Lovely period Property with fabulous Bar and Restaurant

Spa was extremely crowded. Room service was not done because we were not told that you had to put a notice on the door to get room service done. All food and breakfast was nice except for the porridge which was watery and not very pleasant. But the service of the staff was fantastic.

Quiet room was easy access.

Spa closed at 6pm. Iv no idea how they get away with that in a top hotel. Utterly ridiculous.

Everything, we love the blythswood and everything it has to offer. Staff are friendly, breakfast is lovely, the air con is so fresh and crisp, the hotel is always clean and immaculate. Attention to detail such as complimentary spa access and snacks. we always enjoy our stays

It was a real shame about the spa facilities as it’s usually our favourite part. The spa was so over crowded and not relaxing atall unfortunately :( we walked in and walked back out 10 minutes later as it was so overwhelmingly busy. It’s a real pity as this is usually the highlight of our stays

I’ve stayed 5 times now and breakfast time is always a bit of a let down. You book a time but no tables available at that time and and service isn’t the best and it’s been the same every stay for breakfast

One of the standout features of my visit was how the staff respected my privacy; they were attentive when needed but never intrusive, allowing me to relax and enjoy my retreat. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive — everything from the common areas to my room was spotless, which always enhances the overall experience. I was particularly pleased with the efficiency of the room service; it was quick and the food arrived hot and delicious. Speaking of food, the dining options were lovely, with a variety of dishes to choose from, each carefully prepared and beautifully presented. I also took advantage of the spa during my stay, and it was nothing short of amazing. The atmosphere was serene, and the treatments were rejuvenating, making it a perfect way to unwind after a long day. One unique feature that I absolutely loved was the snow room. With just a touch of a button, snow gently falls down, creating a magical and refreshing experience that every guest must try! It added a whimsical touch to my spa visit and was a highlight of my stay. Additionally, there were various extra items and services available, ensuring that I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I wanted to take a moment to share some feedback regarding my delightful stay at this hotel. Overall, my experience was fantastic, and I truly appreciated the luxurious environment and excellent service provided by the staff. However, I did notice that the morning spa hours for residents are currently limited to 7:30 AM to 9:30 AM. While I completely understand that this may be due to public opening times aimed at maximizing revenue for the hotel, I believe extending these hours could greatly enhance the experience for guests looking to start their day with some relaxation. Having a longer span for morning spa visits would allow residents to truly savor the tranquil atmosphere before the day picks up. Many of us cherish these moments of peace, and a slight extension could make a significant difference in our overall enjoyment. That said, I cannot emphasize enough how wonderful the hotel was overall. It truly stands out as one of the best I have ever experienced. While it is on the pricier side, it’s worth every penny. As the old saying goes, you really do get what you pay for — and this hotel embodies that sentiment perfectly. Thank you for a wonderful stay, and I look forward to my next visit!

I really loved the room, it was comfortable and spacious, the location and the spa.

Parking is an issue there because it’s bang in the city centre.

That was by far the best hotel I ever stayed. We arrived super early at Glasgow, but one of the receptionist arranged a room for us, which was super early comparing to the check in time, but he was so kind to check that for us, which never happened before in 10 years as a traveller. The bedroom was so comfortable and clean, the bath in the bedroom was lovely and I can’t even describe how lovely was the spa facilities! 10/10
