The location can’t be beat. The room was beautiful and exceptionally clean, and the bed was very comfortable. We would absolutely stay again!

This is one of the places you look for when in Florence . Definitely VFM ! The stuff is very nice and helpful , humorous and fun . The location is great . The room was nice and clean , loved the shower and bath products . Recommend it to anyone looking for a fancy but not too price full hotel in a great location with a great stuff !!!

Everything was great - didn’t try the breakfast cause I am not a breakfast person…

They say location is everything, but with San Firenze Suite & Spa location is just the beginning. Room was great, clean comfortable and over looked the street so great view, very good windows meant no street noise, breakfast had a good variety of offerings, staff were super helpful.

There is nothing I can say we did not like about the property.

Our stay at the San Firenze Suites & Spa was nothing short of enchanting. The rooftop terrace became our favorite retreat, where we soaked in breathtaking views, listened to the charming church bells, and enjoyed the delightful street music, all while basking in the sunshine and marveling at the starry night sky. To make my birthday even more special, the staff surprised me with a lovely bottle of prosecco, which was such a thoughtful gesture. The hotel's central location allowed us to explore a myriad of fantastic restaurants just a short stroll away. We truly enjoyed a blissful week filled with relaxation and exceptional service from the attentive and kind staff. Thank you for making our stay so memorable!

Amazing and luxurious hotel. It is located in a very good location, in the center of the most famous sights in Florence. The breakfast was very tasty and it was relatively peaceful. Hygiene is at a very high level throughout the hotel. The employees are polite and ready to help. The room was luxurious, clean and has a wonderful view.

Staff, location and the quality of the accommodation. Housekeeping are doing an amazing job, discreet but always fulfilling everything that should be done. Reception team very helpful and offering local tips to get the best out of the stay.

It would be silly to try and find something to criticise.

This is a fantastic place in the city centre. Everything relevant for a visitor is at walking distance. The room was absolutely perfect, rooom size above average, extremely quiet and client with a constant attention to details. The staff is super supportive and always able to answer any questions. They do not have a parking but you can leave your car just out of the reception and they will take care of it. Absolutely recommended.

The staff is very accomodating. The hotel so clean. It is good location. Access to everything.

Just a little choices of breakfast

The staff at the reception was very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is also a big advantage since it is central and close to all attractions.

You do not have parking included. You have to pay 35 euros / day to take your car to a garage. The spa is also not included, you have to book and pay / hour.

Having to leave!

The property is stunning. The room we stayed in - a luxury suite - felt like a room in a Medici palace - lol. The accommodations were perfect, but honestly nothing could beat the staff. The employees are so warm, welcoming, helpful, and eager to make sure you are enjoying yourself in every possible way. I'll never forget them.

Literally nothing. This place is perfection. I know I must sound like a paid bot saying that, but we could not have had a better time at this hotel.

The room was gorgeous with incredible views. The bed was extremely comfortable. The towels were plush and abundant. The hotel offered fantastic assistance with parking and luggage. The breakfasts were delicious with abundant food. There was even a happy hour reception in the evening with wine and snacks at no charge. The front desk staff was extremely helpful and very pleasant.

It should be suggested that any spa treatments need to be booked long before a person’s reservation as we were unable to get an opportunity to use the spa. We could not book until the day of departure which given our time constraints was unpractical. The parking was taken care of upon arrival to hotel but it was expensive.

I loved everything about our stay. Room was beautiful, bed was very comfortable, close to everything. Breakfast was very good too. The staff were kind and helpful. I will definitely stay here again.

Perfect location, close to all main attractions. We were upgraded to a suite and had an amazing 5 night stay. Bed was very comfy Staff including cleaning staff went out of their way to keep you happy and satisfied Big thanks to Matteo (my polish speaking friend) Alessandro, Ginevra, Santiago, Letizia & Hannen - you all made our stay very enjoyable :) Buffet breakfast was ok.

Perfect location, a 10min leisurely stroll in any direction and you are at the main attractions. Staff were exceptional, nothing was too much trouble, room was perfect with an excellent view of the cathedral. Breakfast was great.

Nothing. Initially we were surprised it didn’t have a bar, but there are great bars and restaurants literally within 20 paces of the door and you are only 2 mins from a lovely piazza with great places to eat and drink.

the design of the room was absolutely beautiful and comfortable as well as the breakfast area and the reception, the workers were helpful and nice every time.

The lift closed on people including my partner numerous times and really bruised his arm and shoulder

I loved the friendly staff, the amazingly spacious room and beautiful suite and also the awesome location. Breakfast was also just right, it had a bit of everything to eat :)
