all facilities open in the hotel. Staff indicated all should be reopened with the next month or so.

breakfast selection was just okish, unfortunately, so we did not make use of this service… luckily there were several very good alternate breakfast options close by.

the efficiency of housekeeping was not at all up to standard.. and price level. and we were not informed that neither the bar nor the pool area were in use at the time of our stay. not really nice.

Loved the design, quaint and convenient location, and size of the unit!

hm there was no heater and it was really too cold for me to fall asleep. Thankfully the staff were able to dig up a space heater for me!

Locations is great and there is plenty dinning options around and very close to the tube, convenient!

Unfortunately the rooftop bar and swimming pool was still in maintenance so was a pity.
