Excellent hotel and location
Fantastic hotel. Not so good for meals. But in Florence there are 2000 restuarants and eating out is a main experience even for breakfast.
No real bar or bistro.

Not close to center, hotel is located on closed street and difficult to get hotel by car. Big differences between same type of rooms.

All of the staff is friendly and helpful and the butler team is very helpful and lovely and i loved the chocolate that in our bed everyday and the bottle of water that came to our room twice a day.
That is i could not stay more for the high price.
