The hotel is in a superb location for us - short walk to beach and many other facilities. The pool area is superb and staff are very friendly and helpful

Charged us additional to our booking $75 USD to check in 4 hours earlier. We were tired from our long flight. There seemed to be no flexibility with this. Albeit clearly the sane room type if not our allocated room was available for a price.

Very nice hotel with fun vibe! The whole space is very cute. The restaurant downstairs was our favorite food of the trip. The pool was never too crowded. The room was a decent size. It was about 10 minutes from the beach which was close enough for us.

I loved the beautiful pool the most of everything. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had the most comfortable bed. The cocktails I had were delicious. The view over the canal was amazing. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was amazing. Just metres away from all of the hustle and bustle of Waikiki.

The front desk staff were not always very friendly. I got told off for having "outside food" (a snack) by the pool. But where was it explained that that wasn't allowed? especially since I bought a very expensive cocktail at the same time. I would've also appreciated coffee, tea, and hot water facilities in the room. Honestly, there was a strong feeling that these things weren't provided in order to make you spend more money at the cafe/bar/restaurant on site. The security deposit was very expensive and quite unexpected. It would be nice to re think the layout of the poolside furniture. There were often not enough loungers while there were many empty tables and chairs. Air conditioner in room very noisy and inconsistent temperature.

We usually just had coffee and croissants for breakfast, there was breakfast served in the restaurant though if needed which looked good. The location was excellent, 5 minutes walk to the beach and shops

Room was too small for accessible room. Air conditioner didn't work very well. Neither did one of the lamps. Ocean view was an extreme exaggeration..... It was a small canal!

great location within Waikiki, nicely furnished rooms, very good poke at the restaurant (we got a 15$ voucher for this), experienced no long waiting times at the lifts which is a great PLUS

AC did not work (minimum in the whole floor) and no notice about this upon arrival, we gladly had a corner room so we could open the windows at night. no coffee maker in the room, minibar is empty and no beverage machines on the floors (bought everything at the nearby supermarket), didn´t find the ice cube machines on floors 8 &4 and then decided to pick up ice cubes from the lobby bar

The room we had by the pool was dark and probably needed an extra light above the other bed or a lamp.

-Really like the boutique feel of this hotel, not many children around so the pool has a cool, chill vibe -Resort Fee includes complimentary GoPro Camera, Boogie Boards, Beach Towels, beach deck chairs & a free cocktail at the bar -Stayed in a Superior King Room which didn't have road noise, overlooks the pool and river behind, had a corner terrace -Great location only 5 minute walk to the beach. -ABC Store across the road to pick up essentials. - The gym was sufficient for a hotel gym, i used it every day and it was always empty

-All of the staff are super friendly, especially the pool team and concierge guys. Always smiling and welcoming which was really nice. However, what bothered us how rude the Reception team are. They seem to have a different vibe. We have stayed at the hotel twice now and it was the same last time. They don't smile, acknowledge when you walk past, at check in they don't say hello or 'welcome' it's just ' Whats the name?" and handed us an activities leaflet. They are often seen talking amongst themselves. It felt like a hassle for them when we asked any questions. On checkout, they just asked for our room number and that was it. No hello, or pleasantries or 'How was your stay?'. If the hotel could fix their mindset, the hotel would be perfect! -We stayed for 10 days, having access to a washing machine would also be useful.

Location was great only a few blocks back from the main drag and beach. Cocktails were the best in the area and we tried ALL of the bars.. Don’t listen to TripAdvisor as most of the bars were rubbish..

Due to being near the main road it was a little noisy and the wait staff by the pool could’ve been a little more friendly given you’re tipping just about everyone..

Excellent service and hospitality. Nothing was a bother for staff - they’re so friendly. Food wise, its bar snacks and dinner are great! The location was perfect as we were so central to the Main Street, beach and the International Market Place but quiet at night for a restful sleep.

Would have been helpful to have had access to a washing machine onsite.

Location was good, near the beach. The hotel did a nice surprise for my birthday. The pool is nice, with a hot tub too.

People are very friendly, the room is nice and big enough for two people. The pool area is cool and generally we enjoyed a lot our time there. The position is very good being in Waikiki but not on the Main Street. The only problem of the room is that it is not sound-proof, you can hear the cars during the night.

Great decor and fun vibe, lots of cute surprises (ice lollies at the pool etc) and lovely pool.

No kettle in the room, bed quite lumpy, loads of traffic noise.

A beautiful view from my room and loved the little outdoor patio where one can sit and enjoy a coffee.

Breakfast in the redfish was excellent. The location 10 minutes walk from Waikiki beach was great.

Close to beach, food and shopping. Could walk everywhere. Beach chairs and boards available to check out. Staff was very friendly. Room a bit cramped for four adults but we were only here one night so not a big deal.

The room was small but with the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on. The value was good given that it is very near the beach. We liked the openess of the ground level. If one doesn't eat breakfast in the restaurant, the selection of pastries and breakfast sandwiches at the breakfast bar is limited as they get them only every other day..

We enjoyed the the coffee area and breakfast at RedFish. Both were delicious. The pool area was nice. We will definitely visit again on our next trip.

Our two side windows looked into the back side of other private residences.

The food in the restaurant was wonderful, especially if you want poke'. Location was great, especially if you don't have a car. You can walk to the beach, shopping and many restaurants.

Nothing to fault

We loved staying here. They decorated our room with tons of flowers since we made a note that it was our honeymoon, and gave us drink tickets for the poolside bar. The bed was comfortable, the toiletries smelled wonderful, and the restaurant breakfast was delicious. A short walk to the beach so we were able to get into the ocean two times in the 24ish hours we were in Hawaii. Absolutely incredible value for the price we paid - would 100% stay here again!

It would be awesome if they added flip flops or slide sandals to the roster of things you can borrow for the beach. But seriously, A+ overall.

Great hotel along the canal. Friendly helpful staff who went out of their way to acknowledge you and assist with anything. Super comfy beds and pillows. Would definitely stay again.

Location is great, close to beach, shops and restaurants. View across canal and golf course was wonderful. Quirky room.

Checkin was very slow - with a huge queue. The process needs to be streamlined. They had all our details, the room had been prepaid, but it still took forever to check in. The same slow process occurred with all the people in the queue in front of us. The free welcome drink is a selected few drinks at the poolside bar only. Got caught and ordered drinks from the main bar as not all drink types at poolside bar, only to charged as they dont take free welcome drink tokens. Beware use them at poolside bar for cheap drinks only.
