25 Hours Hotel Levi’s, Frankfurt

Everything was really good, the breakfast exceeded my expectations, because it wasn’t a regular buffet breakfast like in other hotels, but you order from a menu and everything is prepared fresh. They also have a sauna open to all of the guests which was a nice add on.

The location is the only part of the stay that I did not like. Unfortunately the hotel is located in the worst area of Frankfurt, surrounded by drugs, homeless and in the middle of a red light district, so it is not safe at all to walk around the hotel after dark.

Nice quirky decor, free Minibar, spacious room, very clean. There was a Bluetooth speaker in the room to use and a bag to borrow. Staff were super friendly. I would stay again.

No tea and coffee facilities in the room. The hotel is very near to the station which is very convenient but there is a lot of drug taking on the streets around the hotel.

Great staffs, friendly and informative. Comfortable bed within the thematic rooms and interior settings.

Dining venue is not run by the hotel. The quality of buffet breakfast was not good, in fact one morning was super bad. But the staffs are great.

My room was biggest than in other hotels. The neighbour of drugged people is not a problem, as you can reach the hotel from a calm road

I liked the concept. The room was nice comfortable and clean. The people at the reception were friendly. I really liked the interior and I thought the concept was smart and refreshing.

I thought it was overpriced. The location for a four star hotel was absolutely terrible not to say the least dangerous. All over junkies, smell of urine and dirt. We didn't dare to go out at night. Even though the vicinity to the HBf was convenient I never felt comfortable walking in the street. Therefore I would not book it again or recommend it to anybody. Another remark : breakfast at the shukah bar was okaish. The avocado sandwich was delicious but most of the guest were lost looking where to find what at the buffet. If you are asking 26€ per person the buffet should be organised more chronologically ( plates and forks together ) butter with the spreads etc. I would expect a good cappuccino, fresh orange juice ( not from the carton) and more fresh veggies and fruit. The windows in the hotel room didn't block the noise from the street. It was very loud outside during the night.

The rooms are very well equipped, with good toiletries and free mini fridge. The bed was also very comfortable and the whole hotel itself was a cool design.

The area it is in is quite dodgy. Lots of homeless people and people using on the street. Annoyingly the fire alarm went off (accidentally) at 5am leading to a full building evacuation and no apology or any type of compensation given.

I heard every single fight on the street on night long, drug addicted seat on the road right in front of the windows of the hotel.

Hotel is perfect. The area is a bit run down with drug users in the area during the day and night. As it is close to train station this xan happen.

Style, of course. Free minibar is always a bonus. They have emergency toothbrushes.

The location is very bad. Loads of homeless people, loads pf junkies, loads of shady characters lurking around.

This design hotel was very relaxing. The room was spacious, with good lights setup, a great shower room and awesome toiletries there! The booklet and newspaper both provided useful information about locations to eat and shop. The bar restaurant serves exceptional drinks and dishes.

The location is tricky. There are a lot of junkies around.

The staff members are really gentle and the room super cozy. The bed was very comfortable, slept like a baby.

The surroundings are really bad. I know it’s not the hotel’s fault, but people are just commenting about how well located the place is without mentioning that the neighborhood is full of people using drugs. Didn’t feel safe and had to spend money on Uber/taxi when I wanted to go out at night. Totally don’t recommend if you’re a solo traveler (specially if you’re woman). It might be okay if you have some company to walk around.

The lounge at the reception is great to do some work and also socialize with other guests. It is even allowed to eat your own food there. The rooms and the bathroom are really nice as well.

The nightstands next to the bed have a convex shape at the top instead of being flat. This is not easily visible and super impractical. Due to that, both my laptop and phone slid down and fell on the floor.

Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof area is disgusting, but the location of the hotel is very convenient

The staff is amazingly nice. Rooms are original and tasteful. Beds are extremely comfortable, cozy quilt, many pillows.

Noise isolation is ok but not the best. I was woken up by the slamming of doors in the evening and night. This is mostly due to uneducated guests, rather than the hotel's fault. The lighting in the bathroom is very soft.

The area around train station is filled with junkies, beggars and other suspicious human beings. Even more it is nice to be in the facilities which are clean and proper near the train station.

Loved the decor. Someone has great and quirky taste. Breakfast was fantastic. Staff were so helpful.

Just the location. Some of the roads close by were felt quite unsafe with the druggies, homeless etc.

