Bathroom needs update

Overall, the property was amazing. The property was super cute and the staff was super friendly. The accommodations were great - the rooms were a perfect size, if not bigger than I was expecting, the pictures definitely make it look smaller! There was plenty of room in the balcony was huge. The view from our room was perfect and we had the deluxe king room. The bed was super large and comfortable. And the thermostat was easy to work. They offered complementary food and drink in the room when we first arrived, and also got two free drink chips. They also offer a complementary boogie boards, towels, GoPro, etc. with your hotel stay which was a huge plus for us. The pool was heated, and they also have a hot tub and gym! The restaurant was super yummy and I feel like at a decent price point. We did pay for the valet, which was $50 a day- most of the time the vallet was quick and easy. Staff was always super friendly and accommodating. Not completely on Waikiki Beach about a five minute walk from it! I preferred this due to staying out of insane traffic but close enough to be walkable to everything!

My only negative is that they had one elevator working at a time which made it take upwards of 10 minutes of waiting to get on and off the elevator. With this, we had to make sure that we had enough time to plan out our day because of the elevator.

The hotel is really conveniently located, and has a calmer location towards the Ala Wai canal than some other parts of Waikiki. My sister and I were visiting for her birthday trip, and we loved the design of the hotel and amenities offered, especially the beach rentals and the hot tub area. Our room also had a great view of the canal and mountains.

One elevator was broken the entire time we were here and from previous reviews it sounds like it had been broken for a while, so it took a really long time to get up and down, especially with how many guests stay at the hotel. The valet parking has in and out privileges but it’s also a little difficult to use because of how many guests there are. We had to plan a fair bit ahead to get the car anytime we had a reservation. The valets themselves are great and so pleasant, but they seem a bit understaffed at this busy time.

They had very good customer service, very aware of the needs, they lend you the chairs and towels for the beach, the rooms are very clean and with a very nice view

Great hotel right in the heart of Honolulu, just a few minutes’ walk from the famous Waikiki Beach. We were welcomed with a drink, and the room had cold water waiting for us in the fridge. The interior was beautifully designed, and our room had a balcony with a stunning sunrise view. The bed was large and super comfortable, and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly throughout the property. We really appreciated the early check-in option and the ability to store our luggage. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There’s a café downstairs where you can grab a coffee, and the hotel restaurant served one of the best poke bowls we’ve ever had absolutely delicious! Highly recommend ❤️

Loved our stay here, on site restaurant was awesome and pool area lovely with bar. Great service by the pool staff, loved the cold flannels and ice pops they handed out.. Location was not far from the main street with a handy ABC store minutes away. All in all we recommend this hotel

Staff, facilities and cleanliness.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious!! The hotel is a five minute walk to Waikiki Beach and makes for a quiet night’s sleep. The room was nicely decorated and very clean. The bed was super comfortable. We had a wrap around balcony to view gorgeous sunrises. Wish we could have stayed longer than just three nights.

Noisy corner room

The poolside bar & hot tub area (with torches for lighting) was so relaxing in the evening. The morning matcha/coffee place was the perfect start to our beach days. Loved the valet parking too and the hotel was so close to the canal for morning runs! This place felt like a getaway from all the tall city buildings downtown and it was only a 5 minute walk to the beach

Loved the location. When we arrived at midnight to check in the staff had excellent service and took time to explain and answer every question with a super welcoming smile and manner.The staff were extremely helpful and polite. They managed the tsunami warning well, they were calm and reassuring. The staff were able to get us a kettle and iron with board when requested. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We ate in the restaurant and enjoyed our meal. We really enjoyed our stay. We found the room clean and room service kept towels topped up.

Great location away from the hustle & bustle of Wakikki. But still an easy walk to the beach & restaurants. Right near the canal which made it great for running. Beautifully decorated.. looks exactly like the photos. Friendly staff, that would send a txt msg daily checking up on their service.

