Staff was super nice . The rooms was cleaned . We had a great time at fishbones .

spacious room staff was very polite, especially Shandrekia in the morning, breakfast area. She is always pleasant every time i stay here. this should not go unnoticed. top notch employee.

I loved how friendly the staff was, when I got there I was greeted promptly. I was there with a group of friends and originally we were all on different floor the staff accommodates our rooms and moved us without hesitation. I love the way we were treated from the time we got there to the time we left.

The room had an interesting layout and was very comfortable. I expected better television programming for the price of the room. The room was clean except for a dark colored hair on my unused and hung up bath towel. Other than that the hotel was very nice. Although pricey.

The staff was amazing as was the room overall and the onsite restaurant.

The only small improvement is that the Jacuzzi tubs need to be cleaned better or maybe deeper as when we turned ours on there were some floating particles in the water before we used it.

All the staff were very polite and went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy. The room was very clean, comfortable and the view we had was gorgeous.

I travelled with my young daughter and arrived early. They immediately checked us in with no hassle. Valet was awesome! Everybody was so friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful with lots of space. We also felt safe and definitely will be back.

Location is great and employees very nice

The room isn’t the nicest the bedding had stains, toilet leaked, shower leaked and the walls and things could use some TLC for sure.

The room was spacious and clean. The staff at check in and out were very nice and polite.

The rooms need to be upgraded. The room looks dated and needs a new paint job.

We had a suite, hotel was in a great location and within walking distance to everything. In the centre of Greek town. Very spacious. Comfortable and great facilities. Would recommend it.

Great location for any activity in downtown Detroit. The staff and service was EXCELLENT! Great on site bar, restaurants with options for family friendly dining and more formal dining.

Loved everything

The bed, the cleanliness, the amount of towels and soaps, the heating and the lighting

I paid for a hot tub that didn’t work. One button nearly fell off, and the other felt like it was glued tight, to where it wouldn’t move.

That everything closed by 11pm

The room was very nice and much larger than I anticipated. It was large and very comfortable.

When I checked in I was told that the shuttle service would pick me up after the concert at the Fillmore. When the shuttle driver dropped me off I was told that I had to be picked up by 9:30. The concert had just started and I only got to hear 3 songs.

The location is amazing. They had a beautiful Xmas tree and music playing, very festive. We were able to check in early. My kids love being able to see the People Mover outside the window. The living room was clutch after the kids went to bed, so we didn’t have to whisper in the dark.

Some of the bathroom tiles were wiggly. Also, I didn’t love that when you turn on the bathroom light it illuminates the entire bedroom (because of the glass wall)

The location was nice, the amenities were a little lacking for the price.

The beds were horrible, I’ve stayed in many hotels and these were by far the worst beds.

Food service poor, room service none

Everything was perfect for the occasion, my husband's birthday. We only stayed for 2 nights and it was very peaceful and intimate. Not alot of traffic, noise,or loud kids running around. The restuarant inside was delicious and I love the fact that we didn't have to live the building to find good food. The room service was incredible. We went to the restaurant the 1st night and ordered dinner from room service the 2nd night. The food was delicious. The room was a nice size and my husband had a great time. I'm differently coming back again.

One of the valet members lied about the cost of parking, then when I question it, he changed the price again, even telling me that the valet was free,so he could get a bigger tip. I still don't know the amount of cost for the valet. The ice machine was broke on my floor which wasn't a big deal. However, the ice machine on my floor had instruction to go one floor above or one floor below for ice. I decided to go one floor above and when I got there, it had no ice in the machine and I had to got 2 floors down to get ice. So that was a little frustrating.

Breakfast was great, staff very friendly and knowledgeable. The location of hotel was ok, but needed to take the hotel shuttle everywhere—thankfully it was easily available. And a shout out to Captain Tony!