I liked the convenience of the location, the free mini bar, the bars on the ground floor and the top floor.

I didn't like the attitude of the female bartender in the ipstairs bar. She was just plain rude. I also didn't like that I asked two people at the reception desk for a wake-up call and didn't receive it.

The room was nice, clean and comfortable. Colorful and quirky. I love 25hours and planning to stay at more in the future.

The location was sketchy & all streets leading to it were scary/unsafe to walk through, specially at night. The staff didn’t allow us to park our car in the hotel parking because of our car size although I spotted bigger cars parked in the location. No alternative was given to us and we weren’t informed of any car size restrictions prior to our arrival.

It has a good vibe and the rooms are quite spacious and very clean. On the roof top you can work out while looking at the skyscrapers

The surrounding area is.. absolutely insane! It’s in the heart of a deprived area around the train station where homeless people, drug addicts and sex workers are lying on the street. Not for the faint hearted, but if you don’t mind it’s very central if nothing else

I really like the concept and decoration of this hotel chain.

Although the location near the central train station is good, I found the streets around the hotel somewhat dangerous, especially at night, I saw several people taking drugs. The shower room and carpet also need to be cleaned better.

Eclectic Hotel within minutes of the train station. Great Breakfast. Front desk staff were very helpful. Will be happy to stay here if we find ourselves in Frankfurt again.

I’ve been to other 25hours hotels as well. I usually like them very much because of the pop-art style. But unfortunately this was not the best of them because of the reasons I wrote below.

The room was horribly noisy due to the shukabar downstairs. In fact the bar is in inneryard and our room was with the view of the inner yard. We couldn’t sleep till 2 AM. For the restaurant it was saying that it was open until 23 but when we arrived at 22:10 they said that the kitchen was closed. we had to insist to have something prepared for us. they did it finally. and the train station area was really scary to walk at night.

For the travel from the train station to the hotel. Expect some less inspiring surroundings.. it's the red light zone with all the related folks. Best take a bike or moped to cross it swiftly.

Miscommunication from front desk staff about complimentary morning coffee. We just wanted to get free coffee to go and they sent us to restaurant where we thought it was free, but got charged.

Really comfy beds

Staff was too busy to answer phone query about parking, but very helpful and responsive when I was there in person. The surrounding area is pretty scummy, so you really need to use the Hotel parking which was 17€ a n ight.

Quite a 'quirky' hotel,but in a good way. Interesting art & decor, so it stands out in a sea of muted beige & grey toned hotels.bahrooms good & rooms are large.. Staff very pleasant & helpful and its only a short 5min walk from Haptbahnhof (Main).Station. Good value.

The area is a little 'dodgy' & streets/footpaths are grubby. A few' undesirables' in the area, so just be conscious of those around you.

The hotel is very cool with great bar, restaurant and comfy bed. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Area is not so safe and also it’s very noisy due to surrounding bars and clubs. Ask for upper floors if you want to get a good nights sleep.

no Wi-Fi for the whole of my stay breakfast buffet wasn’t a buffet - you had to order things from a menu, the gluten free bread was rock hard no kettle in the room which was odd rough area unfortunately, on my last day there were junkies shooting up just opposite the hotel, I was quite shocked.

Shuka bar breakfast is for a leisurely morning. €23 for a quick breakfast is waaaayyyy too much. As I was checking out they let me know there's a quick getaway breakfast for about €8, so worth asking if you just need a quick coffee and croissant. Also I think there's free good coffee in the reception lounge, that'll be muuuuch better than the weak filter coffee in shuka bar....I'm sure it's cool if you've got time. If you haven't got time then skip it...

Nice rooms and decoration. First time I stayed at 25 Hours and loved the concept. Recent and clean. Common areas including rooftop. Breakfast at the restaurant was quite good.

Neighbourhood - not the best which I was aware of. I needed to stay near the train station so I was happy with it. Also OK if you want to be centrally located but just beware it is not a great area.

The hotel staff was awesome. Totally approachable and helpful. Design of the hotel was great.

The location was incredibly tough. Really the only rough part of the city was two blocks around the hotel. Nothing you can't taxi around though or simply walk north about a block and you're out of it. If you have a room on the back side, its quite and peaceful. I had a street room and you could hear everything. The block in front of the hotel is drug central so it gets loud. For the price of the hotel, not sure its worth it.