I loved the pool, the details, the bar next to the pool. I had the best Mai Tai of the island!

Noisy, some people at the front desk were not friendly or didn’t have the aloha spirit.

Location was close to most things, easy walking distances to the beach, restaurants, bars etc. The food and cocktails on site at both RedFish and Lost and Found were excellent. The pool area was great, although at times, difficult to get a sunbed. The rooms were tastefully decorated, spacious and comfortable. Would recommend and a good price point.

We had a corner room, which was a little noisy with traffic early in the morning. There were a few homeless people on the street where the hotel was, which was a little alarming to walk past.

Very Comfortable Beds and well sized rooms, Location is a 5 minute walk to Waikiki Beach, but alot less busy which suited us. Pool area was very relaxed and cocktails were great. Tried Redfish too, highly recommended. Staff were very friendly, and also many thanks to housekeeping staff . Both of which made our stay very comfortable and strees-free. Very good value compared to other hotels in the area

Not much available in the rooms in terms of basics like a kettle, mugs and coffee and tea. Also the traffic noise from outside can be quite loud in the mornings.

Close to Waikiki however far enough away to lose the noise. Efficient helpful staff.

The room was nicely set out and had an amazing shower. Also the pool area had plenty of shade for the sun loungers which helped me as I am pale! Also, the use of beach towels and chairs for free was so helpful.

Loved the location, the vibe and the style of the Hotel. You could fill up your water bottle for free and get towels, beach chairs and boogie boards. We‘ll def come back.

The beds are way too small for 2 people, non removable shower head, you can hear everything happening outside and in other rooms (bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper), some receptionists vibe radiated „please don’t talk to me“. the entry area is fully open so anyone can enter and use the lift, when I had forgotten the key and got a new one the old ones didn’t deactivate (which is something I have experienced in other hotels), so if you loose your key anyone that finds it can enter your room

Cool vibe

Friendly, comfortable hotel set back a couple of blocks from Waikiki beach. Swimming pool and reasonably-priced restaurant with a mixture of local dishes and standard fare. Daily happy hour was a highlight. We liked this hotel, although it's in an older building showing its age in terms of the fixtures etc compared to newer (and higher priced) hotels closer to the beach. We would definitely consider staying there again.

Not much not to like. Some of the minor fixtures in the rooms e.g. ranch slider doors, handles etc are showing their age. Some difficulty getting the hotel wi fi to work on our phones. But pretty minor stuff really.

Loveeed the vibe and pool, and staff are happy 😊

Charged us additional to our booking $75 USD to check in 4 hours earlier. We were tired from our long flight. There seemed to be no flexibility with this. Albeit clearly the sane room type if not our allocated room was available for a price.

Very nice hotel with fun vibe! The whole space is very cute. The restaurant downstairs was our favorite food of the trip. The pool was never too crowded. The room was a decent size. It was about 10 minutes from the beach which was close enough for us.

I loved the beautiful pool the most of everything. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had the most comfortable bed. The cocktails I had were delicious. The view over the canal was amazing. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was amazing. Just metres away from all of the hustle and bustle of Waikiki.

The front desk staff were not always very friendly. I got told off for having "outside food" (a snack) by the pool. But where was it explained that that wasn't allowed? especially since I bought a very expensive cocktail at the same time. I would've also appreciated coffee, tea, and hot water facilities in the room. Honestly, there was a strong feeling that these things weren't provided in order to make you spend more money at the cafe/bar/restaurant on site. The security deposit was very expensive and quite unexpected. It would be nice to re think the layout of the poolside furniture. There were often not enough loungers while there were many empty tables and chairs. Air conditioner in room very noisy and inconsistent temperature.

A nice oasis in the busy area around Waikiki, with a great bar, pool, and workout facility.

Beautiful setting away from the main streets but still in close walking distance

We usually just had coffee and croissants for breakfast, there was breakfast served in the restaurant though if needed which looked good. The location was excellent, 5 minutes walk to the beach and shops
