I’ve stayed in different countries in Le meridien, by far the worst is in Saigon, unprofessional staff and room had very bad smell while having a construction noise 24/7, staff is unfriendly and unhelpful. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this hotel. For the amount of money you sending here you can get much better places with better services

I liked their beddings and the smell of the rooms.

It was next to a construction building and the building continued work until the night and the noise only disappeared after the binds were down.

Nice spacious room, cute cotton candy machine and nice Xmas decorations. Second time back to this hotel!

The location was good. The gym had a good view with good equipment.

The staff were rude, on arrival they tried to not let me see the deposit amount prior to me putting my PIN code in, and when asked it was almost £150 over what they had originally told me. Despite being on the 15th floor it was so loud!

Not their fault, but the people staying at the hotel were rude and pushy. The price per night was way out of line for the value.

I have been to 5-star hotels, but I have never enjoyed breakfast at a hotel with as much fresh food and drinks as your hotel, with a seasoning that is very suitable for me. Especially at your hotel, they don't put too much MSG and seasoning powder in the food, so I feel very comfortable using it without any side effects. Many thanks to the hotel managers for choosing very good chefs to make the food richer and more wonderful. If I have the opportunity to return, I will bring my group here to experience this hotel.

What I don't like about this hotel is that when entering the lobby to check-in, there is a foul smell of cigarettes, and the elevator also smells like cigarettes. The bedroom smelled like it was damp when I first entered. Hope the hotel will fix it. Other than the above, overall it's good and looks close to great.

Second time i stay here and second review... wonderful hotel. Pool at 9th floor protected and enjoyable in any weather condition, large room (this time 1101): superb bed with topper, best bathroom ever with transparent glass to the room and private side for shower, all favorite sneaks and beverages available, best breakfast you can wish to find with stations served perfectly and nice view of the river and bridge. Great staff.

Really sorry to mention something wrong but pool area was looking in desperate need of some new forniture, only three beds and two of them destroyed... manager should have removed them especially the cracked one, almost dangerous in case someone sits on.

Location was good, in front of the river.

1) We had booked a river view room and while checking-in, were told that the room is under construction and we are being 'upgraded' to a room without river view. 2) Room was quite dirty - lot of dirt and rubbish behind the sofa. 3) Power went off for few minutes and then throughout the rest of the evening and night, wi-fi was not available, 4) We had club lounge access but could not use it, since my 7 year old child was not allowed to access club lounge between 5:30pm to 8:00pm (weird rule, haven't seen this restriction in other hotels which has club lounge access).

The property is very nice and clean.Location is excellent. Restaurant Barson at lobby serves amazing cocktails, great place to Chill.
