Staff kindness at the pool and concierge which compensates a bit the huge disapointment !

This is way overpriced for a room that is ageing with an old air conditioning system so loud at night ... everything is charged extra ! the breakfast is simply basic if not ... the food quality is less than traditional street food ... no modern comfort with electrical plug been outdated... this is so poor for such a Price !!!

for what it offers it is very expensive, to get to the spa or gym you have to leave the hotel, which is strange when you are wet, they don't have an indoor pool, the hotel is far from the center

My stay at the Four Seasons Florence exceeded my highest expectations. Everything was exceptional, and the service was better than anything I experienced. I will definitely come back again soon.

The hotel was far from the city center. However, they offered us a shuttle service to go there during the day.

It’s my favorite hotel in Florence, the experience was outstanding and the service exceeded our expectations.

Everything was perfect but unfortunately every time we had breakfast we gave them our room number and they didn’t tell us that breakfast was not included, and they made me pay 110 euro per couple every day for breakfast which is not worth it as we only had coffee! All hotels usually when they ask for your room number they respond if it’s included, if not they’ll tell you we will charge you!

The hotel is like a museum, there’s a nice photo to be taken at every corner of the facilities. It is definitely the best hotel in Florence and one of the best in the world.

we were disappointed to be housed in the Villa. rather than the main hotel, particularly because breakfast is an altogether more pleasant experience on the other side!

The property was stunning, the staff was super attentive, service was excellent. It was truly a relaxing stay

Only nag was there were 0 plant-based options at the restaurant lunch menu by the pool. Out of 23 options there should be at least 2 so to not have any was a disapointment. That said, the chef did create something for us which was very good (although I stll think guests should be given a wider choice to begin with).

Like an oasis within the city centre. Very friendly and professional staff.

Not enough normal sockets within the room, particularly by the bed - everything is wired for the lamps etc which you cannot change. They have old-style USB ports by the bed which is fine for most devices but not suitable for other things. Weird system for payment: they keep charging your credit card randomly throughout your stay without informing you what it’s for or giving you a receipt at the time which makes it complicated when checking-out. You don’t know what charges will actually be taken or which charges will be reversed until you’ve added everything up and paid/recouped the difference. It would be much easier if they just charged a certain amount on check-in and then the balance on check-out, so two payments as opposed to the five that we had for our three-day stay.

I stayed in more than one room and the mattresses were deeply deformed and due for replacement. Very uncomfortable.

Amazing hotel ! Luxury at its best ! Stunning old palace with frescoes everywhere even in the suites. One of the most impressive hotels we've ever been to.

Expensive for sure but it deserves every penny. Nothing is expensive when you get a memorable stay.

Oh wow, the garden is fabulous. One of the most beautiful hotels in the world defintely. The lobby and the bar are georgeus.

Considering it was Four Seasons I thought the staff didn’t go out of their way to accommodate you. I would prefer Dorchester to Four seasons service any day!

this is my second time I got trouble in Four season . the staff is very very cold hotel location is really bad to stay and you should take around to find it in dinner time our food comes so late and I wrote 30 Euro tip and in invoice I found 300 Euro . it is not acceptable for such hotel to use this type of staff and service . staff very very cold and they not respect on you .as genius 3 member in Booking I use lot of hotel but for sure I will not stay again in Four season hotel. I don't suggesst this hotel to any one just you get problem then you will get upset for money that you paid .

The most beautiful FS in Europe. Wonderful park, nice bar, amazing palazzo. I really liked the location: yes, you need to walk 10 minutes to Duomo, but you are away from the tourist hordes , you can just relax and take a break from the buzz

Garden, service, ambiance.

The location does require a 20 min walk to the centre, when the pool and outdoor facilities are open, as it would offset the distance, however, with the outdoor facilities closed, if known, I would have chosen to stay closer to the centre. The breakfast was great but we only took one day as we walked to meet friends on the other days. The choice on offer was good and the service was excellent.

The closed outdoor facilities made the location choice wrong for us. The garden were beautiful and if the other facilities were opened that would have been perfect but without it made us feel that we didn't have location and pool!!

Possibly one of the best four seasons in the world. Truly unique villa from Medici era with its own massive garden. The staff and rooms were exceptional, lounge bar is beautiful and we loved the spa

By far the best hotel I’ve been to! Best concierge honestly they really helped us get to the best local places and restaurants. Also they upgraded our room with no extra charge they were so so nice. Highly recommend coming here and I’m definitely going back!
