Great size apartments with good kitchen facility and a seperate seating/tv area. Good sized bathroom with the addition of slippers and bath robe a lovely surprise. Air conditioning available and most welcome as it was warm when we visited Geneva. Very friendly welcome on arrival and anytime we came back to our apartment. Great location in terms of getting around . Most areas within walking distance but also had tram and bus outside.

Saturday night was very noisy with trams/ buses running all night what seemed to be every 15mins. Incident on the street with police and ambulance in attendance just added to the noise level. Slept very badly and was up early Sunday to travel home.

Everything!! The room was spacious, clean, comfortable and quiet. The location could not have been better.. central and easy walking everywhere.. and transport cards to go any further were ideal! The staff were so helpful, friendly and looked after any request with ease. Recommend very highly and hope to stay here again!! Thank you

The fact that bellhop is'nt available (a person that helps with luggages). I had to take my 5 bags downstairs by myself.

Everything was awesome! I really recommend this hotel , for the location and the amazing rooms and the smiles which comes from the employees!.

The rooms are big and the beds are very comfortable. The kitchenette is also well equipped. We feedbacked that the kettle was dirty and without any hesitation, the management replaced the kettle with a brand new one!

I would think if there is parking facilities will be really perfect. Although we are able to park at nearby car park, the parking charges are really high.

Location was excellent. A few blocks to lake Geneva, plenty of bus and tram stops within a 2-3 min walk, hotel is right on a major shopping street. Studio was very roomy with a separate living room, kitchenette with dishwasher, induction cooktop, good size fridge, toaster, but no oven. Full set of nice dishes and utensils. Bathroom was large with a nice shower. Room was quiet and everything was very clean. AC and heating worked great. There was a nice table in the living room that doubled as a desk and dining table. Across the street there is a nice grocery store that has just about everything one needs to make simple meals.

The bed was too firm. The hotel desk told me that they could put a mattress topper on if needed.

It was in a great position and a lovely room and view. The lady who checked us in was fantastic and spoke every time we saw her in the foyer. She needs a special thanks.

Location location location. 5 to 10 mins easy walk to places of interests in Old Town. Place is right in the middle of town so shops, cafes & trams are within reach Apartment is spacious & well equipped. Beds are so comfy. Our unit is on 1st floor, just next to the laundry room whuch is free by the way! Happy about that.., Both gym & breakfast cafe are also on the 1st floor A big shout out to Pauline. She was so welcoming with an infectious big hearty laugh. Thank you for teaching me the basic french words. Lovely lady

Requested for a sofa or single bed to be set up at the living room forr my adult son. Was not arramged. But they did provide 2 single beds

Suite size, amenities and location of the hotel. Hotel staff are very helpful as well. Looking forward to my next stay.

i checked the breakfast buffet and decided to eat outside, i wished they had better options. The cafés and restaurants around the hotel serve really good breakfast, so it was not a big problem for me.
