Staff so professional and attentive and plenty of them. Really really good. The food was exceptional and so enjoyable. The atmosphere and ambiance were lovely.. Would love to return. So central too…Thank-you

Would like to have been able to open a window in our room and would like to have had a magnifying mirror in the bathroom.

I had been upgraded to a suite with a marble bathroom. The floor was very cold to the feet! Underfloor heating would be great!

Beautiful hotel. Loved the spa! Bedroom and bathroom were spacious. Staff were very helpful.

Window onto the vents on the roof, so not a good view but it was only a one night stay so it didn’t matter too much.

Breakfast in bed, expectations were met which was unreal. Bed was so comfy I didn’t want to get up. Late check out as well which is so much better. Staff are lovely and if you are on IHG rewards you also get a complimentary glass of Prosecco on arrival. When we arrived there was also complimentary wine between 4-5pm.

5 star absolutely stunning time we had and great staff at reception really delivered the wow factor

Staff in the reception area (incl concierge, door staff etc) were very welcoming and helpful. Our booking got deleted somehow but Emilia was able to sort it out quickly. In general the staff were very attentive and all requests were responded to promptly. The amenities in the room good, room size was huge (we got upgraded). Spa was a bit small but in general the facilities provided were of good quality. Location and gardens were also a plus.

Only exception to the great attention from staff were the staff in the restaurant. Every day at breakfast we were struggling to catch their attention and in general were made to feel unwelcome. Second night the floor was vibrating all night and some of the people in the room were unable to sleep.

the spa was really relaxing and nice, i liked the snow room. the staff in the hotel were really nice and helpfull with everything. the room was high level.

We were very warmly greeted on arrival. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The Spa was truly amazing with different steam jacuzzi and snow rooms as well as the full length pool and overhead water jets.

We loved it all. We were even recommended a very local restaurant which in itself was excellent.

Everything, staff were helpful and provided great recommendations. Rooms were spacious clean and offered a complimentary mini bar. The spa facilities were amazing and definately worth getting the breakfast.

A beautiful hotel in a great location right on Blythswood Square. Warm and friendly staff who went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. A modern and well appointed restaurant offered a wide range of breakfast options. The wine and nibbles in the late afternoon were quite nice.

Enjoyed breakfast when we had it plenty choice Reception staff and the two gentlemen who were so helpful every tonne we wanted to go anywhere, they looked after us fantastically well!

Our room was really lovely and the upgrade and little goodies to celebrate my husbands 80th were delightful and unexpected. If I have to make one minor criticism it is only that the bathroom was a little impractical, too much marble slippery floor and not enough places to hold onto Bath etc or to put things…

Absolutely beautiful interior , very warm welcoming happy staff on entry

Everything was more than wonderful, starting from the check-in, the receptionist, the treatment of the hotel staff, the cleanliness of the room, the facilities, and the breakfast. The restaurant is spacious, as well as the quietness and location of the hotel. I will definitely stay there again and I recommend it.

Great location, beautiful rooms

Beautiful hotel with very welcoming staff. It was our wedding night and they left us a bottle of prosecco and a card in the room.

Beautiful building and well-appointed rooms. Amazing city-centre spa, and accommodating, helpful staff.

There was a very loud fan noise near / inside the room that droned on all night. Turning off the aircon made no difference. It might have been connected to the spa?

Great location and friendly staff

We were generously upgraded to the penthouse, and it was beyond incredible. The space was pure luxury, featuring a private outdoor terrace, a jacuzzi, a huge and beautifully designed living area, and even a fully equipped kitchenette. Every corner felt thoughtfully curated, from the elegant décor to the spacious layout. It truly made our stay unforgettable.

Our room was large. The spa was great. The breakfast was very good value and excellent food. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The size of the room

The fact that the twins beds were together and you couldn't separate them. The room was big enough to have them separate.
