Everything was fantastic. The tram station is exactly opposite the building and only one stop to the main train station and also to the city center. It is just 15 minutes walking to the city center.

Really beautiful property! Elegant rooms, very comfortable and wonderful floor plan. Bathroom was spacious, had everything you need, great lighting and plenty countertop space and storage. Beautifully decorated- very high end. Great location- train and bus stops right outside the building. Walking distance to old town, restaurants and sites. A bonus- they are pet friendly!

A little street noise

The apartment is absolutely gorgeous, bed is comfortable and the staffs are all friendly and really helpful😊 The location is great with walking distance to the city and the tram is just right at the front of the property

The decor, friendly staff, proximity to main attraction all were within walking distance. The attention to detail and staff friendliness,professionalism and courtesy was amazing. The creativity and love in decorating this property speaks to you it is a haven for the art collector and the creative. We loved it

It felt hard to find with the car. We are elderly so it may be just us.

A unique and enchanting property, that blends a vibrant paradise with the rich artistry of Italian culture! Our room had everything we needed! It was luxurious. The location was just right, away from the hustle and bustle but not too far.

There wasn’t anything to dislike

Really unique hotel- more like staying in a luxurious home. Common parts were so quirky and fun. Staff were so obliging - coffee, water and a debrief on arrival room was much appreciated. Our room was uniquely and beautifully decorated. List of recommendations for restaurants was so useful. It's a lovely 15 minute walk along the river tow path to the more touristy parts of Florence. The tram and bus stop to the centre of Florence and the train station are less than a minute away. You will not regret staying here.

The property had lovely decor and our room was spacious for two people. The bathroom was nice and clean with a lovely walk in shower. The host was very welcoming to us after a last minute cancellation of our flight and accommodated to any needs. We were able to relax in our room and enjoy the smart TV in comfort :)

The only thing I would say is that the mattress was quite firm, but I recognise that this can be personal preference!

Beautifully and interestingly decorated room and common areas with artwork, ceramics and soft furnishings. High quality fittings with a large en suite and a walk in dressing room. Staff hugely helpful and attentive. We loved it all including the lift! which added to the romance.

If you enjoy a large breakfast the continental style will not suit you

The staff was super nice! Very good breakfast but had to ask for more coffee.

The pillows were soooo bad, one was super hard snd high and the other was way too soft and flat. The bed was jut ok and there was too much noise from the street. A lot of police, ambulance, cars/motorcycles and tranvía passing through all night long!

Wish we were a tad closer to city center but a pretty easy 20 minute walk.

The small suite was immaculately clean and super spacious with separate seating area, large wardrobe storage. Good sized bedroom and bed (on the firm side) and a good sized bathroom. Nice rain head in the shower with good pressure, nice bathroom. The soap wasn’t our favourite - smelt great but is so runny it made a mess every time we used it! You simply cannot fault the rooms decor and styling all whilst being super comfortable. A really sanctuary. One of, if not The best check in process we experienced during our entire stay in Italy. The staff are all so friendly, welcoming and helpful - nothing was too much bother. Great electric outdoor window blinds for sound and light elimination - plus electric shade controls for the balcony for when the sun hit in the afternoon. It’s about a 10-15 min walk to the ponte vecchio but we liked that it was in a quieter area. There were plenty of nice places to eat and it was good for us to walk even in the heat of the July summer. We Could’ve easily grabbed a lime scooter. Probably on the pricey side but all things considered , worth it.

The hotel is very well located and a short walk to all major attractions, as well as close to the main train station. The rooms are nice with everything you need. The staff are very good - particularly Mode, who checked us in, and gave us a thorough rundown of the area, which restaurants to visit, and tips on various sights in Florence.

It was like staying in a city apartment of a rich eclectic aunt, who loves interior design. It was so interestingly decorated and comfortable and clean. The location near the Arno river, meant you could walk along the river and go to the tourist attractions and busy areas, or go off the beaten track to the secret ‘cool’ places of the city (the other side of the river from the main shopping area). Plus the owner provides you with really good suggestions of places to eat, shop for vintage and visit.

Very sweet and nice staff! Allways there to help and give you some advice. Its a beautiful hotel and has 2 floors of woow rooms, every one has different name and style, 15min walk to the city center.

It is located in the city centre, walkable distance from everything. Our hosts were very helpful, we got a map and recommendations for restaurants, sights and everything. The rooms were very nice, clean, smelled great, each had its own theme, and were uniquely decorated.

The hairdryer. I prefer a hair dryer that stays on without having to hold it down the entire time.

Excellent location for being close to the centre but in a quiet area. The Humboldt suite was large and very comfortable with a separate lounge area and sofa to relax on. The staff were very helpful, especially Guilio, who gave us lots of great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. High quality furnishings and facilities and unique styling.

Our suite was on the second floor, which meant breakfast in the room was not available. However to compensate for this we received a free mini bar.

The decor of the public spaces and our room was fabulous - unique and stylish. The bathroom was lovely and spacious and we made full use of the aircon as the temps were high. We liked the quiet area and that we could walk everywhere or take the bus if we chose.

Beautiful, unique, and clean rooms in an flat converted into a hotel. Gave "Soho House"-y vibes. Cool to see a city flat while getting the perks of a hotel. The hotel staff were helpful and kind and gave us a bunch of great recs for restaurants, bars, sightseeing, etc. that turned out to be highlights of our time in Florence (really enjoyed Casa Ciabattini and wish we would have had one more night to try Olio Restaurant). Also loved the touch of a complimentary mini bar stocked with local drinks

The location is a little far from the main tourist sites - usually was a 20-30 minute walk each morning to reach the start of our tours, which adds up when you're on your feet most of the day. What worked well for us was booking dinner reservations near the hotel, so we could come back before dinner and relax a bit. The plus side of going to dinner a little outside the main touristy area is that the food was great without the crowds and prices.

Beautifully decorated room and communal spaces. We especially loved the giant bathroom and little balcony outside the room. Very friendly and welcoming team who provided us with a map, lots of recommendations for dinners and sights, gave us a complimentary bottle of Prosecco as we were celebrating a special occasion, and let us leave our luggage there on both arrival and departure days whilst we explored. The property is walkable into the city centre, and there is a tram stop outside that takes you directly into Florence station.

Just a little bit further out of town than we’d have liked, but other than that, can’t fault it!

The room was lovely and spotless, the bed was super comfortable, and the staff were amazing. The best place I've ever stayed in when visiting Florence!

The accomodation is a little bit out of the way (about a 25 min walk to the Duomo which isn't far, but after a long day wandering the city it can feel a bit of a trek if you have sore feet!) However it's right next to a tram and bus stop, so this isn't really a problem since it's very well connected if you use public transport. 😊
