St. Regis Hotel, Florence

Good stuff, warm welcome, thanks to reception crew.

Not close to center, hotel is located on closed street and difficult to get hotel by car. Big differences between same type of rooms.

Excellent Location, beautiful hotel with many pleasant aspects to the hotel.

Location, service & winter garden ambience

beautiful old building perfectly renovated and well kept

in our particular room there was draft from the windows , admittedly there was strong cold wind , nevertheless

Their management team is very good at crisis management.

We believe there could be improvements that could be made to the Winter Garden restaurant, especially in the field of service.

An absolutely beautiful hotel with amazing staff and impeccable service. We will never forget our stay here. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Cannot fault. Our stay and experience was perfect.

The hotel occupies an authentic period Palazzo right by the river and ideally located to walk to all the main sights and attractions of Florence. The interiors of the hotel are grand with high ceilings and decorative art work but its also very comfortable. The rooms each have their own character and some enjoy views over the river. Despite it's central location the hotel is very quiet in the evening ensuring a good nights sleep.

The hotel is on the Arno. It is in an easy walking distance of most sights, but not in the middle of the city, which is nice as one comes home to a slightly quieter and open space every day. The staff is very welcoming and efficient - both reception area and room surface. The morning coffee/tea is delivered to one's room in the morning when one calls room service and is 'on the house'. Our rooms were very comfortable and looking out at the Arno, which was lovely. We enjoyed our stay.
