A major partner of the Irish Museum of Modern Art in 2017, the Dean Dublin is a boutique hotel located in Dublin city center, only a few yards from the Gaiety Theatre. The St Patrick’s Cathedral and Old Jameson distillery are only a few minutes’ walk away from its front doors. The hotel is surrounded by the city’s bars and clubs and guests can easily become immersed in the rich culture and traditions of the neighborhood.

Great location.
The noise from Copperface Jack's next door. Coppers goes on till 5am. There were complementary ear plugs left beside the bed when we came back to the room. They actually did help a lot but I feel this should be something that's flagged before booking. It's obviously something that's complained about regularly if they feel the need to leave ear plugs by your bed as standard.

The record player is a nice touch. The gym, sauna and hot tub were very nice.. staff were very nice and the restaurant upstairs provided a very nice breakfast. It is supposed to be an excellent restaurant for dinner too but we'll have to wait until our next visit.

The beds were 2 singles put together and kept drifting apart. The pillows were not comfy.

The Dean is always a fun place to stay, this was our second stay here. It's always fun and funky and the staff are always helpful
The bathroom door set up was a little frustrating and it would have been good to know you had to request housekeeping / fresh towels

Friendly staff. Very helpful. Nice bar. Quirky room.
WC too small. I'm a big guy and it was not comfortable. Room very crowded. No room to pass my wife anywhere. Sliding door on bathroom did not hang well and needed a push to clear the skirting board on the keep side. Even when pushed there was still a large gap.

Good location and comfortable beds, but beware of the potential noise if you want a quiet break.
Very spacious rooms, with a huge comfortable bed. Our room was very cosy and quiet. Location was good, easy to walk everywhere.
The staff at check in weren’t particularly friendly, nor were the night staff helpful when we needed supplies for our room. The hotel seems to be run more as a bar with rooms added on, which means they make no apologies for the noise from the downstairs and upstairs bars and neighbouring clubs (but they do provide earplugs!)

Pleasant
the room was lovely and clean. The staff were very helpful.
We were woken at 2am by the club next door and the music didn't stop till gone 3:30 a.m.
We did mention this to the staff who were very apologetic (we understand its not there fault) we just wish we had been informed of the noise at the time of the booking.

It was amazing definitely recommend just not on a weekend when the night club is open😂
By far the comfiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The bed was amazing it was like sleeping on a cloud, both myself and my partner had an amazing sleep. The staff were so nice and helpful. The swimming pool was fantastic, so good we used it twice for our one night stay.
The location isn’t the best as the night club right under our room was going until 4:00am with extremely loud music and lots of drunks coming in and out.

The location is amazing, the staff is nice and it has a modern flair.
There were a lot of things that were a little broken or heavily used. Wifi was really bad.

It was very difficult to sleep due to the bathroom window overlooking a night club.
The room was extremely small, difficult for two people to get dressed and ready in the room, the bathroom was the saving grace as it was large,

Very aesthetically pleasing decor where they thought of everything you might need
The sink in our bathroom was blocked and the sliding door could not be opened without great effort . Also didn’t like the toilet in such close proximity to the bed .
