Great hotel would
The location was great, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was good.
Our room was near a staff storage area and it was a little noisy early in the morning.

Beautiful!
Both the staff and the location were fantastic. The little details made all the difference from the complimentary drinks to the private couples spa you can book to use.

Lovely Hotel and Staff
This hotel was centrally located and close to many attractions. The staff was very nice and went above and beyond to answer your questions. Breakfast had a large selection and was delicious. I would stay here again. Rooms were big and clean.

Amazing hotel and will certainly say there again
Amazing experience. The hotel has a great location. We were first greeted by an amazing reception team, very helpful. They were great throughout the whole stay. The room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom and its amenities were great.

Super comfortable and convenient
The hotel is conveniently located, a few minutes walk to all landmark attractions. Such hot weather we are lucky enough to return to our suite often to rest. The room was also new and well appointed and the breakfast was delicious. The staff was very helpful. Parking is promptly arranged when driving to the hotel. We had a wonderful vacation in Florence

Amazing view… but….
the view and the staff were amazing!
the property’s furniture (carpets & sofa) need machine cleaning because they made the room smell mucky!
also the price for the property is slightly exaggerated… the payment was merely for the view- not the space or luxury.

Amazing stay at San Firenze Suites for our 2023 Italy Family Vacation! Highly Recommend
We had three triple suites for our group of nine and they were wonderful. We had two suites assigned on one floor and the third was on another floor-had hoped all would have been on same floor, but it did not cause any issues with our stay. A/C worked great during the current heatwave, thank goodness! Suites were super clean and had everything that we needed. The location is perfect for all of the sights in Florence. We loved the breakfast buffet each morning (all of the staff were so friendly and accommodating), the front desk was always attentive when we came back from our adventures and helped with all of our requests! Thank you for a great stay in Florence!

The overall best hotel stay we’ve ever experienced.
The location is perfect. The room was modern, comfortable, quiet and spotless. The spa was first class. Breakfast was wonderful. But, by far the most outstanding quality of this little hidden gem is the service. The entire staff was welcoming, friendly and meticulously professional. The front desk team helped us arrange top notch tours and meals with a sincere, personal touch. San Firenze Suites and Spa should give service clinics to the big luxury brands.

A befitting gem in the heart of Firenze.
The location was perfect, depending on which direction you walked, you could be at the Duomo, Ponte Vecchio, Uffizi Gallery, etc. etc. within a couple of minutes.
The breakfast selection was excellent, as well as the complimentary late afternoon drinks/snacks.
The rooms were spacious and tastefully decorated with a larger than usual bathroom. Exceptionally comfortable.
The staff were impeccable and exceptionally accommodating to all our needs. Always felt sincere, and we were made to feel welcome at all times.
I also appreciated the emails before our visit, to assist in making our stay in Florence more complete.
No complaints or criticisms at all…
